Great location. Clean apartment. Host easy to communicate with.
Could do with a new hairdryer.
1.5 / 5.0
The location was very good, quiet and nothing to complain about. The apartment was clean as well and had the necessary basic appliances.
The place was in fact more rustic than then pictures suggested. The sunscreen on the balcony was shredded (badly damaged) and offered no heat protection. The apartment had a good size but because the AC could barely cool down the bedroom, the kitchen/living room were un-useable because it was too hot to hang out in. There was no fan to help with air circulation. The windows were small and low to the ground and did nothing to cool down the place. The AC was a bit noisy, gave off a bright light that illuminated the bedroom at night - so ear plugs and eye mask were necessary for me. The Bathroom is located off the balcony and gets very hot. It was also musky, smelly and hot when the door was shut. The bed was ok but the pillows were square deco pillows and not actual pillows. There was also a leak coming from the roof when it rained, dripping onto the floor. If I went back to Korcula I would definitely stay in one of the many other more modern places that would have made for a more pleasant stay.

A well equipped apartment right in the heart of old city very convenient to everything.
A lot of steps to get to the apartment and 2 lots of stairs to get up to it. Would be hard work for some but worth it if you are staying at least 3 days. Our host kindly came over from

Great location in centre of old town. Lovely balcony with sea view. Spacious apartment.
No wine glasses.
2.5 / 5.0
The location can't be beaten, very central, close to lovely restaurants and bars.
The bed was very comfortable.
Full sized fridge with large freezer compartment.
Communication and directions were excellent.
Apartment was very clean. Washing machine was useful mid-way through our holiday.
The air con struggled to compete with the heat in this top-floor apartment. Would be fine during shoulder months of April, June, September & October, but with no bedroom door, the unit is forced to try and cool the whole apartment which it cannot cope with in the hot summer.
Two flights of stairs to negotiate with heavy luggage...ok for us but be aware if you're not good with stairs. Also you can't avoid stairs to get to the actual apartment as Korcula old town is on a small hill and the apartment is at the top. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of.
The bathroom is off the balcony, and the balcony is overlooked by facing neighbours, so going to the toilet is less private than you would normally expect. It's also a very small bathroom, exposed to the summer sun which makes it a fairly uncomfortable experience in the middle of summer. These aren't necessarily complaints, but I think they're points that potential visitors ought to be aware of when deciding whether to stay here. My opinion is that it would be better suited to shoulder months than middle of summer.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartmant was clean and comfortable. It is supplied with everything you would need and since it is located in the old town, everythint is just a couple minutes away.

Simple, homely and right in the middle of the old town. We loved the balcony and views of the sea. The apartment was spotless and all communication with Linda was great, we felt very well looked after.
The kitchen was missing a few basic items, e.g. corkscrew for wine!

The location is great! Also very good service from Linda.
The veranda needs some work. Poor quality.
The outside bathroom gets very hot and needs a fan extractor.

The location just could not be better. Smack in the middle of the old town, great access to everything. Really helpful agents, met us at the port, great help with bags. Has obviously been tidied up with new AC, renovated bathroom
The bathroom does come off the balcony, not the end of the world but a little odd. It is essentially an attic, so lots of stairs but again, not a big problem. Washing machine but no iron or ironing board- why?

it is a modest apartment and it has the basic things to cook. We found the apartment clean and tidy up. It's exactly as you see in the pictures! The location is perfect, in middle of the town of Korcula, next to the apartment you have bars, restos and the beach! Very convenient the location, after a long day out. The AC is very appreciated! Put it in sleep mode.
As we traveled in Covid times, the check in was made without contact... So we never meet the owners and we could not received any suggestions where to go. The owners decided to work with a third party service that arrange the bookings.
As the apartment is one piece, there no doors to separate the bedroom from the kitchen, we couldn't sleep very well because the fridge make noises like dripping water or something.
Don't bring big luggage because you need to take a lot of stairs.

Beautifully clean, gorgeous view. Really great to have stove top and washing machine. Once we got used to the church bells we had a great time. Korcula has heaps to do and the people watching was awesome. Recommend taking a local bus to Lombarda. Hop off at last stop, 2 minute walk to beach and then 10 minutes to Grk Vineyard for local wine tasting. We spent 4 days on the island and loved it.
