Upper Deck is a smart, contemporary home in the family friendly seaside town of Bude. The house sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms, two twins and a bathroom and shower room. On the first floor an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. On the ground floor a play den and utility room. Outside a neat enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue and off road parking for one car. Located a short stroll from the beach and the towns extensive amenities, Upper Deck is an excellent holiday home for families looking for a seaside adventure.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV/DVD with Netflix and Britbox, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car, further parking is usually available on a quiet road nearby. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
