Exceptionnel, très bon hôtel

Le petit déjeuner était très bien , beaucoup de variété sauf que la salle à manger est un peu trop petit. Cependant, nous sommes des lève-tôt donc nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour avoir une table et aussi le petit-déjeuner est entre 6 h -10 h ce qui est très bien.

Le tapis dans la chambre était vieux et le carrelage de la sale de bain aussi. Peut-être il faudrait changer le tapis pour du plancher comme le font dans pratiquement tous les hôtels maintenant et mettre des nouveaux carrelages. Cela n'a pas vraiment dérangé c'est juste une opinion , car le reste était très bien.

Quick in and out -perfect for our needs

Close to our relative we were visiting Ease of getting in and out of property

Our room was at the end of the hall near the GSP and we could hear traffic all night

An amazing shower

I believe in a welcome kindness and courtesy at any hotel reception which was missed. Though asked for a quite room, was given a room at low floor and next to elevator. The noise from the elevator was unbearable.

I didn’t like that the first room smelled, and that there are no possibilities to open a window and get fresh air. The air conditioning was not possible to turn it off. I changed rooms and then the second room the shower didn’t work.

The room is very dirty. There is written that rooms are not smoking BUT the smell in coridors. The room has insects and they bit my son and his body swollen up like an allergy. We booked two rooms and in my friend's room the sounds were very loud, like a drill was working. It turned out that there was an elevator shaft behind the wall and the elevator worked out of service. Very dirty and not favorable smell in all corridors We wanted to leave but the time was very late and could not find a free hotel room nearby Our stay was very bad in this hotel.

Good location and nice hotel if you’re a heavy sleeper.

The location of this hotel was what made it appealing. Right off the Garden State Parkway and very near Route 17 made travel very easy. I liked the fitness center, although one of treadmills didn’t work and one of the televisions was always off. Breakfast had a good selection for this grade of hotel, and the facility was clean and well cared for.

The soundproofing of the room was very poor. I could hear people next door, above me, and outside in the hallway. The doors are heavy and shut hard, making a loud noise that woke me every single someone on my floor opened and shut their door…every time (many times between 10pm - 5am), so sleep was very fractured and it was hard to get back to sleep because sometimes it happened every few minutes. Some vehicles on the highway next door were also quite loud and were impossible to sleep through. If there was one suggestion I have for this hotel it would be to better soundproof their rooms and especially their doors t the hallways.

Stayed here many times. Bathroom sink area could have been cleaned a little better. Had some stray hairs in the sink and on the counter. Not a big deal and would not deter me from staying again.
