Nice, central hotel.

Great Location, great room. Very clean. A pleasant stay.

The shower had no pressure and was impossible to control: it was either scorching hot or freezing cold.

Necesita un poco más de cuidado

El personal y lo centrico

No nos cambiaron las toallas y la habitación estaba un poco deteriorada, el baño se salía y estaba poco cudiado. La cama super cómoda y la ubicación no podía ser mejor. Lo más a destacar, la chica de recepción, que es encantadora.

Si visitas el centro es tú hotel

Excelente ubicación para visitar el centro de Oviedo. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas y agradables. Las habitaciones tienen lo básico y suficiente para descansar. Ofrecen parking de pago muy cómodo.

El baño está anticuado respecto a la habitación, mejorable.

Las chicas de la limpieza

Estábamos super contentos por qué estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario de boda ., 1 Al llegar el personal del hotel un poco robot ,nos da la llave de la habitación ,cuando entramos muy bien la habitación es como la describe en la página... La primera noche bien .. Limpieza bien Todo bien , 2: El segundo día de mi estancia como es de suponer nos fuimos todo el día de turismo . Llegamos a las 9:40 ya cansados y con ganas de cenar algo . Nos pregunta el reccesionsta que habitación tenemos se lo decimos y nos dice que mañana se iba a ir el agua en nuestro piso rectifico , En algunas habitaciones (las habitaciones que son son las centrales ..) Por ese motivo teníamos que entregar las llaves y nos dieron otras por supuesto. Tuvimos que hacer la mudanza a esa hora ,cansados y sin comer pues nada hacer la mudanza del primer piso al quinto . Cuál es mi sorpresa que entramos y la habitación era oscura, triste y vieja La cama era muchísimos más pequeña. (Mi marido mide 1"87 y yo no soy pequeña ) Pues cuando bajamos el reccesionsta super contento (que me extrañó ) Me preguntó que si la habitación estaba bien .yo le dije que no y me fui .. Esa noche no dormí ( la habitación era un horno ,si habrías las ventanas se oía todo el tráfico, si la cerrabas y ponías el aire acondicionado hacia más ruido que el tráfico .) Bueno al día siguiente pregunta a una reccesionsta que había pasado con la habitación y se quedó cayada le dije si habían solucionado el problema y si era sola nuestra habitación.me pregunta que habitación tenía y se lo dije cual es mi sorpresa que éramos nosotros solo por qué a los demás no se les localizaron . Bueno pues reclamé mi habitación la primera . Me dijeron que no podía ser por qué ya la habían adjudicado a otros clientes que no habían llegado todavía.. Que sepan que me trataron como una basura ... Es el peor aniversario que he tenido Si no saben tratar a la gente que no se dediquen a esa profesión... Las únicas que nos trataron con respeto la limp

Comfort and convenience in the heart of Oviedo.

Very well situated between the old and new parts of the city, the Gran Regente offers comforotable accomodation in the heart of Oviedo. The room had a small fridge and a good table/ desk, was clean and comfortable, if a little lacking in style/ character. The staff were friendly and helpful but, overall, this has the feel of a conference, rather than a holiday hotel.

Excellent very enjoyable - fulfilled our needs

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful – we lost some language and reception helped us find it The location was outstanding on the edge of the historical centre - the rate at the end of the week and into Sunday was very good

Loved it!

This hotel is well located in Oviedo. It's a short walk into town and close to the old town. 15-20 min walk to the main bus station, 5 mins to the local supermarket. The room was great, bigger than expected, easy to access with elevator, very clean and warm (we went in Feb). We had one breakfast which was great and decided to eat out with my daughter on other days but it was nice to have the option. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness of staff and I would definitely stay here again. Good Wifi reception

I would have appreciated a courtesy tray so we could make a drink in our rooms in the evening And the TV was for radio only so a little disappointing in terms of not being able to watch a streaming service in the evening. But these were little things and didn't affect our impression of the stay. Overall we loved it, thank you

Horrendous and would not stay in it again

The room was clean.

The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear every word spoken in other rooms. The noise from the street is horrendous and caused us not to sleep for more than a couple of hours each night. The curtains are not wide enough for the windows and the shower is over the bath so water sprayed onto the floor. The breakfast was very disappointing- no bread selection and a bowl of 4 items of fruit.

Bathroom: shower over the bath; shower head was much too high for me to reach. I had difficulty climbing into the bath: but above all there were handles on the sides of the bath, but NOTHING at all to hang onto while standing upright. And no Non slip mat. I was limited to a shower (after my partner had got the shower head down) sitting on the bench beside the bath.

Hotel Grand Regente is not 4 star hotel it is 2 Max!

strictly the location close to the cathedral.

the entrance misrepresents the old hotel. The rooms and carpets are old. some rooms have the old floor style air conditioning that is so loud you can’t sleep. other rooms the AC doesn’t work and filters are filthy. management is not maintaining the hotel. The breakfast is so small and portion controlled as to be pointless and disappointing. The hotel needs new management, investment and leadership. It is not accessible for handicapped/limited mobility persons.
