It has a very offputting entrance and lift. Grim. But once you get past that the room was clean, the view was great and the breakfast was excellent

It's cheap and you get what you pay for.

The water was warm. In the center of town.

Entering the building I thought I was walking into a crack house. The lighting was extremely poor, the floor was dirty, the walls were in disrepair. The elevator smelled like urine. The sheets on the bed were stained and he toilet seat was broken.

This property is value for money, friendly and in a great loaction.

The property is in a very central location and is proof of the fact you don't judge a book by its cover. The apartment is located in a period building owned by the government and they have brought part of the building and built their apartments with water views. When you enter the building you might be shocked as Government upkeep of the entrance is not good. However Once you get to the level where the apartments are located, they are modern with a security entrance, the rooms are a good size, they are clean and the owner is helpful. They also provide a good breakfast. In my opinion the apartments are value for money.

That the government does not maintain, this magnificent old building.

I expect something better !!!

The location was Very convenient and the staff very helpful.

The entrance of the building was terrible, filthy and the elevator was smelling urine. Under the building is located a bar and if you choose to spend the weekend there you can hear the dj for free 😜. The room was ok but the whole experience it's a no from me.

This could not possibly be rated any higher than a 1 or 2 star.

The welcome was nice and friendly and we were given condolences on the death of our Queen, a very kind gesture. The room was quite large with a king-sized bed that we found clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

The entrance to the building and the lift. They were so horrifyingly bad- old, dirty, with holes in the walls and graffiti, it looked abandoned. We were reluctant to enter. It looked more like a squat. Being asked to take a photo of the entrance codes didn't work too well, as when it came to using them it turned out the image was slightly at an angle, making the codes challenging to read. The room needed a refurb, scuffed and marked walls and stained and dirty carpet. Our room overlooked the Boat hotel where there was a very noisy party going on until the early hours, we were also above a busy bar/restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay

Great staff, helpful and welcoming. Great location to explore Rijeka. With the provided Winter Pass I visited six museums for free - excellent! Bed was comfy, room large and clean. Breakfast not fancy, but good.

There have been some noise at night from some bars nearby. The bedside-lamp did not work (no big issue, because it was possible to switch off the main light from bedside). Toilet seat was wobbly.

value for money

Breakfast was extended continental. Good. It has view to the central harbour . More yachts and sailing boots than any industrial. a lot of cafe, restaurants and convenience shops around the corners.

bed is average. the water supply of the room and canalisation is solved in strange way.

A great location, very close to the theater, main streets. and port. A lot of restaurants near by. Very clean, quite hotel.

City & Sea - Little Gem

Property is ideally situated in Rijeka, everywhere is a two minute walk: food, drink the ferry. Staff very friendly and happy to help suggest places to go. Clean and comfy. Do not be put off by the lower prices - the rooms represent excellent value for money and the views are great from the rooms.

Industrial Rijeka

Clean,close to the city center, friendly staff.

There are several bars and restaurants downstairs, and also a railway, so it's a bit noisy. Breakfast was really simple - a few ham,cheese and some yogurts.
