nosotros lo pasamos muuyyy bien!

cuando llegamos nos cobraron apurados sin mostrarnos la habitacion, cansados aceptamos. nos dieron la peor y no lo reservado. la mas elevada con millones de escaleras luego de las de ingreso, una habitacion con desniveles al borde de la cama, entre bano y lavabo,entre ducha inodoro. con una planta que impedia vista y dos sillas a ras del duelo que mirabas la pared no el mar. reservamos superior, grande con fotos que no eran ,vista al mar (fotos ). nos dieron una de ultima y les pedimos cambio y nos dijeron que hay varias superiores...no cumplia con nada. mi mardio sin lentes iba al piso seguro. al dia sigueinte nos cambiaron a una igual a la foto. verguenza!!!!! somos grandes y teniamos seis escaleras de piedra!. No se cobra apurado para darnos un clavo!!! nos equivocamos el resto bien, buen desayuno y nos trataron bien...pero una una fea actitud de entrada. ademas dice: sepan que el elojamiento tiene escalera para acceder, no !!!! tiene escalera para todo y nos habian puesto en la habitacion 22!!! luego en la 1 imaginense

Alimentação muito boa e atendimento do pessoal da recepção muito boa.

Ficamos 3 dias na hospedagem. Destaco a má qualidade do serviço de higienização do nosso quarto. Quando fizemos check in, no banheiro tinha um "presente no vaso sanitário" de usuário anterior. Além disto havia pétalas de rosas no quarto de clientes anteriores. E mesmo quando saímos e deixávamos autorizado para limpeza, ainda sim a limpeza era bem meia boca.

Decepcionante.

O SPA, a Hidromassagem, a Piscina e o bom atendimento.

Escolhi o La Pedrera para pedir a mão da minha namorada em casamento. Foi decepcionante, pois escolhi o quarto com vista ao mar justamente para fazer o pedido, e me alocaram no quarto que tinha vista parcial. Eu coloquei nas observações do booking que gostaria de uma excelente vista e limpa para o mar, mas não me atenderam. Senti falta também de algo a mais, para superar minhas expectativas, devido ao momento. Sobre o quarto, o ar-condicionado ficava em cima da cama, e a paleta dele não funcionava, logo, o vento gelado ficou em cima da gente o tempo todo, prejudicando bastante nossa garganta.

No geral, a experiência foi excelente! Voltaria com certeza.

Ambiente aconchegante e quarto confortável. Café da manhã delicioso e a estrutura externa da piscina e do spa tornaram a experiência incrível para uma viagem a dois!

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Havia guimbas de cigarro na varanda, a cortina estava com marcas e uma das toalhas tinha mancha que parecia ser de maquiagem.

beautiful simple hotel with amazing natural surroundings

lovely hotel inserted in the hills of Buzios with sea view. amazing nature surrounding the hotel. staff was wonderful. nicely simply decorated rooms. the breakfast was simply fantastic!

the rooms need some little care, they are a bit run down (details like doors, covers with old stains, stained bathroom floors etc). if it rains a lot, there was quite a lot of water getting into the room. the rooms are inserted in the nature so it won’t be appropriate for people with fear of big insects etc. accessibility it’s also not suitable for people with disability.

property is excellent. very comfortable with an amazing view. great breakfast.

nothing about the property. however, at check out we were almost charged 700 reals overprice (the price of the first night that had already been paid). there were also some additional optional fees we hadn’t agreed to that were added by default. we had to double check several times to ensure the final amount was correct. I expect better from a hotel of this standard. otherwise, everything was excellent and the staff was great.

This boutique hotel is simply divine! The views are spectacular, the gardens are lovely and the rooms and public areas are tasteful and comfortable. The selection at breakfast was also fantastic

Good breakfast. There's a warm pool next to the bar where you can drink your caipirinha while enjoying a great view to the sea. Very kind and attentive staff. Special thanks to Lucas and Herbert.

The balcony door and the toilet window of the room were damaged, making them impossible to close all the way. The cleaning service moved all our affairs, making it hard to retrieve everything again.

7 out of 10. Not worth the price for the nicer room.

Facilities: Nice hotel with beautifull views. Nice pools and sunbeds. Staff : verry helpfull and friendly. One day they separated a breakfast for us upon request because we needed to leave erly for diving. Room : Big clean and nicely decorated. Nice view. There is a verry nice bathtub with a nice view, two small people enter without problem but if you are big I'm not sure. Nice double shower. Two air conditioner units. We coud hear chairs and sunbeds being moved all day on the upper deck. Horrible location for the best room in the house. The big deck/ veranda has a beautifull round sunbed and a shower. Breakfast : verry nice, different sorts of cakes everyday, good juices, variety of fruit and bred.

We stayed onh a standard room on the first night. It was verry nice, clean and confortable with a verry nice view but no soudproof at all. We could hear everything said on the adjascent room. Facilities: It lacked a space on the pool protected from the sun that can be scorching hot. The "covered" sunbeds receive frontal sun all the time. Room : We stayed on their best room. The room is located right next to their laundry room, and right under their common breakfast room and pool area. The entrance of the room smells of sewers and sometimes the living room was smelly too. There was a huge deck but right under the pool area so not private at all. There is no table on the deck so you can't use it properly. Plus it's always in the sun and the onnly covered place is the round bed without pillows or place to rest your back in a seated position.

The breakfast was outstanding.

The external unit of the air conditioning in the neighbors room was very loud. The breakfast starts at 8 AM and I believe that should be moved fo 7 or 7:30 at least, especially in a country that is not using the Daylight Saving Time anymore.

Disappointing……

The property has beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub, and a great view of the coast. It is an easy walk to the beach (although would be challenging for anyone who has difficulty getting around). The breakfast is delicious.

The room was disappointing. It was not very clean and smelled of mildew. The balcony did not feel very private as the neighboring room could see onto my balcony. The rooms are all slightly different and you may end up with a very simple room or a very large room. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful while others seemed bothered if you had a question or wanted to order food or drinks. There is no water station so any time you need water you must buy water. Breakfast does not start until 8:00 and you cannot even get a coffee before then. There is not even coffee or tea in the room so if you are an early riser, you must simply wait. You may request an omelette at breakfast, but no one told us this and we only asked after we saw another table having one. One day I left my key card in my room and the only way for them to help me open my door was to have someone open the door with a metal key. I am not sure why they couldn’t simply provide me with another key card.

I like the location, the plce itself with the nature around, the spa (spa for feet and massage makes you feel super relaxed), breakfast was also good, the view from the room to the ocean as well:) i recommend the place a lot - loved it!

Coffee - for this kind of place and price, they should invest in a proper coffee machine. Also one receptionist, that worked when we arrived, didnt share any information with us.
