Comoda e vicina alla stazione

Vicino stazione, portici e autonomia nell' utilizzo. Molto spazio a disposizione , ambiente comodo e famigliare.

Purtroppo l ascensore del palazzo era non funzionante dalla sera prima ed è rimasto rotto anche il giorno della partenza e purtroppo una persona che era con noi era infortunata ad un piede ed abbiamo fatto fatica a farla scendere per 6 piani. A mio parere Checkout alle 10 è troppo presto se si ospitano fino a 6 persone (abbiamo fatto fatica in 4) specialmente se non si ha la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e se si parte nel pomeriggio (abbiamo preso nella stazione a 7 euro a bagaglio indipendente dalla grandezza). Per il resto tutto perfetto

très bien placé, il faudrait l'entretenir mieux

l'appartement est a remettre à neuf. Il manque de entretien ... réfrigérateur, cuisine ... portes en pas très bon état.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla

Al mio arrivo in struttura l ho trovata sporca da precedenti ospiti quindi nessuno si è preoccupato di farmi trovare l appartamento da me prenotato e pagato con largo anticipo pronto per il mio soggiorno nonostante io abbia contattato l Host giorni prima e il giorno stesso per accordarci per l ingresso all appartamento. Mi è stato dato un appartamento sostitutivo che non era nella stessa zona di quello prenotato con enormi disagi per tutti noi.

Tired. Unloved.

Location very good, close to centre of town, cafes etc.

No one met us to explain anything, we had to muddle through. Flat has been elegant once but now needs some love and care. Wallpaper peeling off, electric jug not working, only 2 gas elements working . Mismatched crockery and glasses etc. Daughter and wife did not appreciate phallic symbol drawn in dust on wall in lounge. Parking a nightmare but good parking at hotel over road at a cost. Lift scary and some pretty dodgy electric fittings.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Really clean, everything you needed was there.

It was confusing on how to get into the property and where the property was. As there was 3 places with the same building number.

Awful stay away ..

Absolutely nothing

Everyone should stay away from this host and house I have picture of the house it's like a ghost house in the bedroom sellings are in very very bad condition they could even be thrown upon you while you're sleeping in general this is an Italian scam. She first approached me even to cancel my book through booking and wanted to do it directly with him. So he pushed me to cancel my booking then he gave me a higher price I rebooked and did the mistake instead of five people put two however I paid the same price she always knew that we will be five so he took advantage through the booking and did not prepare the house for 5 but only for two in general it's the worst experience I ever had with the host and with booking don't trust these guys they are just looking to take their commission. I just want to repeat in order to help others stay away from this house and this house he's a total scam save your money and yourself by having a bad time the house is awful The pictures you see have no relation with the real condition of the house booking and him they're just stealing money I have pictures showing what I'm stating so just stay away whoever wants can contact me

Great value for cost

Enough space and number of rooms for a family of 5. quiet environment. The best location with easy access to the city, central station, supermarkets and restaurants.

Family members felt a little chilly.

It was spacious.

The rooms smelled not so good and it was hard to get in to the apartament and contact the host. Also all the facilities are kinda old.

The worst apartment i have been in my life.

Almost nothing, except the location and size of apartment.

Everithing. Probably the worst apartment I have been. There should be some criteria fulfiled to put apartment on booking.com. The most important thing for traveler is to sleep, but we stayed sleepless for two nights. It is extremly hot in the apartment and there is no AC. Or there are exctualy two ACs, but they do not have Remote Controler. This is the end of the strory... it is to hot and not possible to sleep. Second thing is that everything in the apartment is to old and smells very very bed. Bads and mattreses are the worst... esspecially in badroom, it is too soft. Kitchen is empthy, nothing in it except fridge... just named kitchen. I m not taking about oil, salt, suger or coffee, but no plates, no pots... This could be one of the best apartments in Bologna, but now it is one of the worst in the world. Avoid this apartment!

Good experience

Big apartment , very close to the train station and the aerobus station , quite neighborhood , very kind and helpful host , clean in general .When I visit Bologna again I'd stay again at this apartment. 5 individuals who really enjoyed their stay.

We could use some more blankets (i visited during October)

The apartment was OK but communication was probably the problem., even though I wrote many emails.

Location cleanliness

Only one bed made up. Second bed in second bedroom had no sheets. No hot water in shower but discovered hot water ran in bath tub with shower hose

Location, it had a lift and was roomy

Not well equipped with regards to kitchen or bathroom facilities, poor water pressure, uncomfortable beds and pillows, broken and run down facilities.
