Super Unterkunft, freundlich, sauber, tierlieb, ruhig.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, super Lage, sehr hundefreundlich, sogar Hundewiese ca. 200 m entfernt! Frühstück reichlich, Pizzeria gleich gegenüber. Sehr zu empfehlen für Übernachtung bei Durchreise gen Süden.

Super accueil d’Ermanna, qui est une personne très chaleureuse et très disponible, le personnel est efficace et très sympathique, super petit déjeuner, le +: 2 cuisines bien équipées mises à disposition des clients. Literie très confortable et réveil au son des oiseaux super agréable. Nous étions avec un très gros chien et la chambre et le jardin étaient vraiment idéal pour les voyageurs avec animaux. Nous recommandons à 200%

Aspetto positivo la cortesia della titolare ma insufficiente a giustificare una vacanza senza riposo

Posizione buona. Camera assegnata diversa da quella prenotata, non a piano terreno non con ingresso indipendente e certo non 25 mq di superficie. Un comodino solo in quanto spazio insufficiente. La struttura ospitava circa 15 operai che ogni mattina alle 5,30 facevano colazione con urla e schiamazzi senza che la proprietaria li costringere ad avere un po di rispetto per gli unici ospiti presenti. Asciugamani da bidet assenti e l'asciugamano sporco messo in terra per il cambio è stato rimesso sullo scaldasalviette sopra al telo da doccia.

Il fatto che non ci sia stata assegnata la camera prenotata senza una parola di scuse. I documenti ci sono stati chiesti solo al momento della partenza perché ho detto alla titolare che non era corretto non registrare gli ospiti. Certamente te se una struttura decide di ospitare persone che fanno colazione alle 5,30 creando un frastuono insopportabile non deve ospitare turisti che hanno il diritto di riposare.

Se si potesse migliorare una cosa sono le porte delle camere. Molto sottili e quindi si percepiscono i rumori delle persone sulle scale.

Ottimo B&B alle porte di Mantova

Bella proprietà circondata dal verde, comodo parcheggio e porte aperte (eccetto quella della propria stanza) come una volta. Ermanna è un'ottima padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile. Stanza e bagno spaziosi, molto puliti e funzionali. Buona colazione con brioches fresche, macchina del caffè sempre a disposizione e cucina condivisa ben equipaggiata. Stanza pulita e rifatta tutti i giorni. Cani ben voluti e ben accolti.

Ottimo soggiorno. Sicuramente ci tornerei dovessi andare a Mantova. Dista poco dal centro ed è molto comoda la posizione. Di fronte c'è un ristorante. La proprietaria gentilissima!

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Umgebungsbesuche (Mantova) etc. in ruhiger Lage. Ermanna ein Traum!

B&B in guter Ausgangslage für Besuch von Mantova aus unserer Sicht aber auch von Ferrara, Modena, Parma und Bologna. Herausragend Ermanna, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmert. Das Frühstück ein Genuss mit frischen Backwaren und allem was das Herz begehrt. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr bequem, neu, sauber. Besser haben wir es noch nicht kennengelernt. Viele gute Tipps auch in Bezug auf Restaurantbesuche, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Aus unserer Sicht einzigartig und toll. Für uns jederzeit wieder!!!

Super für einen Zwischenstopp in den Süden.

Persönliche Begrüßung direkt nach der Ankunft auf dem Parkplatz. Sehr moderne Zimmer, top renoviert, auf absolut aktuellem Stand. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit persönlichem Service.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits von allem. Es sind aber dennoch weniger als 10 Minuten bis zur Autobahn. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp.

Excellent, quiet place - recently renovated

The place has recently been renovated: new furniture, new very comfortable beds, new private bathroom, new floor tiles. Very quiet place, I slept soooo well there! And the breakfast is excellent! There also is a shared kitchen with all items one needs. There one can cook one's own food. The lady who runs the place will help you with everything she can do. E.g.: I am travelling on a bicycle with a bicycle trailor. I was able to safely store my brand new bicycle and my trailor in a locked storage room.

Short but great stay closed to Mantua

Ermanna is a super host, kind, nice and ready to answer all your questions. Her b&b is just few minutes away by car from Mantua but it is easy to reach. My room was pretty big, the bed comfortable but, most importantly, the bathroom was exceptionally clean and the whole room smelled like fresh laundry. Breakfast is excellent as well.

Excellent accomodation for a stay on the way to or from the south of Italy for travellers with pets

A very nice accomodation for our overnight stop on the way to Rome. Large and quiet room, absolutely clean and well equipped, rich breakfast and very kind host. Highly recommended to family and travellers with a dog.

Very good value for money for this family run B&B. 15 min drive to Mantova center makes it a perfect base, but car is necessary, however there is ample parking space. Spacious room, breakfast varied and on demand. Dog accepted (and loved!)
