Bardzo dobry hotel , gorąco polecam !!

Bardzo blisko do centrum kongresowego . Centrum kongresowe bezpośrednio połączone z hotelem specjalnym przejście. Dlatego nie musisz wychodzić poza budynki (np gdy pada deszcz).Smaczne śniadania. Pokój zawsze dobrze wysprzątany. W hotelu czysto . Sprawne windy. Miły personel. Szybki zwrot depozytu hotelowego.

Brak płyty kuchennej w pokoju z aneksem kuchennym pomimo że na stronie Boocking jest wyraźnie napisane w udogodnieniach , że jest płyta kuchenna . To trochę mylące i nieuczciwe, bo jest tylko mikrofalówka.

The room was clean and comfortable

The valet parking. Hotel tried to double triple charge me for parking. Stated I had two vehicles. I only have one vehicle

Comfortable room and great price for the area.

The location is great.

Only complaint is the bathroom. Studio room barn style door and the water pressure was nonexistent.

FUN!

Location great 2 minute walk to the L Green Line

Pool is way to small for this Hilton Also the cleaning staff was rude I asked to get my bed sheets changed because my son got bit in the forehead by something and I woke up with bites all over my back. She looked at me like I was crazy.!!!!! These middle-class, high-end hotels should be changing bedsheets every visit they come clean rooms period.!

The facilities are good, the room is spacious. the location is good too.

yet, this hotel is not really for Muslims, as there were no arrangements for us to have breakfast during the month of Ramadan. We were promised food in the evening before the next day (breakfast), but the staff only promised, but did not arrange this (it would be better without any promises at all). Breakfast (for kids) was - average, limited choice and almost no healthy food.

The parking attendant don’t come to the car to get your keys, or the ONES DOING NOTHING JUST LET YOU STRUGGLE GETTING YOU LUGGAGE.

A great home base to explore the whole city!

We stayed at the Home2Suites for a family trip while my husband attended a conference at a hotel down the street. We loved that there was a pool for the kids and a great free breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. This location was just two blocks from the green line CTA train, which made traveling around the city a breeze.

I wished we were closer to better restaurants. It was hard to find great food that was close by after a long day of exploring. The kids would have also liked the pool to be a little warmer.

It was an excellent stay. Very nice staff. I LOVED my room. Very nice clean accommodations.

It was in a very central location to downtown, South Loop and expressway.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous interior. Good staff.

My son said sofa bed was not the most comfortable in comparison to others. Also drinks at pool bar RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Don't know why I paid $45 plus tip for two cocktails and an ice water.

I would stay here again if in area!

Easy to get in and out of. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Clean.

It was close to our event

I just felt that our room 1017 in home 2 could’ve been cleaner. The carpeting needs to be cleaned. It’s stained and it was very offputting walking in the door.

You CAN'T advertise that you have a studio with a fully furnished kitchen (even a dishwasher) when there is NO STOVE ! This is almost like false advertising

Great stay!

Everything. The whole hotel smelled very nice, it was close to leakycon and had a walking bridge indoors so we didn't get wet in the rain. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Great place for a staycation!

Breakfast was good. Many fruit choices. Waffles are always a great choice. Bright and cheery food area. The room was very spacious. We received private massages and their was enough room for two tables to fit comfortably. Great view of the city from our room.

During breakfast, having plain eggs available for people who do not like peppers or cheese in their dish. Also, coffee cups were unwashed in the kitchen and placed in the clean area. The pool temperature was alot cooler than expected. It was unpleasant for use.

My stay at Home 2 by Hilton

It was very clean, good location, very quiet and loved that it was pet friendly.

Housekeeping was called for toilet paper, but they never came. So I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The breakfast could be better. The juices from the dispenser were very watered-down, especially apple juice. And when I tried to get the Strawberry Kiwi drink, the dispenser was going everywhere. So I couldn't get any. Could have more blankets in the room when you have a family. 2 lamps in the room were not working. They may have a shortage. And the outlet next to the bed was loose. You can't plug anything in the outlet. But that stuff was minor and could be easily fixed.

Great location, uncomfortable bed

I love how close the hotel is to the wintrust arena. Staff were also friendly and the hotel itself was very clean.

The bed was INSANELY stiff and uncomfortable. The sheets felt awful. The couch was way more comfortable than the bed. Also the water pressure was lacking.

The location was really convenient for what I was there for. I was really blown away at the prices for the quality and the location of the hotel. The staff was all so friendly and helped with any and everything we needed. The whole room was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. They had quite a few selections
