it was a cosy apartment and there was a lot already included at the apartment.

We loved how well equipped and secluded it was.
We found the bed too soft (we suffer bad back and hips so like hard beds so personal preference!)
A foot stool to go with the sofa!

Lovely and relaxing. Beautiful location, will definitely be back!

good location - needed some trays to eat from because no where to sit easily to eat in studio.
it would have been polite if someone would have replied to our messages - before we left.

Clean, Comfortable, extremely well equipped. Great secure parking, quiet.
not really a dislike, it was on the wrong side of the Hamble from where I was working.

Amazing little lodge with everything you need.
The hot tub made it for us.
Make sure you take your own speaker if you like music, and no freezer for ice. But apart from that a perfect amazing stay! Booking again

The area was lovely. Had a walk to the local harbour for lunch.
Lovely location
Had a lovely stay in the lodge with the hot tub. One recommendation would be to have some form of air conditioning or fan for guests during the summer as the lodge was very hot when we stayed. Other than that was perfect and have recommended to friends and will look to book a stay again next year.

I loved the bedroom and all of the facilities such as TVs, fridge, washing machine. the studio was in a lovely quiet leafy location.
The advert showed a swimming pool and hot tub which you were not allowed to access, these belonged to the main house.

The apartment is located in beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and tranquil, the interior was of exceptional quality! Making my stay exciting and luxurious.
No faults.

Lovely private and quiet location. Parking available outside lodge. Hot tub was lovely in the evening. Walking distance to local pubs for dinner.

The location was lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
It is not clear that if you stay in apartments you are unable to use facilities or even stroll round gardens. The pictures and website should be seperate. I did realise before we left. No welcome pack . Every place I have stayed even if self catering have provided a welcome pack. The very least a few tea bags , milk ect... It shows care. For the price I would of liked a little more but it was a pleasant stay.

great

lovely location, and the overall quality was great - nice to have a studio with a kitchen rather than just a room

The location suited our needs. My husband grew up in the area until aged 9yrs, so it was good to visit all his childhood haunts.
The outdoor light was irritating for my husband, as you could see it around the curtains all night.
Unfortunately we found the corners of the wooden bedframe a nuisance, my husband managed to bump into it at night and cut his leg.

Quite a badly planned space, not clean at all with stains on the coffee table lots of (old) cobewbs, a desk you cant use, a tiny handbasin that means you hit your head on the cupboard when you brush your teeth, Even the fridge is difficult to use as the door opens the wrong way. Walls are not insulated so sounds go through the whole room. Front door doesn't shut properly so you end up with a room full of mosquitoes and other flying things if you have the light on, Internet is not only unprotected but actually called "free wifi" so everyone in the maritime college (Which is right next door and the service road goes right past the room) can use it. There is no recycling allowance at all, everything goes into one bin and they ask you to empty that every day into the main bin. No visitors allowed without prior notice, no access to the house or facilities so im not sure why the pool is featured on the advertisment. The smoke alarm goes off randomly day and night. its actually not what it claims to be in my opinion. I was arriving at night and asked for "what3words" location and was just told, didnt you get my instructions, which is not a great start, driving in the dark while trying to read printed instructions, this is the 21st century and I feel this property is in a time warp, not even an LED lamp in sight, all halogens. It could be something so much better with a little bit of thought.

Accommodation was spotless when arrived
Fast communication response
Had training at the Solent marine academy was really close to this facility and as a lone traveller felt very safe.
Frying pan on induction hob didn’t work (informed landlady who was sorting this)
