Enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious, beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Lovely atmosphere all round.

We had a private bathroom but it was next door down the hall. Fortunately I didn't bump into anyone in my pyjamas and scare them in the night. Not hotels fault just how it's configured.

Overall this is a very nice place to stay and think you’ll go far to find more helpfull staff

Room was clean and spacious overall couldn’t fault it

We were located in an annex across the road and found the parking was a bit of a challenge untill someone who was eating in the restaurant departed and managed to get the space ,I’m sure theresyenough space for a the rooms if it was managed a little better

Overall it served our purpose

Staff was great super helpful. Unfortunately there was a great deal of noise coming from our neighbours in the next room bc sound proofing was non existent.

Adequate for one night

The location was good.

The rooms are above a very noisy bar with loud music playing until 1am. We were very lucky to get a parking space as they cannot be reserved for hotel guests.

A clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel conveniently located

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a bit utilitarian, but for a place to stay while visiting London, it's great. The price was also reasonable. The hotel is a short walk to the Earls Court tube station and there are lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be at the top of our list when visiting London again.

The elevator is small we had to send our bags and one person up with them while the rest walked. That said the interior is very nice and I'd hate to see it altered for a bigger elevator.

would not recommend - room was filthy, pictures are NOT a true representation of the rooms - only good thing was the loc

very dated and unhygienic - pictures are not a true representation. room was not cleaned properly if at all, drawers were filthy, shower head was broken, plug hole snapped (had to be careful where u were stepping), carpets were barely hoovered (I asked for a hoover to try clean it better & it had horrendous suction), skirtings were filthy & had hairs. The shower head kept falling down too. very very loud

No air conditioning, room too hot. If window open the traffic noise was extremely loud.

Central location.

Informed staff when shown the room that I had booked and paid for a twin room. She said she would check and get back to me, which didn't happen. Upon leaving I was asked about my stay and repeated that I had booked a twin room and given a single. The young member of staff was embarrassed and apologetic, but that was it.

Not great and I would not recommend to anyone tbh. The photos on the App bore no reassemble to the standard of the room

I don’t think the description of the property is accurate. It is extremely basic. I booked breakfast included. I advised my partner was coeliac and told everything, but the bread would be GF. We were told breakfast was at 8am, no alternative time was offered which is harsh when you are on holiday. we were then told breakfast was not included, I disagreed the member of staff had to check the booking.com app. We asked for a GF breakfast, there were so many items not GF the cooked breakfast option was tomato and egg. My partner asked for porridge this was not GF either. So he fetched his own cereal and bread from the car. All my partner was had was milk and tea.

Great staff and location. Furniture updates needed.

Every single staff member I meant was super nice and accommodating. Lovely people that work there! Also, the bathroom was quite nice and modern. Also, good location near the train station and local eating places.

The room was a bit dated. The mattress across from the one I slept on had stains on it. They could do with new mattresses and new furniture. New towels would be nice as well as those were a bit thin.

I would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful with directions. They were friendly as well. We enjoyed drinks and dinner in the bar/restaurant. I loved that they restocked our fridge each day.

It was challanging to watch tv. It would have been nice if the beds were set up so you could lean against the headboard to watch TV.

Great Scottish hospitality!

Great base for exploring Falkirk. Staff friendly and super accommodating. Great choice of food and drink options in restaurant and bar. Really lovely touch with complimentary items in room fridge.

Room was a little basic but clean. Would have liked another mirror outside of the bathroom.

Great welcome and good location. David and all the staff made our stay unforgettable.

4 night stay for the rugby, David and all his staff were great and made us very welcome. Good choice for breakfast and good food. We went out on our travels every day but looked forward to returning to the hotel bar and restaurant and was entertained. We will book again. Thanks again rom Howard, Tina ,Sharon , Paul and Denise AKA the Welsh Nutters

We stayed Thursday to Monday ,breakfast was from 08.00 each morning except on the Monday when we found out it was 10.00. So suggest that the restaurant opening times are in the room info.

It was Saturday night so there was music from a birthday party underneath in the function room, not dreadful and ended at 12.30. Couldn't hear the pub at all

The location was great in the centre of Falkirk. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good.

The room was small and cramped. The bed was too close to the wall and the fridge was noisy right next to the bed. No hangers or mirror in the room
