Maravilloso estancia en Jaipur

Maravilloso hotel en zona tranquila. Muy muy limpio, el personal muy profesional y educado. El desayuno es muy completo y con fruta fresca cada día. También tienen un bar cerca de la piscina para media tarde. Las habitaciones soy muy pintorescas, grandes y limpias. Cada día hay en la azotea espectáculo en directo y puedes cenar mientras lo ves. Muy buena cocina.

No pudimos bañarnos en traje de baño las mujeres.

Accueil et restauration

La simplicité du lieu, mais surtout le restaurant et les spectacles durant le dîner. La cuisine était très bonne !! Je laisse rarement des commentaire mais l pour le coup, la cuisine était fantastique et le personnel très arrangeant.

La chambre donnait sur un espace fumeur, un peu embêtant quand on déteste l'odeur, mais sinon c'était parfait.

Horrible experiencia, No lo volvería a elegir

La piscina y la terraza con el restaurant con espectáculo en vivo

Al ver que se había reservado dos camas individuales, mandé un mensaje al hotel para por favor tener una habitación con una cama doble y las que tienen vista a la piscina preferentemente. Me respondieron que ok pero al llegar me encontré con las dos camas individuales y una sola ventana cerrada que daba a una pared, nada luminoso y con olor a humedad. Pedí el cambio y primero me lo resolvieron uniendo las camas…. Volví a solicitar el cambio ya que pasamos una mala noche debido a las camas se separaban y de mala manera me dieron otra habitación para el día siguiente que era AÚN PEOR, no solo dos camas individuales y de nuevo sin vista sino que además con termotanque eléctrico que debes encender y esperar, y a pesar de hacer eso igual nos bañamos con agua fría. El Desayuno era malo, solo comida de india y picante. Además es ruidoso y las habitaciones que nos dieron era sin frigo con 40 grados de calor. Para finalizar está malísima experiencia, al hacer el check out me preguntaron cómo había estado y por ser sincera y decir que no me sentí cómoda, me cancelaron la reserva en booking diciendo que no habíamos asistido por lo que tuve que llamar a booking para arreglar esta situación para evitar doble pago y poder hacer de todos modos esta review.

Probably avoid as there’s too many issues!

The property looks good, it is relatively close to attractions of Jaipur.

The hotel is so loud. The handles had been removed from the windows so we couldn’t close them, so we heard everything and the noise from the street stopped us sleeping for 3 nights , and the rooms are poorly insulated so you just cannot sleep. The food was very poor and we were served raw chicken. The food hygiene was poor and the staff really weren’t too fussed about it, and giggled when we showed them the pink chicken.

They made khichdi and puma for my boys on request. The staff at the gate are super lovely.

Staff were very rude and unwelcoming except the staff that met us at the entrance. Unfortunately on departure, the gentleman who helped us down with the luggage stole my sunglasses from my bag. He took out the sunglasses from the case and left the case in my bag. The staff on check in are not friendly at all. The bedding was dirty and the beds are super uncomfortable.

A wonderful place to stay in Jaipur

The staff were excellent and very polite, always willing to help. The location and facilities are also great. We were collected from the station upon arrival. There was good food available at the hotel too. The bedroom was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with plenty of space.

The water was sometimes temperamental and the shower seemed unnecessarily complicated. Our room was located right under the evening entertainment which was quite noisy.

Lovely room

The room is amazing! Breakfast has several options Pool is very quiet (although you find the hotel staff picking through window every now and then which isn't amazing)

Lunch at the hotel is a bit overpriced. Same as dinner but at least during dinner you have live animation

We loved everything about the hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful and the bed was amazingly soft. Best we had in India 😍 Also the breakfast was amazing!!! Thankyou guys we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this hotel. We spent three nights here whilst visiting Jaipur. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A good top roof restaurant with entertainment. The pool was so appreciated in the hot afternoons. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

over all excellent hotel and excellent stay , I enjoyed stay

Room clean ness is excellent. Room location better. Room is with terrace and view is excellent. Room services also very good and quick. Even I went late for breakfast still they gave me excellent breakfast with smiling face

One reception person was arrogant i do not know his name. But management should identify that person and give him training how to talk with guest. But other hand Mr. Prithviraj is very good person , he is very helpful and polite.
