I liked every minute of the stay from the moment you walk in you are made to feel special and pampered. The rooms are beautiful and with everything you could ever need from hair straighteners to binoculars in the room. the host has thought of everything
From the b& B there is a footpath to Arley and a pub and the other way is a beautiful reservoir
nothing I cannot think of anything I would improve

Fantastic, secluded location with spectacular view across River Severn, with steam trains passing beyond
Room would be better described as a suite, with bedroom and sitting room and terrace to enjoy the above view
Great walk-in shower and other facilities
Charming and helpful host
Pub up the road with great food

Whilst the weather during my stay was what one would expect for February the location is superb. I would love to be able to return in the summer when it clearly will be yet better. It is my hope and my intention to return in the summer.
Off-hand I cannot think of anything that didn’t appeal to me. This may be apparent from the brevity of this comment.

Amanda is an excellent host and so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was actually a suite. Clean and tidy with a myriad of personal touches. The location on the Arley estate is idyllic with the river Severn running past. The Severn valley railway is so close by that we could see the steam train running by. The tree lined approach to Worralls was well populated by pheasants as we drove up to it. The situation could not be better and we have promised to be back because why wouldn’t we? Thank you Amanda.
There’s nothing not to like.

Everything was brilliant, the location, views, accommodation and very friendly people. Breakfast was relaxed with a varied choice of food. The rooms we had were spacious, in the bathroom the shower was superb. Cannot fault a single thing.
Nothing.

Beautiful location. Overlooking the river. Very peaceful with lots of wildlife in the garden and a steam train passing occasionally on the other side of the river. Lovely bedroom and attached room with table to sit at and enjoy the refreshments provided. Lovely modern en suite shower room. Thoughtful provision of equipment such as ironing board and iron. Great breakfast with an assortment to sort all tastes, from fresh fruit salad and yogurt to breaded goods and cereal to a full English cooked breakfast which was perfectly prepared.
Couldn’t fault anything.

It is a fantastic property inside and outside rooms are very spacious with separate lounge and tv ,bathroom is large and so is the shower, everywhere is spotless, outside there is plenty of seating on the decking over looking the river and the view is fantastic, Amanda made us very welcome ,breakfast is a choice of continental or English or if you got a big appetite both and all locally sourced this is a hidden jem

Amanda was amazing and made us feel very welcome, looked after and spoilt from the minute we arrived until we left, including giving us a lift to a wedding we attending nearby, and cooking delicious breakfasts. The rooms are fabulous and spacious and we also had use of the patio with outdoor furniture, which lead directly to the garden, with hammocks and garden gate to the footpath and the river and this all meant that we could enjoy being outdoors as well as being very comfortable inside. Amanda has created a wonderful place and experience which is rather something much more than a B and B!
Having to leave at the end of the booking!

Really liked everything. The room was amazing. Beautifully decorated. Amanda's cooked breakfasts sooo good. Views and location of property fabulous. Seating area for guests lovely. Good location to visit Arley and surrounding areas for lovely walks. We also did the Severn Valley Railway. Amanda gave us local taxi group Regency who were great as well. Amanda also booked us an evening meal at the local pub. Fabulous host. Will definitely visit again.
