Easily accessible.
About 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.
Very clean and tidy room.
Very quiet location.
Friendly and warm staff.

Despite being 2* accommodation hotel provides all necessary amenities in adequate condition.
Work of the staff is top notch.
Area of location is a bit out of the centre (15 mins by bus) but this can be disregarded due to the cost of the place.

the price was very cheap and gave good value for money
it wasn't in the city center and there is no metro station in the area. needs to take buses or taxis.
we were cold and the blanket is not warm, we had to ask three times for warm blanket until we got it (only the following day of the first request)
you have to leave your key when leaving the room which was kind of annoying and feeling not private.

I like the location and that it was clean
There was no place to eat breakfast and it was not renovated! But it is really value for the money i have given!

Exceeded my expectations, one of the best 2* I've stayed at. And to think I'm local, I didn't even know it was there! Spacious room, and the building itself is beautiful. Friendly stuff and a good night's sleep, really satisfied.
Toilet flush was a bit weak, other than that, none.

I like the heavy curtain on the window and some green Glass in the room
Broken door, which i could open only a little

There were several restaurants nearby and good value for money. Staff was fantastic. 25 minute walk from the old town.
Wi-Fi didn’t work properly as my room was far from the router. We got breakfast only once and it wasn’t very good. Coffee was great though.

It should have a fridge in the room. 😅

the staff are incredible at semeli hotel. they are so friendly and truly want to help in anyway they can. there is truthfully nothing they could do better. It is in a fine location, about 20 minute metro from largest tourist attractions. beds are pretty comfy, price is great.
the building is extremely old so several things could be improved. didn’t have AC for most of my stay, bad wifi, and I think the most notable is you can hear absolutely everything on your floor. I could hear everything other guests said during the night from opening their door until they closed the elevator. Feels like they’re in your rooms

I didn’t like much of anything
The A.C unit was constantly loud all night. The shower is basically for a small adult or kid. Wasn’t enough sheets for bedding.
3.5
Good access to public transport, bakeries and cafes. Decent size rooms cleaned every day and polite and friendly staff.

The hotel is located next to Amerikis square and the nice pedestrian road of Fokionos Negri.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
some repairing of damages would be nice

clean big room, nice reception
there wasn‘t much to do around the hotel.
very thin walls so you were able to hear everyone else

I like everything.
No complains.

Nothing at all, I had a very poor experience there. Doorknob on room was falling apart. Shower was absolutely tiny. I usually overlook these things, but this place really earned a bad review.
Facilities were bare minimum and barely functional. I ended up leaving after finding bed bugs in an upgraded room. They would not refund me after this.
The first room smelled absolutely foul so I was offered an upgrade if I was willing to pay the extra. I did and after an hour or so I saw a bed bug crawling on the bed frame. I take a picture and kill it. When I showed the reception it seemed like they didn’t even know what bed bugs were? She then tells me the first room smelled because the toilet was broken like that made a difference. It was the middle of the night and I just came from the airport. I left and got another room for the same price at a different hotel (Minoa Hotel) and it was amazing compared to this run down place. I really did not enjoy spending that much time and energy to find a decent place to stay in the middle of the night. I felt it was very inconsiderate and they seemed to only care about their problems. And expected me to be more “understanding” when I was the one paying them for THEIR service which they completely failed at.

The shower is a little unconfortable, so little.
The personnel was very kind.

1. Very good location, near the city center. We walked everyday to the center, it takes around 20 to 30min.
2. Very safe street as there is a police station inside the street.
3. very cute and helpful personel. They upgraded our room for much better and bigger one for free.
4. The Manager (Maira) super friendly and cooperative.
5. Many bars, Rest and shops around ...
6. Very Good Price
Nothing serious, however it can be improved alot by renovating the Bathroom.
