Everyone in this facility was absolutely great from receptionists to breakfast staff and cleaning personnel. Also location was a plus.
The suites has no beach access, unless you pay significant amount for daily use ($45/weekends and $39/weekdays). Even then, beach staff refused to provide a towel to me and the hotel’s solution was taking a towel from our hotel. After I pay this much money, I feel like I should not be the one who creates solutions. Also main hotel’s pool was $70 something/day. So, if you chose the suites by their price being low, you may end up paying more. Simply, these suites has no amenities for beach and only have a very small pool -2 people can use at a time if they don’t swim.

The breakfast was very good and the location was excellent. The Concierge, Rania, was professional and helpful.
This hotel should not advertise itself as a 5-star property. The service across the board, but particularly in the restaurants and pool bar, was horrendous with lengthy delays for food and service. The service staff lacked experience and proper training and looked disengaged, as though they did not want to be there.

Location and beds where comfortable
They built a new pool that is so small it’s basically a fountain and since they built this new pool you can no longer access the pool of the main Divani hotel that’s only 50 meters away unless you pay an entrance fee of 89 euro a person. For what I paid this hotel is not worth the bang for buck, even the breakfast was the same daily very basic and for a 5 star rated hotel and surprised.

We loved having access to all the Divani Apollon amenities, and had fun exploring the pool and the beach! The staff were all very nice and helpful.

There is not much to rave about at this property, unfortunately. The room was decent enough but not enough to make up for all the other shortcomings of this hotel.
Everything could have been better but most of all the service. It is clear that the staff have never been instructed as to what consists customer service and what is expected of an establishment of this caliber. The price of the rooms do not reflect the "five star" rating this hotel has been unfairly awarded. We paid for a "suite" and got a room overlooking the noisy lobby, very disappointing since we have a baby and since check in was not available until well after 3pm. Our bags never made it to the room and we had to go and fetch them from reception after asking and waiting. Furthermore, breakfast was disastrous, we had to wait 30 min just for someone to serve us coffee aven though we were the only ones there. If you're in a hurry before your flight, skip it. Also, it is important to note that as a beach hotel, they charge you extra for beach chairs, that is if you're lucky enough to secure one. Finally, the staff was excessively rude and unhelpful.

Location is good.
When we arrived there were problems at the Suites reception so we checked in at the main hotel reception. There we were told we could not use the beach sun loungers for free as we had been told by the Concierge or the website stated (we used them for free in the end).
Our bedroom was definitely not ‘a suite’ and much the same size as a hotel bedroom.
The lady staff serving breakfast would not accommodate us for breakfast or a even just a coffee after we arrived at 10.30am (breakfast served till 10.30).
The food at the beach restaurant is very average and overpriced.

location! location! location!
while the staff responded immediately to correct issues with my room, I believe the issues should have been noticed before I began my stay.

Reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
It was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Definitely not 5 star. Tired and little to make the guests feel special.
3.9
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff; clearly over priced; no amenities (no restaurant, no access to the neighboring hotel’s fitness center nor pool despite the same name)

breakfast
you have to pay for gym and pool extra.
they will show you gym spa when you book but that is not true.

I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Loved the quietness of the Hotel and the bath. Lovely sized balcony also. I will stay again, for sure.
No kettle /tea making option in the room (was stated on booking.com there would be).
The Bath was different to one photoed for the room booked.
All 4 pillows were pretty hard, would be nice to have x2 hard and x2 soft.

Good breakfast but late start at 07.30. Also option to have breakfast earlier in room was not available.
Breakfast starts too late. Pool area was overcrowded. Hairdresser was totally unprofessional showing up one and half hours after our scheduled appointment (which was too late for me).

Next to the sea which is nice.
Staff came across rude, payed a lot and only got breakfast. Room wasn’t ready when I arrived. No iron etc. No information about the hotel or area in the room. Expensive restaurants around the place. No mini markets or anything, so if you want ‘luxury’ and expensive and peace and quiet it’s for you. Menu was ok, not much for vegetarians/vegans. Took ages for them to get a cab to the airport and I got an angry call saying I’ve left when I was having breakfast. It’s got the “wow” factor but needs improving.
