Wonderful setting with spectacular views to the Adriatic Sea.
The staff were good and helpful and the on-site parking is a great help.
Structure is a bit dated.
Extra charge for air conditioning was a bit surprising, maybe the older clientele is happy not to use it, but I’d prefer to be charged more for the night and not have to find the room hot on arrival in summer.

Excellent location on the hills with a stunning view of the seaside
Unfortunately there are some architectural barriers. The hotel is a old seminary with an adjacent property too. Within the main building there is no lift two floors about 50 steps. I travelled with an old people that fell down in the main courtyard. There are no signs and the color of the pavement where she fell was identical in between the two levels. she broke 3 ribs. The hotel doesn’t offer B&B that we paid for through booking. We paid the same rate as the people that had half board. So no sense. Book directly through the hotel. For the dinner we had at the hotel they charged extra (40% plus, normally it is even more 58% plus)and in reality our rate was the same as a half board. The staff was really kind, particularly at the reception Mrs Eddy. She really cared, very professional but also we met a fantastic lady that was coordinating breakfast in the morning. The food served could be improved in terms of quality. Breakfast was abundant but above all the salty offer deserves better quality of the cold cuts and cheese. The dinner was quite standard, needs improvement. Great swimming pool and other facilities as the tennis court and a small SPA.

The location is amazing. The views over the terrace whilst enjoying an Aperitif are very special.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming!
Breakfast was a good selection.
Relaxing around the swimming pool was perfect.
The rooms are very basic! We were initially given one that felt like a prison, which was infested with mosquitos and hadn’t been cleaned. We changed rooms and felt much better, but still very basic room in terms of space and decor.
The hotel markets itself as a wellness hotel but having been to many all around the world I wouldn’t agree with this. The spa is very small and is run separately to the hotel by one woman. If she has other commitments privately then the spa is closed so it wasn’t possible to have any treatments. Even if you wish to relax in the jacuzzi you have to book which I found strange. Especially as it wasn’t high season.
The hotel offers dinner for £22 pp, but the quality is average at best.
All in all this hotel has work to do to be an experience which matches the views.
