The bed was really comfortable. The room was facing the River, although busy work traffic early morning, it was not heard in the room. The breakfast room was very homely.

Easy to park outside. Fluffy white towels. Clean bedding. Excellent breakfast. Good price. Short walk to town.

For me very steep stairs, two flights to room. Powerful shower but one temperature that was very hot.

A lovely welcome, a nice clean and cosy room & a good choice of items for continental breakfast.

Lots of choice at breakfast time. Great that lots of fresh fruit was on offer. Location is great for Spalding town centre. Rooms were clean and fresh on arrival and had all that we required.
