The villa was the perfect fit for the seven adults and two children with a lovely spacious living area and a pool that was beautiful. We had everything we needed within the villa and the kitchen was well equipped. The views were to die for and although there are many villas close by you felt as if you were in a quiet and private space. The walk down to the town can be challenging but having stayed in Kalkan on many occasions it is something you get used to - taxis are always an option. Would highly suggest a stay here.

We were two families with five children aged between 6 and 15. The villa is well-equipped and big enough for us all to have plenty of space. The pool is also a good size and the views from the terrace are stunning. It's very peaceful but only a 10 minute walk into the town (although we tended to get taxis as it was so hot). Orkun from the property management company was really responsive and helpful, as was Rachel the owner. The area itself is great with beaches, mountains, gorges, waterfalls, horse riding, boat trips all close by. We would love to return one day.

Where to start with only so many only good things.
Well-equiped, good location, privacy, amazing view, great service (Rachel provides a very detailed Welcome Information package with everything you could think off on the villa, shops, restaurants, etc.). The garden and pool have been checked, maintained daily. Everything you can think of (boat tour, food, water, etc.) you can call for / order. Alternatively, in 5 min driving (we had our own car) you are downtown with a lot of shops, restaurants, etc.
The area has a lot of nice spots from beaches (Kaputas, Patara, Oludeniz) to ancient historical ruins or activities (Saklikent, diving, boat tour).
We (incl 3 kids between 5-13 yrs) had one of our best holidays at Villa Nazli and in the Kalkan area. I can only recommend it, especially for families! We certainly want to come back again to Villa Nazli and Kalkan area.
Thank you Rachel!

How do I begin to put into words how amazing this villa, the owners and Kalkan town are. I feel blessed to have found and experienced this place.
The villa is breathtaking in every way. The pool is secluded and away from the gaze of other properties with stunning views that I would never tire of. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and a swing bed to while away the hours if relaxing is what you need. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owners have furnished the villa very tastefully and with love and care to every detail.
All the bedrooms have great views and are spacious with plenty of storage to make life easier. The balcony's provide yet another view point of the stunning bay. They all have plenty of plug points too - a minor aggravation in some accommodation.
Dining in or dining out it is an absolute pleasure. The villa is well equipped for when we wanted to cater for ourselves and sitting by the pool, with the stunning views, could not have been more perfect. We also ventured into Kalkan for evening meals. There is a vast array of restaurants and bars. Food was freshly prepared and the choices were vast. Every restaurant was so accommodating with my restricted vegetarian diet but they never failed to deliver delicious food to myself and my carnivorous friends. The fish especially was stunningly cooked every time.
Bars are plentiful too and enjoying a cocktail, looking over the bay, life doesn't get any better. We even enjoyed drinks in a tree house with the bar staff regularly topping up our orders - just perfect.
The villa itself is so spacious and well designed. Enjoying a drink on the roof terrace as the sun sets was the best. Even with 7 adults sharing the villa it was never overcrowded and everyone enjoyed their own space if needed.
The surrounding areas offer an array of activities for everyone. The owners assisted us in organising a boat trip, with food specially prepared on board to our own taste, which was the highlight of my holiday. The snorkelling was some of the best I have experienced. We even saw turtles.
Villa Nazli and Kalkan offers everything I could want from a holiday. It is one of those rare finds that just ticks all the boxes and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again. Thank you to Rachel and Paul for the memories and helping us to make it such a special holiday. LR.

This is not the first time we have been fortunate enough to stay at this fantastic villa. We have been several times and once again the owners were very accommodating with our requests and timings. Never seem to get tired of the view and we noticed there had been a few improvements highlighting the owners desire to keep this villa in the best possible condition.
We once again wanted to organize a boat trip for the day and the owners were only too glad to help. Had a fantastic day out with lovely food cooked onboard.
We would continue to have no hesitation in recommending this property for families or friends. Thanks again to the owners.

Everything we needed and a little bit more besides. 7 adults, one well appointed house and a stunning, panoramic view.
Set high enough up the mountain to be away from the hubbub and yet close enough to walk down to town (walking back is only for the athletic...that's what cabs are for!), the house has plenty of both communal and private areas. Perfect.
With a beautiful pool and outdoor living areas it's hard to leave behind but with a lovely town full of great restaurants/bars and a great selection of beaches (both natural and beachclub style) you're sure to have as relaxing a stay as we had.
We'd recommend hiring a boat for the day and cruising around the islands and bays, especially 'Muddy Beach'!
The people are lovely and can't do enough for you. Any questions/issues were thoroughly put to bed by the helpful owners and their staff. Thanks for a great time.

Had another lovely family holiday in Kalkan, this time staying at Villa Nazli. The villa is in a good location with a great vista overlooking the bay and the marina. It’s well kitted out with all the main things you need when you’re away and the small welcome pack was useful for the first morning before we went shopping. Comfortable, well kept furnishings with a fantastic pool and good outside space which our three teenagers loved. Rachel and Paul were always on hand via email if you had any questions and Hamza and Suleyman from KPS were also excellent at answering queries and helping us sort our boat trip. Tefvik the pool/handyman gets a special mention for always smiling and being so helpful.
It is a steep walk downhill to the old town but it’s always worth it for the great array of restaurants and bars. The variety of little shops in the old town are also great and you can purchase lots of lovely things to take home. BSG, NEED (opposite the Olive Garden) and Chic Bags (down the first little road by the side of Oscar Watches) are all really good shops for purchasing excellent quality leather handbags. Taxis are very cheap for the homeward journey (15tl).
Favourite trips out included the Kaya Restaurant Countryside BBQ, Patara Beach which has a fab breeze which was most welcome in the heat and, a lovely private boat trip on the Sunrise 1 around the bay snorkelling with the fish and enjoying a mud bath!
Kalkan never fails to deliver as a lovely holiday destination and we look forward to coming back again next year for round three!,

We had never been to Turkey before but after being invited we stayed at a fantastic family villa with spectacular views of Kalkan. The directions from the airport made it an easy drive of approximately 90 minutes. First impressions of the villa was that it was in a great location; easy drive to the centre of the village, fantastic view of Kalkan and beyond out to sea. The villa has a fantastic decent size pool, plenty of room to relax and lay out. Its clean, spacious and well suited for friends and family to stay at. The terrace area has an ideal seating are for a large family to eat Al Fresco.
Overall this is a great villa and would 100% recommend it assuming we are not staying there already.

Stayed at Villa Nazli which has every amenity you could wish for with 7 other family members but there is so much room you did not intrude on anybody else's space.
Would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone that wants a piece of paradise in a home from home

Totally blown away on where the villia is situated the view of the sea and surrounding countryside was simply stunning , we never had to worry about having a buggy to neogiate and getting a worn out toddler into bed after a night in the village as the access to the villa made it easy. The Villia its self is stylish and clean the being able to see the sea from the bedrooms is just dreamy. We all spent so much time in the pool and had to drag ourselves away to visit some of the places that the owners had suggested (they obvioulsy have absorbed themselves into the Kalkan way of life and know their stuff) to visit while on our stay - was lovely to venture out but we loved coming 'home' it did actually feel like our home even though we were there for a week.... would go back in the drop of a beach towel..... Paul and Rachel are obvioulsy very house proud and organised they have thought of everything - we cannot fault out stay ..just wish it was longer .......thank you for making our stay so carefree and enjoyable - can't recommend enough .
