fantastic family holiday

love the location! an easy level walk or buggy drive to the shops. perfect set up for families with spacious rooms that are quite separated and a large living space for children to enjoy. full cooking facilities I’d you would like the option. great pool that seemed to miss most of the wind!

there could be some stock items left in pantry like salt/ pepper/ oil etc. to avoid having to buy these bigger items for short stays.

a great time in paradise at Hamilton Island

the location, the views from the balconies, having golf carts to use, the space of the interior eg in the loungeroom

the dishwasher was faulty, and the shower heads sprayed too hard (rather than rain-style shower heads)

It was the best accomodation we have stayed in on hamilton island. We will definitely be back.

The facilities were amazing. Such an added bonus having 2 buggies.

Needed more towels and tea towels. Not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets.

Great place needs a bit of maintenance

The living area and view were amazing. Location was great and lay out was great.

The place was a little run down, the main bedroom aircon was too noisy to run at night and blinds were broken. The lighting in this bathroom was terrible also and shower screen needs updating. Overall the unit needs a deep clean we noticed a lot of dust on aircon vents and also in bathroom. The upstairs TV didn't work and remote was broken also the cables were everywhere which is quite dangerous. Minimal instructions were available it needs a better welcome pack including where the pool is and how to access. The beds were very hard and so were the pillows.

Villa 17

We had 3 couples sharing Villa 17 which has superb views and a great location, it was spacious and well equipped. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. The vallet service and champagne on arrival were a lovely surprise too.

Two tiny improvements would be including some hand soap and a clothes airer.

Location and facilities. Top class.

Handover and orientation could have been better. We booked a car seat for our buggy, but that wasn't transferred through to our porter on pick up. I had to walk to the accom with our pram as the vehicle he was using wasn't large enough to fit the family and the luggage. Quickly fixed though and walk was very easy.

Cisko the Valet guy, insisted we had to be out by 10am because of incoming guests which was fine. Our flight wasn't until 2pm, he couldn't offer any help with storing our bags. Two of us decided we could wait for the cleaners with bags packed out the front. The cleaners didn't show up and Cisko arrived at about 11am demanding that we leave even though the cleaners were nowhere to be seen. We just thought common sense could prevail instead of a rude guy telling us he needs us gone. Left a pretty sour taste in our mouths after a nice holiday

Only 1 buggy supplied for 8 guests, most of the others you can rent had 2. The buggy we did have had battery issues, it was always left on charge but always running low on battery and we couldn’t use it for part of our stay.

Amazing property with fantastic views close to the Marina.

Property was amazing and great for a group of 4 couples. We had beautiful water views on 3 levels in a private and modern villa. The bathrooms and bedrooms were large and had lots of storage room. Golf carts were handy but we could often walk to restaurants etc.

Nothing about the property. We had to check out at 10am and our flight was not until 2.30. There is no-where it seems to store luggage on the whole island. We didn't want to sit at the airport for 4 hours so took our luggage with us to a late breakfast in a restaurant, which was a little inconvenient, and then booked another transfer back to the airport.

We stayed in Villa 13. The Villa was beautiful. The location was great to the main area and had a pool table downstairs. Does need to have Netflix available/connected on downstairs tv. I would absolutely stay here again, but go for Villas 1-9 that have a grass area and direct access to pool.

The internet was poor. There were no beach towels, no tea towels, and very limited washing detergents and toilet paper, (something you shouldn’t have to purchase for a 4 night stay). However staff were very prompt at dealing with these issues.

We were met at the airport by a pre organised transfer which also included the pick up of one of our carts. Very efficient, friendly and helpful.

We had a magical time on Hamilton Island and at the Yacht Club Villas.

The transfer were easy to find and quick to get us into the apartment.

We booked two rooms at the Yacht Club Villas - both through booking.com and in turn Hamilton Island Holiday Apartments, yet transfer arrangements for each were different.

Exceptional

The view was spectacular and the Villa was just beautiful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

There was a few things that had not been cleaned like the BBQ microwave however one phone call and the manager of the units had it sorted .

Excellent stay but a couple of small touches would have made the stay perfect.

Location and general layout of the villa was great. Views were fantastic!

Cockatoos broke in through a missing louvre twice and made a huge mess in the kitchen! There were no coffee pods for the nespresso machine. There were not enough bath towels. Only 2 of the 4 bathrooms had bath towels so 2 guests had to use beach towels.
