Agradable pero habitaciones muy sencillas

Los jardines, la atención amable del personal en restaurante y la cercanía de mi habitación a la alberca.

Que las habitaciones son muy rústicas, la TV no es Smart, no hay frigobar y que no te facilitan bancos en la regadera. Tampoco me fascinó el agua caliente en las albercas ya que llega a parecer tina de baño en vez de alberca. Lo bueno es que tienen una con agua a temperatura ambiente, la cual si refresca. No pude usar el jacuzzi de la alberca ya que estaba cerrada el área x mantenimiento.

El servicio de los meseros en el Restaurante, se esperaban al 100% en la atención. Nos consintieron demasiado.

For what you offered you should consider your prices, in my experience the precises are higher than what you offer

It’s not close to downtown but not too far

We bought a cake for Mother’s Day and request for some plates and forks and they said they are not allowed to give us any so we have to order something in order to get some plates

My new go to weekend getaway hotel

The place is like a little oasis in the heart of Cuernavaca, the common areas are very enjoyable and the rooms are very clean and big

Unfortunately this time...

Awesome grounds, very nice restaurant, overall cleanliness, and the attentive service in all of the areas.

This trip to Cuernavaca I stayed twice to Hosteria Las Quintas the first time was fantastic (3 nights flawless) but the second time I stayed it was kind of a mess unfortunately. It all started out before getting there, I started receiving messages from the reservations desk saying that they couldn't be process the payment (?) asking me for a different card, in fact it seems that booking needed an update, which i did immediately. Then the check in nightmare started out... at the reception they mentioned the card issue again, i was asked many times to give a different card, when booking.com had already confirmed the payment, then reception lady couldn't find the chosen category room so she tried to slide a deluxe room, as i know the place i refused and had to explain that i booked a suite with balcony... she said that i have to wait if i wanted to get a suite w/balcony (?) So in an effort to help, told her i didn't need the room ASAP as we were going to be out for a while, so she will have enough time to get room, when we return around 6 hours later, I got the room (77). The room it was pretty run down, curtains very worn out w/ even holes in the fabric, they wouldn't close completely, so the light was getting in the room very early in the morning, the balcony door "floats" maybe up to .5 inch off the floor so the AC leaks out to the balcony so the bedroom gets kind of soggy, the drain from the shower was clogged, my husband was taking a shower and had to stop because the water was getting out to the main area of the bathroom had to call maintenance at 9 pm. Tried to book a spa treatment for my husband and the spa it's not there anymore, it's a place that's around 5 blocks away from the hotel they don't offerhere's no transportation provided for this service either...

the room was reasonable (especially considering that we booked it at the absolute last minute). The breakfast and restaurants were excellents. The gardens are beautiful.

It was uncomfortable that the room was on the ground flor and one of its walls was a large window, so we had to keep the curtains closed.

Generally the facilities were good & service was fine.

The Facilities were generally good as were the rooms. Our major problem was withe the room size & location. We made 4 bookings, 3 with booking.com & 1 directly with the hotel. (friends wanted to join us at the last minute) All the rooms from booking.com were allocated to the old/noisy building outside the restuarents, eating & music area. The booking made directly were all allocated to the newer quieter section of the hotel. Also the King room booked with bookings.com was very small compared to other kings rooms including the King rooms booked directly. It seems that all booking made by bookings.com were allocated to less appealing rooms.

Peaceful bussiness trip

has beautiful gardens and even though it’s an old hotel they have tried to renew some of their furnitures and installations. congratulations for a very clean and peaceful hotel !

it was very complicated to arrive because there is a lot of traffic but it doesn’t matter because you may think it’s going to be noisy but it doesn’t!

Relaxing paradise in Cuernvaca.

The rooms and grounds are beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were ideal for the kids and they meet lots of other kids.

Nothing I disliked as we were here to rest and relax and it is ideal for that.

Nice place with a great buffet. Watch out for peak hours.

Nice place. The room was confortable. Friendly staff. Good food.

I checked-in around 3pm and there was a huge amount of people in the lobby waiting for a taxi or whatever, very few of them wearing masks. Also, many where just chatting around like its a bar. The staff really couldnt handle that many people and they took around 30 minutes to give us a room. There was a wedding going on just in front of the room, it stopped somewhere between 6-7pm but i couldn’t really sleep before that. So not the best first impression.

The gardens are nice and the buffet breakfast are good.

There was no desk in the room for working. The first person at the front desk basically told us that the room didn't have one although it was in black and white in the room description but even then told us that there was no spare desks.... A half hour later we went back and the female staff member on the front desk fixed the problem. Frankly I was very disappointed by the response and and attitude of the first person we approached with this issue, he had no intention of finding a solution.

The beautiful gardens, delicious breakfast and friendly staff exceeded our expectations!

The room was incredibly comfortable. Loved the private patio, the balcony view, the comfortable beds, the jacuzzi tub, the Spanish tile. It was such a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

I didn't like that there wasn't filtered water in any of the common areas. They provided us with a few small bottles of water in the room, but I had to ask multiple times at the restaurant for them to fill my water bottle for the day and night.

Lovely stay! Like being in a botanical garden!

I love the gardens and the exterior facilities like the pools and jacuzzi.

The food in the restaurant was a little overpriced for the quality. In our room (20) I think it would be nice to have a chair or sessle in front of the tv

gardens are well maintained and beautiful nice room decor nice service at breakfast

super crowded, impossible to enjoy pools because No sunbeds available wi-fi not working No soundproofing at all, what was supposed to be a nice and relaxing stay turned into a nightmare as the hotel hostess NYE party that lasted until wee hours. walls, windows and bed shook from the vibration and noise level was absolutely unacceptable no cosideration at all for guests not participating in the event, absolute waste of money
