A great deal

Large spacious room. Good size beds. Breakfast included.

Minor gripe only. Rooms/building is next to a working pub, which we didn't realise. So with a child the bit of noise made getting to sleep a bit less easier. But once asleep it was fine. Again only a minor issue. The rest was great.

We would highly recommend the very special Inn at Cadtledawsen for its welcome and attention to detail. Just lovely!

Lovely setting and staff. Just fabulous! Beautiful room and very comfortable bar and back patio. Staff were wonderful - made us feel very welcome and they were passionate about sharing this gorgeous inn and part of Northern Ireland. Wonderful food and attention to detail in the restaurant.

The noise from the street made it hard to get to sleep but I know there's nothing can be done about that.

Lovely friendly B & B, good value and excellent breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they offered to help with our cases from the car park across the road. When we said we were going down the road for something to eat, our host rang ahead to make sure they were expecting us. Room was clean and well decorated. Excellent breakfast cooked to order.

The location is across the bridge from the city centre, bit further away from the attractions but not a big problem. There's no car park but there is a car park across the road (Spencer Road). It didn't look too promising but we had no problems all the time we were there.

clean smart quiet room, good bathroom, heat, a window that opens. handy to bridge. car parking close by. Great staff, nice breakfast food and space. good price ..competitive. Great wifi and tv. welcoming at reception. very good bed for size and comfort. stayed before will stay again I hope.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable as it dipped in the centre. Quite noisy at the front of the building.

Host very friendly and really enthusiastic. Provided lots of useful information. Location very central. Room quite comfortable. Good breakfast.

Difficult to locate the property initially. Room comfortable but quite angular.

Friendly homely place to stay when in Derry

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the town centre but allowing you to take in the whole vista of Derry by walking the Craigavon Bridge. We were allowed to check in early and were greeted and shown to our room by an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff which set the tone for the stay. The room was spacious and homely and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we missed breakfast, but more reason to return. Thanks
