Wow, what a beautiful heritage home! We had a lovely stay, Gwyny couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and pristine, and the rest of the home was very clean and welcoming. It's one of those places you walk into and instantly feel at home. There was plenty of off-street parking, the check-in procedure was very well explained and straightforward, and nothing was a hassle. The WiFi worked perfectly and connection was simple. There were some lovely other travellers whilst we were there, many of whom were regulars, so that speaks volumes. We know where we'll be staying next time we go to Coona, Langley Cottage is highly recommended.
There's no down side here... ;)

Beautiful house with everything you need and full sized kitchen. Being the only people staying there for the night made it more comfortable than a hotel.
Personally for me the bed was too hard. But my wife found it more comfortable then our bed at home.

The whole place was perfect- very quiet, very comfortable and very easy to check in. The range of self-serve breakfast offerings was extensive and there were snack items and fruit available too. Only one other guest when I was there and she was lovely. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike about this place

Beautiful cottage with very comfortable furnishings, warm and cosy on a very cold winter's night. Fantastic range of Breakfast provisions. Excellent, well equipped kitchen enabling us to prepare our own meals. Very Clean, and quiet. We were greeted when we arrived and made to feel welcome. Our second stay, and we'll be back!

Breakfast was most enjoyable. Had toast, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt and some berries.

There was plenty of food for breakfast. The cottage had heaps of charm, was very clean and we meet some very nice people whilst staying there. Thanks
Room 2 Heating wasn't working very well, the power point at the head end of the double bed at head height.

So clean , tidy, and well organized. Clear instructions and room was cozy.
My only suggestion would be to add small baskets in the fridge labeled with room numbers. Everything was great otherwise.

Position.
We were not aware that there would be other people using our space. With only one inside bathroom and four or five occupied rooms.

The property is in a side street off the main road through town. It is a large old house with lockable bedrooms and shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The kitchen had good equipment and supplies so we could make ourselves a nice hot breakfast in the morning with bacon and eggs. The rooms were quite large and comfortable with individual air conditioning units.
The weather was quite cold, so we relied mainly on the air conditioning to keep us warm (although the beds also had electric blankets). One of our rooms was extra large, and the air conditioner struggled to keep it warm. The three of us were the only guests, but the hot water ran out for the third shower of the evening. Parking is in the back yard, which is fine, but the driveway down the side of the house is a tight fit for a large car.

Breakfast options incredible. beds VERY comfortable after long drive. Everything imaginable supplied
We were lucky in that we had the place to ourselves. May not have been so great in busy times

Comfortable bed and well appointed communal kitchen.
Only one shared bathroom inside which toilet was also situated in. External toilet and shower available however a little chilly to use in cooler months. Front and side of building could have had more lighting.

We were pleasantly surprised how beautifully done the inside. Was, while they are still working on the outside of the house. The bedroom was beautiful and functional. The communal living, dining and kitchen areas were beautiful and functional also. Off street parking.
We liked everything and there was nothing we didn’t appreciate.

Breakfast was DIY but with lots of options and food available. Very good.
I did not realise it was a shared bathroom. As there was only one other guest in the B&B, it was ok.

Wonder hosts. Made us feel at home. Nothing was a bother to them. Room size is excellent. Our car was secure. We felt safe and relaxed.
Don’t let the outside of the property deter you.

Lovely home feeling, we will be back. The styling was excellent nice and calming. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy any breakfast but on our next trip we plan on resting there longer. Thank you for all the comforts you provided and your generosity.
A bit of a tight driveway.
Renovation going on to upgrade the deck.
