great place to stay and explore Split

this is a great location right outside the old city in Split. Walking distance to everything you need. A few blocks from the harbor. Incredibly clean and well decorated rooms. Traveled with my family and had two rooms next to each other. Both were great rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

A busy City with a lot going on and restaurants a plenty. will definitely return.

Location was central to old Town and Harbour but in a quiet area of City. Beautiful Bedroom with all facilities and air con.

Apartments renovated and turned into nice hotel rooms close to Split with great customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Priska Heritage rooms. We hadn't stayed at a small "rooms" hotel in Croatia until this point, and we were very happy with the experience. Elena was very responsive and helpful both before and during our trip. The rooms themselves were very nicely designed and renovated. The location was also perfect too, just outside the old town but close.

There really isn't anything major that comes to mind. It took us a few minutes to find the hotel front door, so maybe a more clear marking or instructions for finding it prior to arrival would be helpful.

Lovely!

The room was lovely, everything was super-clean. Elena was the BEST customer-service person we came across during our whole 3-week holiday in Croatia.

Food location, walkable to downtown central town, and comfortable.

Great location: walking distance to all main attractions in Split (10 minutes or less to Diocletian’s Palace). The staff, especially Elena, were very courteous and helpful. If I had questions about the city, wegre to go eat, or where to visit, the staff really helped me with whatever I needed.

Boutique and quaint!

The decor was excellent as was the cleanliness. Lovely staff very obliging. Excellent location.

Being older we were not aware of the number of steps. We found it quite challenging to climb to the top floor. Would suggest that you are made aware prior to confirming your booking. Also the wifi although free was very poor.

I would definitely book again at Priska Heritage Rooms, Staff is really friendly and location is great!

Great location because you can walk easily to the Diocletian palace or the beach. Rooms are also near restaurants so no need to have a car at all.

The rooms are above a restaurant so sometimes it was a bit noisy but not on a regular basis.

LOVED VISITING SPLIT ,THE FOOD WAS SUPERB. THE AMBIENCE WAS RIGHT . FELT A VERY SAFE DESTINATION

location was excellent - in the heart of split. 6 mins Walking distance to all sights of split .Everywhere was exceptionally clean , The building was immaculate, the streets and the restaurants were the same.

there was alot of noise from the street early in the morning

Fantastice Service, Great Location

Elena is absolutely fantastic! The property is very nice and convenient; I stayed in both locations. The main location can be a bit noisy, but the rooms are lovely and the service exceptional! Elena was quick to respond and helped arrange airport transfers, made great restaurant recommendations and was overall amazing!

One night was very noisy; we had the windows open for air flow and several times I was awakened by street noise. The second night we figured out the AC and closed the windows, which was much better.

Great location and friendly staff.

The room was in a central part of town, 15 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. It was clean, spacious and there was no noise coming from the street. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I emailed reception with a few questions before we arrived (i.e. how long it would take us to walk from the ferry terminal, the option of leaving our luggage at reception), and they answered very quickly. There are a few places nearby that serve breakfast, including a bakery and pastry shop.

Everything was great. I can't fault it.

Very good

I arrived very late at night and left early the next morning. so it was more of a stop over stay. I was grateful to find a bed in an otherwise fully booked Split! And it was a great location and very pleasant room!

It was a 1st class star hotel, staff super friendly, rooms super spacious and clean.

The hotel was amazing, the location was so central and near everything. The room we stayed in was an absolute delight, it was spacious, the decor was beautiful and the bathroom was perfect to use. The manager of the hotel Elena was extremely helpful, booked tours for us, was contactable 24/7, so friendly, kind and extremely helped us when speaking with Croatians. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, anyone who goes to split needs to stay here!!!

perfect place to explore or / and to chill :))

We had a very warm welcome. This stuff is amazing friendly! The location is perfect to explore the city but even just to chill in the hotel or at the beach that is close by. Everything in the room was new and in a very good quality. And the bed was amazing :))

To be honest everything was more than fine. Are you sure it’s a hot country :)) maybe it would be nice to have a cold welcome drink (water)

Clean room with a beautiful balcony, close proximity to the old town.

The location is good and the food is good.

A bigger sign will definitely be helpful to find it especially if one arrived at nigh.

Superb

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was furnished attractively and eveything was in immaculate order. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. From its condition I assumed the accomodation was new but was told the rooms had been developed 4 years ago. The room is one of 6 in this property. Reception is in a separate building just round the corner which accomodates the larger Priska Luxury rooms. There are steps to the front entrance and stairs to our room on the second floor. Everywhere was very clean. The location was good at the edge of the old town. It was only a short walk to the centre of the old town but also good for taxi drop off and pick up. There were plenty of small bars and cafes very nearby for breakfast and coffee. I would definitely stay there again.
