Booked because of the location on my favorite beach. Hotel has great view looking at the ocean and rocks on the beach.
Reception staff were great with their service.
Room had good space and we loved our balcony.
We didn't enjoy the food at the restaurant. Also breakfast (food and service) was not up to standard. I think they should do menu instead of buffet.

The staff was really helpful and kind. The location is also amazing--turtles come right up to the beach mere meters away--and I had a BEAUTIFUL view from my balcony, looking right onto the ocean. It was also fairly quiet and the amazing cocktails at the on-site bar were an added perk. Excellent value for money.
The location isn't particularly central, with few food options around (though there is an on-site restaurant.) If you're looking to be around lots of bars and restaurants, it's an easy tuk-tuk ride but you will need to travel 5 or 10 minutes for more options.

We loved the breakfast but we highly recommending to have a buffet system breakfast but we enjoy. Wish they have more items in their lunch n dinner menu
Nothing so far, but if they have tea coffee maker that would be great

The views are stunning, palm trees and waves crashing, we saw turtles while swimming on the beach. The food was delicious and staff paid excellent attention to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. If you go out late at night let the reception know as they do close the gate in the evening. We found it easy to visit other restaurants and beach clubs from this location as well so you have lots of options on your doorstep!

We loved the location (the beach and calmness), the view from the balcony on 3d floor and last, but not least- people, who works there.
The staff made our stay excellent, helped with every little or big request during our stay and after :) I forgot my facecream at the hotel, contacted them next day and they sent a tuk-tuk with my cream to Mirissa (25km from the resort!). We are grateful for the stay!

Good service and amaizing weekend. Stuff is friendly, breakfast is delicious. The balcony view is great!!! The hotel is near calm Dalawella beach, which is surrounded by rif, so there are no waves. A lot of huge turtles in the water. Happy to stay here again!

I have no words to describe how welcoming and kind are stuff and owner of this place. Amazing food, view, clean rooms, one of the prettiest beaches in Sri Lanka, very peaceful. Special thanks to Ditashi, she really made my stay perfect!

Beautiful views out onto the sea.
Great opportunity to swim with a big turtle on the beach to the left of the hotel. (Better than Turtle beach experience) Lots of turtles also popping up in front of the hotel but the sea is more rough there.
We were able to see some baby turtles and release one that the hotel arranged.
Friendly and helpful staff.
For the price the hotel is pretty old and dated, rooms small.
Would be good for a greater range of choice of the restaurant menu.
Not much around the hotel but you can easily tuk tuk to places.

Hotel is a bit old.

Location on a really nice beach, comfortable sun beds overlooking the see, breakfast was ok.
The room needs a good cleaning and reeks of mold. No water pressure in the shower.
Quite expensive for the standard of the rooms.

The staff were warm and nothing was too much effort, the service better than anywhere else we've been. For a beachside hotel on Wijaya beach we found it to be extremely good value and from talking to other guests at neighbouring hotels, better than the average.

Nice place. Reasonably sized room. Working WiFi. Really really friendly staff. Nice breakfast. I loved the terrace with the view of the ocean
I wish they had laundry services by the Kilo instead of by the item.

The service was good. The receptionist and other staff members are friendly.

Great hotel, right on the beach front near to the "Frog Rock" and a short beach walk to the Turtle bay, which is an excellent lagoon protected from the waves by a reef and great for snorkeling with plenty of fish and large turtles. Safe and secure off road parking, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.
Being a tall person, over 6'2'', the door to the room was a little low (6' I think) so after the first bumped head, I remembered to duck!! Oh and insufficient electric sockets behind TV, so unplugged the TV to plug in the fridge.

Super location for the sunset. I loved it.
Romm was in the average level. Lighting is so poor inside the room.
