Non c'era personale nemmeno alla reception, abbiamo fatto tutto in autonomia, ma senza personale qualunque mancanza si accentua, il letto era esageratamente minimal un solo lenzuolino e nessuna coperta, abbiamo razionato la carta igienica perché mancava, la presa di corrente vicino al letto non funzionava, la porta si apriva a fatica....potrei continuare

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Deluxe, spaziosa e con vista lago. Siamo arrivate la sera di sabato, quando è giorno di riposo dello staff, ma la comunicazione via telefono è andata molto bene e recuperare la chiave è stato facile. C'è un posteggio gratuito in strada a qualche metro oppure a 5 min a piedi, anche i due ristoranti restano molto vicini dall'hotel.

La déco de la chambre et l.emplacement
Le fait d avoir choisit et paye une chambre avec vue lac et se retrouver avec une vue immeuble.
La mauvaise foi du gérant, son manque de politesse et de prévenance.
Il ne nous a pas prévenu et a été très agressif lorsqu'on.lui a fait part de notre déception.
Le matelas faisait le creux si milieu, la propreté de la sdb était limite ( poils + chevaux)

Clean, comfortable rooms. the view from the front of the hotel over the lake is gorgeous. We came off season so the restaurants in the village were not open. Gabrielle Hotel let us heat up some food from the epicerie in their kitchen which was kind.

Beautiful little hotel with an incredible view and the sweetest receptionist. However there was no air conditioning and it was incredibly hot. The internet was so slow at night as to be unusable. Much better in the morning. The shower in our room was broken which was unacceptable. The staff were gone by 8pm which meant there was no one to help us with our shower and there was no one for check out in the morning.
The location was absolutely amazing and the rooms were clean and the view was wonderful. Let down by the unavailability of staff and the broken shower, otherwise a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful views from the property, nice and handy position for those who are visiting the area by bike/ car. Staff was friendly and the hotel communal areas are pretty and nicely decorated.
Walls are too thin, once can hear everything happening next door. Our rooms was quite small but comfortable, though quite expensive compared to others in the area ( + Check out is at 10:00 and not 11:00 as per booking.com). We had a cheese and meat plate which was 18 euro but we got products clearly bought in the supermarket, nothing fresh or of the quality one would expect paying that money.

We booked a room for 3 persons. For 2 it was OK. Location is perfect for travel in and around the Verdon area. There is a public parking parking space around the hotel (along the road) and at 100m a larger public parking space. We were in September, no issues with Parking at all. Staff is friendly.
After the booking we got 4 emails with all kind of things around our booking and check-in. Never we received such an avalelange of mails for a booking. The most important issue was: You can check in between 4pm and 8pm. Beyond these hours no reception staff is available. Cleaning of rooms during stay was not done. Towels were dropped on a chair and thats it. Breakfast time from 9-11 am is very late. We took is once, It was OK, served at the table as specified when ordered.

Very good position to visit Gorges du Verdon. Our room had a wonderful view on the lake. Breakfast was not exceptional but overall good.
When we arrived, it was the day of closure and there was no one to welcome us, we had to look for keys in a locker. For such prices one would expect to at least find someone at the reception.. Then in the evening all lights were off in the hall and stairs, quite difficult to move around with the kids.

The room was located in a quiet, charming small town.
Our plane was late arriving in Nice, France. We were not able to arrive at check-in time between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. We attempted to call the hotel and we also sent an email that we would unfortunately be arriving at 11 p.m. that night. Our telephone call was unanswered and our email was not answered. We showed up to a closed hotel. Fortunately, there was a number on the door of the hotel so that we could contact the hotel owner. This was different from the number advertised. Our room was adequate but very hot.

The staff was very rude, I called to have some information and they hung up the phone straight to my face, in addition I wrote to the hotel in English and they always answered in French.
They said that in the period of time before the check in we could leave our luggages in the hall although at our arrival there was anybody that could help us because it was “the staff day off”. This had a very negative impact on our stay.

I am sorry to say this because we really liked the staff but the amount you pay for the room is not worth it. The only thing that is nice about the hotel is the view and as mentioned, the staff. Everything else is below standard and not worth the price you pay for it.
