About this cottage rental
In Kingsand, an 'upside down' little house on three levels with good sea views, snuggled in a row of 18th cent. houses, two minutes stroll from the beach and Coast Path. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms a twin, and a double with French windows to a tiny courtyard, imaginatively done just for two; ground floor toilet. Smart, roomy bathroom. Up on the first floor there is a light, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with those lovely time-wasting sea views binoculars provided to observe the shipping which passes. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient. Take a day walking in nearby Mount Edgcumbes 800 acres or take the seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth
Amenities: Electric fires with night storage heating. Microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with freesat, Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Enclosed courtyard garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Parking is in a public car park 200 yards away, it is possible to unload 30 yards from the property.
