Nice place with cool contemporary design and features

Great location and secluded with nice landscaping. The property was clean and well kept. Automation in room with ipad simple and efficient

Pool was small with no place to lounge. The restaurant was not owned by the hotel and was unreliable with short hours and availability . No bellman for luggage

Great staff and the restaurant next door that supplies meals has an excellent menu. Loved it.

Very unique unit. Loved the layout and finishes.

The TV's are only accessible using their supplied iPad. The iPad worked good for controlling lights and shades but was not good for using the 2 tvs.

the facilities are very poor, the air-conditioner didn’t work any of the days and the temperature in the city is super high and humid. the staff in general lack of the good service and they don’t can about the client at all.

Beautiful apartments but falling short with modern day internal technology use etc.

The open spaciousness of the apartment was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.

The modern technology use of an Apple Tablet for the apartments entertainment services (TV, Music, Netflix etc.) kept breaking down and had to call assistance on many occasions. We were moved from 1 apartment to a neighbouring one due to the issues above but found the second apartments outdoor jacuzzi did not function all, which was a little disappointing.

if you want to treat yourselves to a little luxury definitely book. The rooms are spacious, sexy and private.

yes, the iPad technology is a little dated and the hot tub takes a little work to figure out but everything pretty much works

awesome property

rooms are beautiful and comfortable. the staff was extremely accommodating and kind to a business traveler who didnt speak english.

A couple of days the smart system got out of wack. you cant do anything in the room if the ipad dies or misfunctions. the room is extremely noisey, being right on the edge of a busy street and there is a night club two doors down.

Beautiful place! Spacious, and all the amenities are so convenient! The pool was so beautiful and all the staff were so efficient and helpful. Breakfast was my favorite meal, but the massage in the room and the chef in our room were also my favorite!

Good location.

The loft was very spacious, everything was easy access, the kitchen had all the things you might need during your stay and mini bar was stocked daily. The facilities were also great. The loft it’s very beautiful !! best in Cali hands down. You will not find another place like this one. You get what you pay for.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming, friendly or polite. Because of Covid they said I could only have guest until 10PM which wasn’t ideal so I ended up getting a second room. The food was the same everyday so imagen staying for a week and eating the same breakfast.
