Great stay Spent a few days at Thassos, had an amazing holiday. The hotel is relatively new and clean. It is in a very pretty bay and i enjoyed that it is wild around. Food was good and we opted for the lunch extra, which was better than expected. Will return next year!

Decadent 5 stars

To have access to a private beach was very good. The room was very big and clean.

Food was fair, but I was expecting better quality from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was a bit "lost", the receptionist had a sad face all the time, it looks like she was suffering to be working there. There wasn't spa services available. The "fancy" restaurant did not have dessert options and it was overpriced.

Amazing experience, amazing staff, amazing hotel One of the best Hotels i have ever experienced. We absolutely loved our stay, the hotel staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough to make our experience 100% wonderful. The service was excellent, we felt we'd been treated as VIPs and nothing was too much of a job or an inconvenience for the staff. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and handled our stay with care and discretion. The rooms are very big, clean and confortable. The swimming pool area is spectacular. The breakfast buffet is very good with lot of options. We ate both evenings at the taverna which was reasonably priced and the food was amazing. We stayed for 2 days, no complaints at all and should recommend this hotel. Can't wait to go back again

Very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Clean and spacious room, big parking, heated swimming pools.

The only thing I didn't like was the food, it's like on a 2-3 stars hotel and has nothing to do with greek cuisine. The coffee was also very bad, it looked like instant coffee coming from the espresso machine - haven't seen this before.. There were a lot of people that were leaving the hotel restaurant to go to have a good quality coffee and eat on the locations nearby. It's fine if you want to know you have all the meals paid for and not to worry about it, however if you want to taste the greek food you will need to eat either at their tavern or other taverns nearby.

Really pleased with the stay in T.G.R. Very comfortable and diverse food and drinks options at all meals. Staff was extremely cordial and prompt with any assistance needed. Clean and high end rooms and estate as a whole. Swimming pools were really clean, warm and well maintained. Beach is private, sufficient space, clean and comfortable sand and sunbeds. Overall extremely relaxing and high-end resort located in Thassos, Greece

Very nice location, intimacy due to small individual villa spread around the area. Nice surprise that we received an update of the room without additional cost. The garden was very well taking care of and a lot of plants. Very large parking place and entrance assured by security. Rooms are very big and comfortable.

Diversity and quantity of the food can be improved. Breakfast was identical each day. I missed specially of the day for dinner. In Greece I had better food at 4* hotels not to mention others 5* hotels which cannot be compared. I eat small portions but I want to have quality. If you like to have quantity this is a very good place. Additional hint for other travelers. I am from Romania so I have Romanian blood :) and I was disturbed by other Romanian citizens. Majority were very loud in the restaurant and also on the beach. If you would like to recharge batteries in a quiet place, maybe search for another smaller location.

This was probably the best summer vacation, taking into consideration the fact that we were hesitating till the last moment to travel or not with all this requirements and tests. However it was worth it, as the resort was super calm, perfect for young families and small children, the beach and the atmosphere were amazing! The staff was friendly and professional which completed the whole experience into the perfect vacation. This was our second time in the resort and for sure there will be third!

lot of improvement on services and maintenancep

the beach and the sea, the pools (great for the kids), the room , great location, parking area, the archaeological site, clean, gentle stuff, good amenities.

mostly the poor service at the beach and the pool (1 person for both all day), the playground poor and under construction, the most of the employees are not speeking greek, many spots that need to be repared, the voucher for the tavern was only 25€ (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 infant) which was extremely ridiculous regarding to the daily cost of the room, poor welcome (e.x. no welcome drink, informations for facilities and activities inside the hotel), the night shows were small duration and low quality, the wifi was not working and repaired after our request immediately, the breakfast was preety good for a 5 star hotel but dinner was luck in quality, the working hours of the fountain produce a lot of noise, the kids club area is extremely small.

Location was very good, private beach, not crowded. We liked a dinner very much. Place itself was very clean, tidy and well organized.

Stuff was very unprofessional, they hardly speak english, which is unacceptable for five star hotel. Room has been cleaned only on our demand, which is unacceptable also. Prices for drink are extremly high.

Good facility, relaxing environment and nice food.

The hotel upgraded our room to one with a sea view free of charge, just because it was the beginning of the season and there weren't many guest yet. We had dinner and breakfast buffet. The food was plenty and various both at dinner and at breakfast. The room was spacious with additional sofa. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The room had e big terrace. And a big bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and a bath tub. The beach had nice sand, the sunshades and the sunbeds were at good distance from each other. Staff everywhere was polite and helpful.

They could make better Aperol Schpritz at the beach :)

Piece of paradise

I was there with my 3-years old daughter and one friend. We were completely satisfied and happy with our vacation. Most fascinating was the service of the personnel and we send our best greetings to Georgi, Evelina, Marina, Pascal and all other nice people we met there. Hope we will see you again!
