We loved our stay. The spa area was such a treat. And the breakfast was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel you are at home. Close to the train station.

We loved the Austrian decor and all the family history around the hotel. The Spa facilities were incredible and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The restaurants were amazing and we loved trying all the traditional dishes!

This place is SO beautiful - location is great, and the rooms perfect! I have never meet such kindhearted people in a hotel reception as I did here - we felt at home the moment we stepped inside! Also the food is delicious - the breakfast is yummy!
The only thing we thought was a bit ‘mew’ was that only the pool was with bathing clothes, and in all the saunas you were supposed to be naked, sitting on a towel. When we were there, only middle aged men were there, and it felt super uncomfortable to go in, being to young girls.

Beatiful Hotel in the heart of Mayrhofen. Very good restaurant and the spa is amazing.

location was brilliant.

The Hotel was very good and most of the staff very helpful and friendly. The food and choice was very good. Rooms very spacious and clean.
To be charged €4 for a carafe of tap water after the 3rd night seemed very odd as the previous nights the tap water was provided free of charge? If we had asked for bottle water then the charge would have been fine.

Great place and hospitality from the stuff. The location is good, near the main street. Perfect room for family with kids, sapried bed rooms

staff is very friendly, rooms were new and clean, spa was nice.

Old building extended and renovated while preserving its original spirit, has more "soul" than the mammoth newer hotels in town
the roof spa with swimming pool is great!
laundry service was very quick and convenient

- the sauna area is really nice.
- the staff were friendly and attentive for the most part (when the restaurant was busy, they kind of lost their charm).
- really nice location in a charming old building right in the town center.
- very firm mattress.
- water temp changes while showering. it sometimes became very hot mid-shower!
- door to bathroom had a large gap and offered very little privacy.
- cigarette smoke wafting into the room from the balcony above.
- incredibly loud church bells right across the street on sat and sun morning around 7am. you will wake up.
- the mirror in the bathroom was rather old and looked like there was a glaze over it.
- check out at 10am was too early.
- the floor towel was imprinted with "88" - even if unintentional, this is poor taste in austria.

lots of seating choices inside or out

The SPA is AMAZING. All of the different sauna options and roof top sun bathing locations are well thought out and wonderful. The pool was gorgeous! Very relaxing area and worth booking for the spa alone. The staff at check in was very helpful with info about close by hikes and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The restaurant closed the kitchen earlier than we were told at checkin by 30 minutes so we just missed dinner (and it was challenging to find anywhere else to eat in the town) and note the weird hours for the spa so you know what times you can use it. You might have to plan your holiday around it. Free parking was also a little tricky when we got there around 3. Later in the evening it seemed to have more spots available but difficult when it's really more or less street parking around the hotel that's free.

quiet, quint, central, with a lot of character. Service was friendly, warm, and professional.
Nothing.

The hotel was one of the very best we stayed in on our touring holiday. It was comfortable, we had a lovely room and the staff exceptionally kind and friendly. It is quite a big hotel, but they managed to keep a personal touch. It was quite traditional, which we liked, and yet had all mod cons. We enjoyed the breakfasts, where there was an excellent choice, and both the dinners. We would definitely go back there if in that part of the world. There is a lot to do in Mayrhofen, and we enjoyed our trip up the glacier at Hintertux, which was a truly unforgettable experience.
There really wasn't anything

Immaculately clean and very comfortable. rooms have a modern yet rustic charm. we had a superior double where our granddaughter could have her own bed with closable doors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We would have appreciated washcloths - a small thing but makes a difference. We did not love the mandatory nakedness in an area of the spa. We are fine with others being nude. We would have showered even in our bathing suits so hygiene would be no issue. A guest reprimanded our teenage granddaughter for not being nude. Especially she is just not accustomed to this and was upset by it. We understand this is customary but maybe clothing optional should be considered.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were all super friendly and kind. The room was spacious.
There is no air conditioning and our room was super hot. You can’t open the windows because of the street noise and church bells that go off every 15 minutes. I wish there would have been a fan in the room.

Loved my stay here. The room was a good size and comfortable. The spa was wonderful. Breakfast was very generous. The staff were very friendly. I loved the little leaving gift too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
It would be great to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. But that’s the only negative I can think of
