Super comfortable stay in Talamanca.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. They had taxis available in the time it took us to walk from the front desk to the road every time. We felt super comfortable from the first moments of arrival, and our room was great. The bed was SO comfy and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Having a beach a short walk away was really nice. Even the view from the front step and the scent of the hotel was gorgeous.

I don’t have any complaints. We hope we can come back again!

El hotel muy pequeño pero lindo. A excepción que no servía el aire acondicionado y fue fatal el servicio ya que no hubo solución ni menos una cortesía de lo que sea.

No servía el aire acondicionado, el Wifi faltal y la TV al inicio no funcionaba y no hubo ningún apoyo ni la apertura de los empleados a solucionar el tema, se deslindaron por completo y no pueden cobrar una habitación sin aire acondicionado en pleno verano.

Super süßes, stylisches Hotel in bester Lage. Mit außergewöhnlich gutem Service.

Super Interior, super gesundes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Man muss sich bewusst machen, dass die Zimmer und das dazugehörige Badezimmer sehr sehr klein sind.

A very special spot which I will always recommend to people.

The location is great. The staff are so friendly! I loved the interior design and the sheets and pillows were top quality, so soft!!

The bathroom was teeny tiny. I would have loved a desk because I work remotely.

Superb

We had a room with a perfect view of the old town of Ibiza. The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered good advice for everything we asked. We enjoyed our stay at Mikasa Hotel and would definitely recommend it for a stay.

My worst stay.

hardly nothing

This hotel does not have a generator. The electricity was cut and I was stuck in the shower. And it did not come back for a long time so I had to get ready in the dark to go out. The next morning water started to come down from the ceiling in the bathroom and when I went to the reception and told about it they said “it must be from the Ac of the upper room” and did not show any signs of surprise and sorry. It wet my hair dryer and my makeup stuff. They did not even apologize for this. They must have known this issue before.

Breakfast/brunch was lovely. Drinks great. Location was amazing looking over the harbour to D'Alt Vila

Disappointing that the roof top bar wasn't open yet. Doesn't open until 1st June apparently.

Its a pleasant enough hotel but the standard of service and the rooms were not up to par. it’s about 20mins plus to walk

The restaurant/reception area was decorated very nicely with a view to the old town. situated beside a nice marina

the rooftop area was out of use which is why we booked the accommodation. The room was tiny and nothing like the photos and the restaurant staff were inattentive

Fantastic hotel with loads of atmosphere and a great location

Lovely, friendly & helpful reception staff. Comfy bed & pillows.

No elevator with 3 sets of stairs with luggage. Very small room, could hardly move.. no English TV channel.

beautiful and modern interior philosophy and mission to be sustainable and eco comfortable bed

had a big suitcase and they only have stairs my room was right by the stairways, and therefore very loud. my bathroom had a water leak and I informed the staff, they fixed it while I was at dinner, but would have been nice to offer a drink or something for the inconvenience (having ppl in your room while you are away…). also was missing some information on ibiza, the hotel etc. in the room. Paid 200€ for a single room, and bc of the noise did not found it to be good value for money.

I would have preferred an alternative to vegan menu. I’m not vegetarian but will happily eat vegetarian food but I didn’t like the fact it was purely plant based. Def discriminates.

stunning hotel ,lovely staff and a fantastic massage with candles

fantastic pools and views …..yoga classes for free! brilliant yoga space on the roof with stunning views and really good teachers .

loud music playing around pool area …the first day it was lovely chill out music then after that a repeated dance music feed NOT relaxing at all . we asked for it to be changed but we’re told it’s on request from other quests it was making them sleepy the chill out 🤣 that’s the point of a holiday? and it wasn’t just ourselves that we’re not happy with music .

The bed was extremely comfy, with good black out curtains for a great sleep! The staff were friendly and were there if any assistance needed.

The room and bathroom were very small, not enough space to put your belongings, with two people you were in each other’s way. It felt quite over priced for what it was, being very basic.

Staff were super helpful but hotel is more basic than represented online.

Communal areas are really funky and the location is great - perfect for the marina and water taxi to old town. The staff were lovely, extremely welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are much smaller and more basic than represented online. The walls are very thin so can hear everything in surrounding rooms and corridor.
