Mala experiencia.

We had a room on the 4th floor-quiet and spacious. Good, hot, powerful shower. In Bolivia breakfast is rather poor-here we had choice of juice, fruit, tea and coffee, some bread, ham or jam and little pudding. Very good location.
We got only one towel for two people and staff weren't really responsive to our requests for second one.

It was second time we stayed in this hotel but this time our stay was disappointing. We got room on the second floor, it was quite noisy. Breakfast was good.
Room smelled of cigarettes and some chemicals to cover the smell. We booked this room couple days before in reception but they lost our reservation and wanted more money-we finally booked through booking.com with better price. We didn't get big towels and had to ask 3 times for them as staff were not responsive.

Great price, decent breakfast and very good showers with hot water. Superb location close to witches market. Staff were always super friendly and helpful.
4.5
Very nice and spacious room (we got upgraded to the family one). We were given a heater but it wasn't that cold at night so we didn't use it that much (still great to have though). Location is great, very central. Breakfast is very nice. They have a menu and you get to choose a few items from there (bread, jam, yoghurt, ham, dessert, fruits, tea/coffee). There is a very affordable restaurant downstairs which is very convenient for dinner.
The actual hotel was under maintenance so they moved us to another one (Isabella) which looked very similar. There was some confusion as they had rooms with the same number so people would show up at our door thinking that it was their room. The shower was leaking a bit. WiFi wasn't always working.

The location was great. Close to everything.
The fact that on check in the hotel was being checked in via another hotel so we weren’t sure if we had been scammed or not. Then the room that we should have had according to our booking the hotel said they don’t even have.

Good location, nice paintings, good shower
They didn't have clean towels. Breakfast service was very disorganized and after waiting a long time to be seated and then even longer place the order most things weren't available anymore.

Location, that’s it.
- Sheets were full of stains and yellow … asking for replacement and it was ignored.
- The smell in the bedroom made us want to vomit
- NO TOWELS !!! Everytime we asked they said in 20min.
- Line for the breakfast so they send you to the outside part where people are smoking.
- Poor breakfast and tiny portions, if you want more they charge. No napkins …
- No informations given for the check out

Clean, comfortable, central location, near to Mercado de las Bruchas. Good and cheap food in the restaurant. Comfortable bed, great hot shower, nice looking room
Sometimes a bed smell from pipes in bathroom
2.0
regular room with hot water, fast service for the breakfast and they kept our luggage for our last day
wifi didn’t work, we had to wait 2 days and insist to get a second towel, construction on the roof was very loud, the customer service could have been way better

Great, spacious rooms with cool wall art. The breakfast is nice and the staff is helpfull!

location
At first I was quite content with the location but I was never asked would I like my room to be cleaned during my stay which is normal is hotel for more than one night. To top it off I was than accused of not paying so they had to spend considerable time looking at CCTV. Lastly when I went to book another room it was 80 dollars per night and when I booked it for 20 on booking.com they refused and got spiteful. First time this has happened to me in months travelling across different parts of the world. they need to get their house in order
4.5
Super staff at the reception. Always helpful and friendly!
The breakfast situation is a bit caotic. Too many rules for the quality/quantity- they go cheap or don't have what is in the menu
4.0
comfortable nice room, amazing hot shower and good location.
staff not very helpful, arrived at 4am and wasn’t shown to our room, receptionist just pointed where to go. also had breakfast included but wasn’t given any information about it, and didn’t really get much of answer when we asked where to go for breakfast

Great value and breakfast. Great location.
Horrible wifi. Very unreliable.

The breakfast was good but the organisation was terrible. I had been waiting for 30 minutes when the server came and took someone else’s order who had just arrived! Then they lost my order… overall I waited over an hour for breakfast!

Great breakfast, comfy beds in good sized rooms. The paintings on the walls are a very nice touch as well. Great shower and good value ensuite rooms.

Stayed 2 times, second time room 402 was much better. Nights are quiet, staff helpful. and beds are okay. Breakfast is plentyful. They share the premises with hotel isabella.
The WiFi is different in the building. The wifi inRoom 207 was awful at 402 perfect. Breakfast room has no wifi.

good location.
It was very cold there, quite noisy too. the toilet flush didn’t work. breakfast (included in the price) was supposed to be good according to the reviews but it was terrible. when we came there was literally nothing. so the staff started bringing things - firstly a yoghurt, then after a few minutes - bread. then coffee…. then a ham… then jam…. around 20 people were confused and not sure what to do… But the worst thing… I got a serious altitude sickness. Have read that many hotels have oxygen for their customers when needed, and if not - at least can prepare a coca tea. Here what the staff proposed me was… bringing up a remote radiator. No idea why. I was shocked. when I asked at least for the coca tea, they told me to go out and look for it on the surrounding streets. And I was barely breathing at that moment. Terrible experience, I just want to forget about it…

The hotel is in a good location for walking around, finding restaurants, etc. My room was cute and comfortable. There was a decent breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful with things like storing luggage.
3.5
The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining how to get to places (by foot or how to haul a minibus from the street goind to the place you want) as well as providing extra blanket when there was one available.
WiFi, TV and all power outlets worked. The outlets are a combination of Type A and Type C/E/F (US and EU plug), flat-surfaced and unearthed. Which was nice.
The breakfast was nice but not all that many choices, but it was kept full the whole breakfast and was enough for us.
There was very hot water in the showers.
The location is a 3-5 minute walk to witches Market and 5-10 minutes to San Francisco Church (the Square in the centre), with ATMs just around the corner, which was nice.
We got to keep or bags in the reception for the day after we checked out, since ur bus was leaving in the evening, no problems at all.
It was very cold (guess most places are as not many has heating) and if it is fully booked, there might not be extra blankets.
No cleaning during the stay (didn't really bother us, but some might want it).
There was a bad smell from the shower drain even after running water into the water trap, maybe just in our room. Was OK when keeping the bathroom door shut, but was unpleasant.
3.5
Great sized rooms and beds, good breakfast and really convenient location. Hot shower!
Single glazed windows made it a bit cold and noisy
3.0
Provided us with a heater for the second night, 24 h attendance
Not well lit rooms, somewhat old building.
3.5
Big room. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Good neighborhood close to different nice places to see.
Bed just ok. No elevator.
1.5
Just people working there.
Lack of almost everything from the reservation (no coffee machine In the room, no kitchen, they charge 5 % for paying with credit card). If you want to pay with a card, they send you to other hotel to pay (they do not have have POS machine). When you arrive to the hotel after long journey, no bottle of water in the room, only if you buy small one at the reception (around 1 euro each). Breakfast was late more than 30 minutes than written
and very poor, some cheap salami, tea spoon of butter, fruit, bread...warm joghurt, tea, coffee... no bill at check out, receptionist without knowledge of English. I do not know what i paid with 5% surcharge as punishment for paying with credit card, with tax or not (foreigners do not pay taxes in hotels). Avoid if you can, you will live longer!
4.0
Centrally located hotel with extremely helpful and friendly members of staff. Situated close to witch's market and a host of restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious
The breakfast, whilst located in a room with a beautiful view of la Paz, was a little basic. Bread, some fruit juices, some ham and some fruit. You won't go hungry, but might not be satisfied by the lack of diversity
4.0
Very good location: close to the centre but also the bus station. Excellent breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, cereals, bread with butter, marmelade or ham, fruits, and a chocolate pudding as dessert.
Good wifi. Hot water.
The windows are not very insolated, so there is a lot of noise coming from the street, even on the 5th floor. We stayed here 2 nights and the first night there was some kind of festival until 2am.
