A spacious 3 Bedroom apartment of approx. 140sqm habitable space. It consists of 2 bathrooms (1 of which has an extra large shower), 1 dining/living room, a large fully equipped open planned kitchen with Granite surface. Perfect for our group of 5(a middle aged couple, two young adult daughters,and another middle aged friend). The old folks drove down from Barcelona and our daughters took a bus from Madrid to Granada and we picked them up. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The terrace is huge and has beautiful views. The beach is a very short walk away and there are many beautiful coastal towns accessible by car. Our contact for the property, Mrs. Chari, was super accessible and friendly. We are already planning a return trip!

This was a beautifully presented apartment right on the beach in Salobreña. The weather was very hot when we were there so we made use of the stunning terrace and awning. Cannot recommend this highly enough! Beautiful!

Perfecta para vacaciones en familia
Muy bien equipado y con estancias amplias. Nos hubiesen gustado colchones algo más firmes porque algunos estaban algo viejos. Ubicado junto al paseo marítimo de Salobreña, perfecto para dar paseos al atardecer. Por la noche corre una brisa fresca y es una maravilla disfrutar de la enorme terraza.

Mal comienzo de unas vacaciones tan deseadas
El piso esta muy bien, pero nos llevamos la sorpresa de no habían limpiado, estava todo sucio, suelos, toallas, baños y por dentro de los armarios, vamos que el primer día de nuestra vacaciones nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar con eso lo digo todo, después de enseñar al dueño (Oliver) vídeos y fotos y el ponerse en contacto con Charo para ver cuel fuel el motivo,Charo nos dijo que estava mala y no le dedico tiempo en fin..
Cobrar si que nos cobraron 80 euros por el servicio de limpieza para que cuando yo salga la próxima famila lo tenga limpio, pero yo no me lo encontré asin es más repito que nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar lo tengo todo en fotos y vídeos y por parte de Oliver que se lo mande todo no recibí nada que menos digo yo que los 80 que me cobraron me los devolvieran, y cuando se lo dije ni una respuesta recibí y cuando nos fuimos tampoco nos dijo Charo que le dejáramos la llaves dentro,no fue por venir a ver que todo estuviera bien y aunque sea a pedir una disculpa por habernos entregado asin el piso

Hemos estado muy a gusto, disfrutando de la terraza que es estupenda y la cercanía a la playa. Todo muy limpio, la cocina muy amplia y cómoda y muy buenas vistas. Charo muy agradable y lo facilitó todo mucho.

Ha estado a la altura de las expectativas, a 50 mt. De la playa, terraza impresionante, gran salón, espaciosa cocina, lugar tranquilo. En fin volvería sin ningún reparo.

nos ha encantado, sobre todo la gran cocina q no le falta detalle y la enorme terraza para por las noches hacer barbacoas, muy cerca de la playa y la piscina muy tranquila siempre, lo único malo fué que se rompió el ascensor el mismo dia que llegamos y lo arreglaron el ultimo dia de nuestra estancia, y es un cuarto piso .. pero volveremos!!!

Tal y como indica en las fotos. Un apartamento muy espacioso, con una terraza muy grande, la cocina había de todo. La ubicación perfecta. Volveremos.

Lejligheden lå et dejligt sted, området omkring var lækkert lige ned til stranden, til natur og dejlige områder med masser af flot natur.
Lejligheden som helhed, var ok, masser af plads.
Sikkert fordi det var i februar var der meget koldt i lejligheden, og der var kun el olieradiator, og det var meget svært med 2 af dem til at varme bare lidt op, men det gik.
Men ellers er der kun godt om stedet og beliggenheden, masser af restauranter på stranden, men ca 2 km til nærmest butik med dagligvarer.

El apartamento es precioso, superando bastante las fotografias; la decoración habia sido renovada y parte del mobiliario también, moderno, con gusto y muy cómodo. Tanto los electrodomésticos como los enseres de la cocina de calidad.
Un lugar tranquilo y desde el que hemos disfrutado de Salobreña y sus alrededores día a día.
Unas vacaciones familiares perfectas que esperamos poder repetir.

Een perfect verblijf
We waren hier 2 jaar geleden ook en hadden het toen ook erg fijn: het enorme terras met het prachtige uitzicht, de 2 mooie badkamers, de ruime
slaapkamers...
Dit jaar had er een upgrade plaats gevonden: een loungeset op het terras, een nieuw groot bed, allerlei nieuwe keukenspullen: kortom geweldig!
Bovendien was er een supersnelle WIFI
We waren erg tevreden en komen zeker terug

Superb Apartment in a Superb Location
The apartment has a considerable wow factor due to the very large balcony with views in all directions. It is well equipped, particularly the large TV. Olivier was always on the end of the phone to quickly resolve any issues.
Besides the apartment being close to the promenade and an easy distance from the lovely old town of Salobreña, we enjoyed long walks beside the river and beach to the east.

Sehr schöne Wohnung: groß, sauber, ruhig und direkt am Strand
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit: alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben: sehr groß, die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet einen perfekten Blick auf Meer und Berge.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus oder in einer großen Tiefgararge.
Zum Strand (Sand-Kies) sind es 100 m, im Ort (ca. 2 km) dann Sandstrand mit Steinen. Der Ort selbst sehr sauber und mit vielen Geschäften und Supermärkten. Die Burg ist beeindruckend.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Der Hausmeister mit dem Schlüssel spricht nur spanisch, ist sehr nett und es klappt trotzdem mit allem, was nötig ist. Wir hatten eine Stunde vorher eine SMS geschickt (mit google-translate) und er war vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt.
Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung und sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Buena ubicación pero la casa esta descuidada
El apartamento esta ubicado cerca de la playa aunque al final del paseo marítimo, por lo que queda lejos de la zona de restaurante y chiringuitos.
La casa es grande y luminosa aunque esta descuidada con muchos detalles que le restan calidad: cerradura de la puerta estropeada, bombillas fundidas, parilla en la terraza con la bombona de gas vacía, mandos de TV sin pilas,,,, provocando que la estancia sea incomoda

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Terasse
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Und die Terasse und erst ihr Ausblick sind grandios.
Leider wird der Pool erst im Juni befüllt, was ein Nachteil für unsere Kinder war.
Salobrena selber ist sehr sehenswert.
Gut wäre aber eine bessere Wegbeschreibung. Wir hatte so unsere Probleme..., die gelöst werden konnten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr gute Lage!
Große Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten ist leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß( Metall-Rahmen) und sollte schnellstens gegen 2 neue Betten ausgetauscht werden!

The appartment is very clean, well-equipped. The activities are close : on-site tennis court, warm and quiet swimming pool , and sea beach just 3 minutes walk. There is no bugs, nos mosquitoes, and the air from the sea helps to keep a pleasant temperature. This allows to enjoy the geogeous terrace every night ! Restaurants and bars are 10 minutes walk long the sea side, thus close but no noise. Great place, we wish to come back!

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en esta estupenda propiedad que se encuentra junto a la playa, a escasos 20 metros ya te encuentras en el paseo marítimo y pisando la arena de la playa. La vivienda es grande y confortable, con una gran cocina equipada desde donde se ve el mar, algo realmente precioso. Toda el ático está genial, las habitaciones son generosas y los baños disponen de una gran ducha pero, realmente lo mejor para nosotros es la gran terraza de la que dispone, muy bien equipada y con unas vistas tanto de la montaña como del mar estupendas. Por las fechas en las que hemos estado no hemos podido disfrutar de las instalaciones exteriores como son la piscina y jardines pues todavía se encontraban cerradas pero sí hemos podido comprobar que la piscina es grande rodeada de unos jardines muy bien cuidados y que se encuentra justo en el paseo marítimo al lado del mar.
Seguramente volveremos a repetir aunque la próxima vez espero que el trabajo nos permita disfrutar más días en esta estupenda propiedad.

Fantástica propiedad junto a la playa.
Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en esta estupenda propiedad que se encuentra junto a la playa, a escasos 20 metros ya te encuentras en el paseo marítimo y pisando la arena de la playa. Por las fechas en las que hemos estado no hemos podido disfrutar de las instalaciones exteriores como son la piscina y jardines pues todavía se encontraban cerradas pero sí hemos podido comprobar que la piscina es grande rodeada de unos jardines muy bien cuidados y que se encuentra justo en el paseo marítimo al lado del mar.
Seguramente volveremos a repetir aunque la próxima vez espero que el trabajo nos permita disfrutar más días en esta estupenda propiedad.

The owner provides excellent service - for example I couldn't work the BBQ and she arranged for her father in law to come over and show me what to do.
The area is typically Spanish - we hardly saw any other English people throughout our stay. It is a very busy resort so the Spanish people obviously rate it highly. The restaurants were good and excellent value (helped by the exchange rate currently) and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and the area to our friends.

Although we were visiting out of season we had a great week - lovely sunny days (although a bit windy at times) and plenty to do in the area, although we were very lazy and mainly took advantage of the huge terrace and the closeness of the beach. The apartment is well equipped on the whole and has fabulous views to the sea one way and the Sierra Nevada the other. There are good restaurants and cafes within a very easy walk and we took advantage of lunch on the beach on a number of occasions! The old part of the town is very pretty and we enjoyed exploring the narrow streets. Salobrena is easy to find and with a reasonable distance of Malaga airport and Granada. Definitely one to recommend!
