Muy bien!

Seguro, cerca de todo en Provenza, limpio y buen servicio, el joven muy amable y la chica de la noche muy amable y servicial, un abrazo y muchas gracias por el excelente servicio, El hotel va acorde en relación calidad y precio.

como punto a Mejorar, el café y chocolate ponerle mas saber, también decorar un poco mas las habitaciones. Todo lo demás excelente! Muy limpio todo.

Very nice stayed and enjoyable.

Breakfast was very nice overall, location was great, stuff very frendly and helpful. Very clean rooms.

The security box in my room was broken, they fixed it a couple of times, but again didn't work. The guys at reception were very helpful all the time.

this is my second time with element hotel .The staff are best and honest

They pay attention to every detail and the owner is a very good woman .She makes sure that the guests are happy and also the tours at the hotel desk are good

No sleep and they stole my money

I feel scammed, which makes it hard to write anything positive. I have tried to get in contact in person, by email and through booking.com, but they won't resolve it. If I have to mention one positive thing; I did like the location of the hostel. It is close to a nice area with bars and restaurants, so if you are partying until very late anyways, it is fine to have a room here. Although I guess there are cheaper options for a short night.

You would get a better rest by sleeping in the middle of a nightclub. The rooms/windows are right next to a club which plays very loud music. Also they charge too much on your creditcard and won't give your money back. After I noticed this, I went straight to the accommodation to ask for my money back. Even after talking to the reception, where they don't speak English at all, and messaging booking.com there was nothing they did to fix it.

Good value. Friendly front desk staff.

A budget hotel that is cheapest in area. You get what you pay for. The rooms have terrible lighting, like a cheap hostel, and the wifi / internet is very slow in the room and frequently is not working at all.

The sink is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, the street is very noisy

Good breakfast, great location, and nice restaurants around.

Could have been better in cleaning service. I checked in late that day, so when I went to my room the sheets of the bed were not cleaning ( they put me on different room but unfortunately it was a lot noise that night ) and not TV service..I didn't have access to watch TV.
