About this house rental
The ever-popular Burriana Beach with its main restaurants, bars and beachwear is just a 5-minute walk away, while the exciting center of Nerja with its famous "Balcon de Europa", where you will find a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet but very popular residential area in the Parador area and has secure entrance gates that provide maximum peace and security. The house has a wonderful private and enclosed garden to the south with sun loungers and dining table. The shared community pool is less than 15 meters away from the house.
About the property; On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen you will find the toilet. The living room has two leather sofas, a flat screen TV with many Spanish and International channels (British, French, German & Scandinavian channels) and a dining table for up to six people. With the large sliding glass doors you open up to the paved private and enclosed garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with air conditioner units in both room and a bathroom;
(1) The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm), chest of drawers and a built-in large wardrobe.
(2) The second bedroom has two single beds (2 * 90cm), chest of drawers and a built-in large wardrobe. In addition and if needed, there is also an extra folding bed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink and shower.
On the second floor there is a sun terrace to the south with a sofa lounge set and a roof pergola. In winter (December-January) the sun shines between 09:00 and 16:00 on this roof terrace (in winter you will enjoy the sun better on the roof terrace than in the garden) and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or nice lunch in the sunshine.
If you want to explore the area and the region and consider renting a car during your stay, please note that around the house on street parking is available, but the availability (finding a park spot can be very challenging, especially in summer). To avoid the hassle of finding any available parking, we can arrange a private garage directly next to the community entrance for those interested guests being interested (EUR 50 per week).

This property ticks all the boxes. Centrally located for Buriana and Balcon/town. Excellent house with everything you need. Modern, clean, garden/bbq an added bonus. Lovely pool area. Local ex-pat community very welcoming. Owner very helpful. He arranged our Taxi to and from airport - spot on time. Thoroughly recommend this property. Will be booking again. Thank you.

Located in a good area. Near the beach and close to the city center. The pool area was somewhat small. The roof terrace and the furniture was a bit old/dirty. Otherwise everything in the apartment was really good and perfect for us (two couples).

We love staying at Bajama ll. Its a small well looked after complex. Its quiet and the terrace and the pool is excellent. We have been coming to Bajama ll for many years.
The property is well presented. Very nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. Daniel has been very accessible and helpful.
Kitchen very well equipped with cooking equipment and china glasses etc.
You couldnt fault the property in anyway.
One disappointment was that the tray in the oven wasnt very clean and the BBQ was left with ash in situ and food charred to the grill.
This wouldnt have been an issue if the cleaning instructions and advice of our efforts judged by 'maid' etc hadnt been advised.
Cleaning products would have been nice given the amount required to do on departure.
Location of keys. Poor.
We didnt need a car for our stay and arrived by bus. The same was anticipated to return to the airport.
Because we had to return keys to MB Boutique we had to book a taxi to make this easier an then had it take us to the airport.
It would be good if a more accessible location for keys was an option.
Although we have felt the need to highlight the two items our stay at no 14 was very good. We would stay again if fact we have Sept/Oct booked already.

We stayed in February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is bright, clean and tidy and has everything you might need for a holiday. The garden was a nice place to sit but in February the roof terrace was a real bonus as it got the sun until much later in the day and the combination of both areas give the impression of a larger property. The location is excellent and within walking distance of Burriana beach and also the Balcon d’Europa with the bars and restaurants nearby. We did have issues finding a parking spot, even in February, and imagine it could be a nightmare in summer and also be aware you need to collect and return the keys from a hotel on the other side of town. Overall it is an excellent property and we would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Daniel's very well equipped apartment. The place was clean, tidy and has a lovely outdoor area with bbq and roof terrace that has the sun all day. I emailed Daniel a couple of times during our stay for taxi suggestions and he replied straight away. Perfect place for a family of four with two teenagers. You couldn't ask for a better location right between Burriana and Nerjas old town. I suggest to anyone coming from the airport to pre book your taxis as it is alot cheaper also use big mercadona for big shopping (they even phoned a taxi for us to get back with our bags).

Wie schon bei unserem letzten Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienunterkunft hat alles gestimmt und wir haben uns gut erholt. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Daniel, dass wir das Haus nochmal mieten durften. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche und die ruhige Lage. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Sommerzeit in Andalusien und sehr froh um die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der wunderschöne und sehr saubere Burriana Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenfalls sehr geschätzt haben wir die Sonnenschirme und die Stühle, welche wir an den Strand mitnehmen konnten. Wir sind diesmal vom Flughafen mit Zug und Bus angereist, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Falls man nur Badeferien in Nerja machen möchte, benötigt man kein Auto. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Wir würden für einen Urlaub in Nerja immer wieder dieses Haus wählen und es auch gerne weiterempfehlen. Hasta luego en Nerja.

Lovely stay in a lovely home
Daniels home was everything we needed and was perfect for us having a 1 year old baby and being so close to family who were also staying in Nerja. It was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. The modern fresh decor was made the home a pleasure to stay and relax in when we needed to take a break from the sun. I would happily stay again and reccomend the property to any family or friends.

Great apartment
We do give this apartment 5 stars, But the only downside for us was,
as we are both in our 70+ years we found it very hard only up the stairs to the roof terrace and also out to the garden again a very steep step, Apart from that it is in a great position for beach and the old town.

Very little privacy in bedrooms as overlooked blinds required as curtains required to be closed at all times.
The terrace is also overlooked from all areas around.
Kitchen requires a blind as neighbours can look straight into kitchen.

Love this townhouse!
Daniel's townhouse is in a very well maintained complex in an excellent location. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and it has a fantastic terrace which gets the morning sun. I love the addition of the new sofa, chairs, and coffee table on the rooftop deck! It was a great place to relax and catch the sun in the afternoon. To top it all off, Daniel is a great host. Sadly I had to leave early because of Covid-19. Hopefully, I'll be able to return again soon. Thanks Daniel!

Highly recommend this excellently located property
Fantastic accommodation in a great location allowing you to walk to both the beach and town meaning there’s no need for a car. Daniel the property owner is very responsive and was of great assistance organising our taxis and delivery of the keys. We would highly recommend and hope to return at some stage!

Fab location
Very clean, air con and wifi v v good. Location couldn’t be better! Private terrace is lovely as i had 8 month baby, cot and high chair provided also which was great. Kitchen is contemporary and well stocked with utensils.
We had slight issue with ants on the last 2 days - they managed to gain entry even though we used boiling water on the steps - I think there may be a nest outside. However this was minor and can be fixed. I would recommend staying here.

Second Stay
This was our second year staying in this very nice house in the charming town of Nerja.
The house was terrific. It had everything we needed and we were more than happy to stay there. The Bajamar community is beautiful, quiet and in a good location.
The private walled garden was a small oasis for us to enjoy the weather.
We would love to go back again and highly recommend this Townhouse, Daniel is a wonderful host and was very helpful with arranging having a taxi pick us up in Malaga with the keys to the house. Which we greatly appreciated.

Property exactly as advertised. Lovely house in an excellent location.
Four of us stayed at the townhouse for a week at the end of September. Weather surprising good for this time of year and definitely warmer than expected. First time in Nerja but will certainly return. Would stay at the townhouse again and recommend to friends. Only downside is 20 minute walk to collect and return keys.

Ideal house for family holiday
The property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable. It was a very good location for the beach and the town. The garden and terrace areas were ideal and there was easy and close access to the shared pool. Prior to arriving we had received plentiful information about the house and the area which meant we were able to make best use of our time away. Lots to see and do in and around Nerja, and a wide range of places to eat; supermarkets also nearby.

House good , just needs a few improvements outside.
After a disappointing start when house not ready for Time we had been given. The Property was very comfortable inside and well equipped with everything you would need. Only downfall was there was no cushions for chairs at outside table which made them very uncomfortable to sit on so could not really eat outside.

Wonderful Property
My husband and I stayed at this property for five weeks in February, March 2018 and loved it. The location is good, close enough to town (10 minute walk), but far enough away for a quiet location.
The house itself was lovely with well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, etc. and a beautiful private walled-in garden.
The complex pool was also close enough to the house, but not too close for any noise to intrude when the weather was warm.
It is also a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, very handy.
Daniel was very helpful on the few occasions we needed some help with taxis, etc.
We loved the town of Nerja and would go back again and have no hesitation in giving a this propertu a strong recommendation.

Attractive property in quiet but convenient position
The house is beautifully fitted out and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and everything you could want is provided for your stay. A much higher standard of fixtures and fitting than previous properties we have stayed in. The beds are very comfortable and so ensure a good night's sleep!
There is an attractive garden and the roof terrace is great for all day sun!

Tastefully furnished villa in perfect location
We have just returned from 2 weeks at this villa, and we would definately return. Daniel the owner couldnt be more helpful, he booked our transfer taxis and checked we were pleased with the house, overall we felt he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our holiday.
The location is, in our opinion, the best for exploring nerja, all is within easy walking distance.

Superb
Been visiting Nerja you years...This is my 2nd visit to this property and to be honest wouldn't go anywhere else... Perfect for walk to Beach...Perfect for walk to Town. This year we didnt get a car. Unless you want to travel in my opinion there is no need. My 3 girls 9, 6 & 2 loved the pool (In April!!) and me and my wife love the privacy and security. Role on the next visit

Fantastic property, ideal location, excellent communication
We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at the Petermans' immaculate townhouse. Equipped with everything you need, it is modern, spacious, and has the comfiest beds ever! The location is ideal for exploring the town and beaches on foot and is set in a quiet, peaceful complex. Communication with the owner was prompt and faultless throughout the booking process and David was more than helpful in facilitating our additional needs and arranging transport to and from the property - it made for an extremely stress-free experience. Can't recommend highly enough. If we return to the area we will definitely look to stay at this property again

A Great Holiday
We had a great holiday in this property. We found it spacious and comfortable and very handy to Nerja centre with numerous bars and restaurants.Slightly disappointed that the garden and barbecue area were not quite accurate in the advertised description (hardly any plants and most of them were dead - damp problem on the wall at the BBQ area which was quite unsightly) however, this didn't detract from the enjoyment of our holiday.
Information pack was very informative and very handy to have.
Daniel answered any queries we had almost immediately!
Daniel advised us that the garden area and BBQ area would be upgraded in the very near future.
Overall, we had a great time, we would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would happily return 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the house (which is in a very well maintained condition) and Nerja. In summary, from the initial contact with the owner until end of our one week stay it can be summarized and described with one word: Excellent!! We really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area and have already booked the house for next time again.
