Fab croissant. I was in a pickle with luggage lost but Giorgio kindly lent me an adaptor

I would definitely recommended this place!

Great PLACE! Nice and clean. The staff, very nice and kind. The bed is nice and the rooms are very spacious.

Good for One more night!

We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, even though we were in low season and the restaurants were still closed. They provided unlimited access to coffee station with snacks and juices. In the morning, they served fresh patries. The bed was comfortable.

As it was inside a private house, the insonorisation was limited. Guests were still very polite and attentive not to make to much noise, so it did not impact our stay. The shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be replace at it was stained in the bottom.

Superb

Very comfortabl, clean and nicely furnished rooms in a quiet road in leafy Fregene, a 20 minute taxi ride from Rome Fiumicino Airport (but very quiet). Lovely house with terrace and garden. The beach is a three-minute walk away; host Geogio is very helpful. We only spent one night because we had to travel on to a conference but would have liked to stay longer.

beautiful hotel, very close to the sea, the owner is responsive and helpful. early check-in and late check-out without any problems and extra charges. fresh croissants and coffee every morning. Thanks Giorgio)

Very flexible manager, very nice and positive approach, small and comfortable

The staff was incredible - waited until after midnight for my arrival, I was allowed later checkout without extra charge. Tiny, but you have all you need. City bus to the airport in a 5 min walking distance. Tasty croissant with a coffee for breakfast!

If you come at night, the taxi is challenging to get and the prices are quite high for a 15 min drive.

Okay stay for the value

We stayed here the night before our flight out of Rome so we were closer to the airport. The staff helped us coordinate a private ride to the airport and accommodated a very late check in time which was very nice.

There was no working wifi when we were there which was not ideal for us. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small and the towels and toiletries provided were very poor.

best host ever!! he even printed our tickets!! very good coffee and very cute breakfast place!! We would always come back!! thank you so much!!

there were no bicycles available so we had to rent the bycicles somewhere else for 20 euro each bicycle a day but it was still really nice to stay there!!!
