Friendly and helpful staff but basic apartment facilities not provided, and location not great.

The pool was a bit on the small side, but there were usually loungers. It got really busy in the afternoon as it seemed to become open to the nearby residents living locally, so I usually used it in the mornings. It was great having 2 bathrooms.

Downside of apartment - very poor kitchen/self catering facilities. Had to request coffee maker that did not work very well. No knife for cutting vegetables. No salad bowl. No colander. These items were not provided for the whole trip. Apartment complex was very far to walk to the main restaurant area of the port, and the old town (about 30 minutes). 20 min walk to the beach.

Disappointing

The room is very comfortable with the pool view

However, the staff are very disappointing. First, there was no shampoo in one of the bathroom we have been asking shampoo from the first day, they kept insisting to fill the shampoo the next day. Until the day we left, we still got none refills. Second, the receptionist was inpatient with us, he said the room wasn’t ready. While we were waiting, he gave a ready room to another guest. Strongly suspect that the staff treated guests based on ethnicity since we were the only Asians there.

Exceptional

Just back from a fabulous 2 week stay in Solecito Apartments. We had a spacious 2 bed apartment with a pool view. Spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, with a special mention for Andy & Mary. Bar food was excellent.....Inflatables were allowed into the pool which went down a treat with kids and adults alike!

Exceptional

small complex perhaps 32 rooms, good location, great pool area, always plentty of sunbeds. apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great as there were 4 adults and a toddler. there fro 9 nights and towels changed 4 times, bedlinen once. snack bar on site open till 10am for breakfast, 12 to3pm for lunch and 7 to10pm for dinner. bar open All day which was great by side of the pool.

we had a lovely stay here and will one day come back

I loved how spacious the 2 bedroom apartment was and how clean it was. Also there were many wardrobes. A good size pool and no loud music blasting out 👍 Staff were also very nice, always enough sun beds too 👍

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was that it was the same breakfast everyday, either continental or English breakfast I didn’t know until we ate the following morning that it wasn’t a buffet help yourself breakfast so not much choice. We were there for 2 weeks so maybe a week would of been fine. I will say though that after I told them I had a gluten allergy they produced bread the following day 👍 The only other thing is there are no small tables between the beds so know where to put your drink or book etc. Still a lovely place to stay though.

Good size children's pool with the Park just next to it! Nice size accommodation and balcony area. Nice food and friendly staff. Our cleaners were so lovely too and helped us with lots of information about the local area.

Alot of mosquitos biting us. Children can easily escape from the hotel grounds because there is multiple unsecured openings.

Try their burgers, they are amazing!

Really disturbing noise from the street :-( When booking ask for rooms with pool view, otherwise it is a disaster! Our room was opposite the bar across the street, which is nowhere in the pictures. The bar was open every day and specially on weekend we could not sleep!!! Especially when you have a kid the noise is extremely annoying. The hotel was full during our stay so we could not move to a better room.

Highly recommended

Nice and quiet hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and bar terrace. The apartment was spotless and very new; we had 2 bathrooms, a nice balcony to eat outside and AC was wonderful. Beach is about 10-15min walk and personal very nice, we will be back!

Can't really choose breakfast (either an English or continental plate) and they don't seem to have enough people at this time so it can take more than 30min to receive the food.

Clean but poorly equipped apartment with tasteless breakfast. Friendly staff

+ Two bathrooms in the apartment by the pool + very nice and friendly staff + Free on-street parking

- a very poorly equipped kitchen - one pot is not enough to cook a dinner for a family - this is why an apartment with a kitchen is rented to be able to cook - no hand soap in the toilets and bathrooms - even in the free public toilets at the airport there is soap - no coffee machine in apartment - air conditioning in the apartment doesn't work - tasteless breakfasts - the cheapest products, very small portions - thin walls - you can hear everything from neighboring apartments

Ideal for family with kids

Perfect place to stay with family. Apartment was pleasant, cleaning every 2 days which in our case was ideal, very comfortable beds, basic kitchen to cook a dinner. Basic breakfast consist of two options (continental and English), which again, in our case ideal option (quick and tasty). Generally very good atmosphere. Free parking on street just in front of hotel. Beach walking distance. Due to a technical problem we were relocated to Sol apartments for 1 night, apologies given and free dinner offered as a compensation. The personal at both Sol apartment and Solecito apartments is outstanding. Highly recommend for families with kids.
