Passable

The food from the restaurant was good and the breakfast and friendly staff and clean.

Absolutely nothing to do in the village and no bars and after 2000hrs no service in the hotel bar or restaurant

lovely harbour side hotel

We liked everything, but loved our little suite in the turret (room 8) Staff very friendly, location by harbour attractive. Hotel looks old from the outside but super modern internally. Bikes stored safely inside. Dining area best described as eccentric and eclectic, bound to make you smile! Meals served on site good value and tasty, breakfast plentiful and eggs cooked to order.

Nothing, thought it was close to perfection!

The room was okay, the food was also okay but the bathroom was not okay

The food of the restaurant was good, and the service was also good.

I often had a sewage smell in the bathroom and after I passed this on to the chef, he came to have a look and said he didn't smell anything. Also the fan in the bathroom was not working properly.

Wonderful place - the room was very clean and had a bed in the lovely little tower! Breakfast was great and served by a very lovely lady, Luba, who was super hospitable. We then went for a dinner to Tawerna itself and the food was excellent. Would definitely come back if we're in the area. It took us only 30min in Taxi from the airport and was a perfect stopover on our further way to the seaside.

Exceptional

This accomodation was over my expectation. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Room was so cosy, bed comfortable, everything was there you need for your stay. It was one of the stops during my long distance cycling so me as a cyclist i really appreciate i could store my bike inside . Breakfast was so delicious. I was really impressed by this place. Highly recommended. Thank you

I look forward to a reason to come here again

I stayed at this location twice this summer, for the purposes of exploring the area around Stepnica, particularly the Odra Delta Nature Reserve. This place was excellent both times, with comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and a great location close to the water.

I think the portions in the restaurant here, in the evenings, are too big. I was unable to finish my meal either time, and I hate leaving wasted food. The portions they serve for breakfast made me feel like Goldilocks - they were just right, both times.

Nicely located in minor remote village in connection with a small boat harbour.

Despite restaurant was more like a cafeteriea the food quality was very good and seemed freshly and homemade.

Aircon was indicated to be in all rooms but was not in the top-floor room. Thankfully it wasn't to hot during night.

Lovely historic building with nice, clean rooms, on the waterfront.

Outside of the marina/harbor area, Stepnica is clearly economically distressed, but then you reach the waterfront and you can see how an influx of EU money has really helped. The hotel is right here, overlooking the water. The historic building is really lovely -- bright, airy, nautical. The rooms on the other end seem newly done and are clean and comfortable. Great food in the restaurant too!

Wish the restaurant/bar were open until at least 9 instead of 8, at least in the summer.

We liked our stay in this property.

Breakfast was not the buffet style, but it was rich and there was everything we wanted. The self service restaurant is good and fish meals are nice. There is no draft beer - only bottled beer.

Excellent breakfast included. Secure parking on site (small fee), Great restaurant on site with fresh fish and beautiful view of the lake. Clean room with comfortable bed. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Superb

The place is beautiful and very cozy. Breakfast for this value was pretty good.

I booked a double room with a double bed but i hot surprised that it was a twin room and when i asked to get a double bed or a double room they ignored and all what they did was moving the beds together and it was really uncomfortable because the beds were moving and kept falling between the 2 beds all night. Second issue that i didn’t like was the restaurant because the food was not delicious and the problem was.. that there were only very few eating options in the area. Last issue its not easy to reach stepnica if you dont have a car... so you have to know you have to take a taxi whenever you wanna go something
