I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hosts that were very accommodating. Room was nice and the breakfast was fantastic. Nicely situated in Seaton close to the beach. Parking was very easy in the car park around the corner.

Great beach side stay

Fantastic stay. Guest house owners were friendly and breakfast was amazing. Great location for the beach and room was spacious and some nice homely touches. Highly recommend

Despite heavy rain we had an excellent stay!

Homeleigh House has a welcoming vibe, a very high standard of cooking and presentation and generous hosts. We felt thoroughly at ease and cared for.

Linnea and Nigel were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They made us so welcome.

On arrival we were greeted with a cup of tea and freshly made, warm blueberry muffins. This set the tone for the whole stay! Our room was fresh and clean. It was well stocked with a section of teas, coffee, toiletries etc. the bed was extremely comfortable too. It wasn't a large room, but very tastefully decorated with everything we needed.The breakfasts were wonderful with a wide selection of cooked breakfasts to choose from plus cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit salad. The extra touches made it special; the home made marmalade for instance and the attention to detail in presentation. The lounge designated for the use of the guests was spacious and comfortable, equipped with maps and books of the area. The accessible fridge for guest use always had a supply of cold water and milk and room to put anything you wanted to keep cool. We greatly appreciated the free parking facility, which meant we never had to worry about finding a parking space and still had the benefit of being in a central location.

There was nothing we did not like and had there been a problem I know we only had to ask and it would have been sorted for us.

Amazing relaxing stay at a venue where hosts were very accommodating and could not do enough for you would 100% recommen

The property was very clean and welcoming rooms were spacious with lovely extras such as toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely shared lounge and well maintained throughout

Breakfast selection was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Location was also very good and in easy reach of amenities.

A good trip and an excellent hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, freshly cooked and good variety. The owners were friendly and helpful., The Seaton Tramway is worth a visit.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Holmleigh House to our friends.

We were given a very warm welcome, very comfortable beds and superb breakfasts, a wide range of cereals, fresh fruit, juices, cheeses, followed by an extensive cooked breakfast menu, ranging through all manner of variations from smoked fish to a full English. A very enjoyable stay with lovely hosts with convenient free parking, close to all amenities and the beach.

Friendly, very comfortable and excellently located

Had a wonderful welcome from Linnea and Nigel and were made to feel so at home in their place. The breakfasts were delicious, we enjoyed the copious games options in the lounge and the location was really convenient. Thanks for your great food and sightseeing recommendations and overall outstanding hospitality!

Exceptional

Perfectly located in the heart od Seaton, withing walking distance of shops and restaurants, 2 min walk to the main Seaton Beach. The room was big, homey and comfy, all necesities covered. By far the highlight of my stay were the hosts. A lovely couple, welcomed me with a big genuine smile and tempted me to a gin tonic as soon as I walked in. They have lots of experience within the hospitality industry and it shows. Amazing bespoke breakfast, fresh and quality produce, attn to detail. And, most importantly, two beautiful human beings who made me feel very welcomed and looked after. Highly highly recommended and if ever in Seaton will not even think twice about where to stay. They are my only and obvious choice :)

Our stay was most comfortable with everything provided for our needs and we highly recommend it.

A lovely welcome from the owners with a much needed cup of tea and home=made bun. A spacious lounge where we could invite any friends. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and beautifully served. The room had plenty of storage and mirrors and the beds were exceedingly comfortable.

The only thing we found slightly difficult was the bathroom where the shower was a bit tight for space. Other than that the small bathroom was perfectly adequate.

The breakfast was beautiful presented lovely selection. Lots of home made jams marmalade etc which was a lovely touch . Had fresh fruit which was delicious . Had porridge one morning . Had full English ingredients very high standard

An absolute gem among B&Bs, Holmleigh House was perfect in every respect for a peaceful holiday in Devon.

Truly exceptional hosts making us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Property beautifully presented, well cared for and impeccably clean. Quiet and calm position very close to town centre and seafront. Gorgeous breakfasts, expertly and generously prepared by Nigel and served by Linnea.

Wonderful and welcoming hosts, great location and absolutely delicious breakfast - highly recommend!

Linnea and Nigel are the most welcoming, most kind and helpful hosts! We felt like we were staying with family :-) The range of breakfast options is superb and the breakfast itself is absolutely delicious. Our room was light, airy and a decent size with plenty of facilities (tea/coffee, hairdryer, toiletries, TV). We were also very pleased that Linnea and Nigel offered a free permit for the local public car park (just across the road) for the duration of our stay. Linnea and Nigel could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful holiday and have plenty of suggestions/resources/information about the local area. We cannot wait to visit Linnea and Nigel again! :-)

Our accommodation was absolutely brilliant - there wasn't anything we did not like. In terms of Seaton, we did find that many establishments were closed or had reduced opening hours. We understand that this is primarily due to staff shortages. From our experience, we would highly recommend planning meals/activities ahead of your stay to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic food - and catered well for gluten free and vegetarians. very comfortable bed.

Linnea and Nigel were very friendly. They greeted us with tea and freshly baked muffins and had even baked gluten free biscuits especially for me. The breakfast was fantastic.

Simply the best!

Nigel and Linnea are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and the tea and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, cooked by Nigel, with a great variety to choose from including homemade preserves. They are both very knowledgable about the area which was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Linnea is very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Nigel and Linnea are lovely people and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Much better than a hotel.
