Maravilhosa.

Gostei de tudo!! Um ambiente muito agradável, cheiroso, com funcionários sempre solícitos.... Um agradecimento especial ao pessoal do café da manhã, que prepara tudo fresquinho e muito gostoso. Você sai de lá completamente satisfeita. Sem contar as tapiocas e omeletes maravilhosos. Um queijo coalho com melado perfeito. Amei demais...

Faltou somente banheira de hidromassagem ser aquecida. Mas isso não interferiu na minha satisfação. No dia que fez sol consegui aproveitar, mas nos outros dias que estavam nublados, nem deu pra entrar, nem na piscina e nem na hidro, de tão geladas que eram.

Adorei!

Localização privilegiada, muito verde nos jardins entre os quartos, funcionários atenciosos, preocupados com o bem estar e satisfação dos hóspedes. Atendimento muito bom, desde o contato inicial via WhatsApp até o checkout. Quarto espaçoso, com uma vista linda, cama ampla e confortável. Experiência relaxante!

Os preços dos pratos principais no restaurante são um pouco caros, porém dentro da média da ilha. Por esse motivo, optamos por fazer as refeições lá mesmo, pois ao menos tínhamos certeza da qualidade.

Everything is excellent and very well thought. The apartments couldn’t be better, the breakfast the restaurant is excellent. The staff in genuinely friendly The location is the nicest spot of the island

A great couples retreat

Great facilities like swimming pool, games room, sunbeds by the beach, easy access to the beach and restaurant. Also, amazing rooms with good A/C, massive bed, big bathroom and outstanding balconies. Also, good transport service between the town and the hotel. I felt secure all the time.

The swimming pool bar staff would sometimes disappear for half hour. I expected a higher standard service in the reception, more attentive, engaging and helpful. Minor ones: I would prefer to have the breakfast self-service. The music by the swimming pool wasn’t great, I would expect more classics of Bahia e MPB.

beautiful location but horrible mosquitos and WiFi, difficult location

the staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast and restaurant were really good. The views were beautiful.

BRING MOSQUITO REPELLENT!! They don’t inform you that the hotel is on a protected land and there are mosquitos EVERYWHERE. We stayed during the low mosquito season and it was still a lot. I’m allergic so I bring repellent everywhere but they should inform people when they book!!! It’s so bad that the beds are protected by mosquito netting. Also it is FAR from town. To get to the hotel from the pier/town, you need to walk 15 minutes and then wait for a shuttle to drive 10 minutes to the hotel. It’s fine if you’re going to just stay at the hotel, but note that the hotel was 1 restaurant and the menu stays the same. Also the WiFi was terrible.

The place has cool vibe with awesome swimming pool but lacks professionalism.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool and the bar at the swimming pool. The vibe of the place is nice. The location next to the beach is nice. We liked the bus that was taking guests to the city center at night and from the center back to the pousada.

The cleaning staff threw away a memory card, thinking it was trash. The staff promised to investigate it but they never came back to us with any explanation, neither apology. One morning there was a mix-up and very unprofessional and unpleasant situation during breakfast - we were waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order. They totally ignored us assuming we were part of a family at the table. They gave us coffee in a coffee pot and then they wanted to took it away - very impolite and unprofessional.

Amazing, highly recommend for couples.

The location was amazing, right in front of the beach in a secluded area. The hotel offers a van to bring people to and from the busy area of the town, which was a nice service that I wasn’t expecting. The facilities were great, everything extra clean all the time (even the pool toilets were always clean!). The staff is super friendly, polite and always there to help (shout out to Alex, who had great tips and the best caipirinha). I loved everything.

only comment is that the gym has some old equipments.

The room was so comfortable, bathroom was huge, bed was pretty big and comfy as well. Loved taking a nap on the hammocks
