location is in safe area of Manta
First room had no direct day light, oriented to small interior courtyard, currently only rooms on ground floor, all 1st floor is currently in construction and complete building site. Construction work stoped during the night however. The second room was very noisy due to airconditions of other buildings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My initial room shared a wall with the hostel's lively restaurant and the desk staff agreed to move me to one further away (unfortunately didn't help). Staff also addressed my lack of hot water in the shower and it worked well after the fix. The morning breakfast fellow was cheerful and brought a generous helping of milk for my tea and coffee. The woman at the desk called me for a taxi to the airport. The location is convenient to the Malecon, beach, and Mall. $3 taxi ride to the airport. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Wifi worked well as did the TV (I used the apps). Good room lighting. Wardrobe, drawers, and hangers for clothes.
Despite listing that the rooms were soundproof they were not at all! Far too noisy all day with both staff and kitchen operations but most of all from the busy restaurant that is right beside the rooms. I used a loud White Noise Channel on YouTube to try and drown out the noise. The AC unit emitted strange noises and was impossible to auto-control. Adjusting the fan strength and temperature setting did not help. Cold air blew right on the beds so I had to alternately turn it off and on throughout the night. No shelf or surface in the bathroom for a toiletry kit.

Loved the whole place. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
I'm not very comfortable with having dogs around me or greeting me when I travel for business

The location is good
the room did not have a window, also we found bugs in my bed, when i mentioned it they told me they where having problems since they where updating the rooms in the back.

Great location next to Mall de Pacifico and near the beach, Nice and clean. Comfortable bed.
Reception staff sloppy and unhelpful. No English and little interest in the guests. 24 hour receptionist fast asleep on the sofa at 5am when I needed a taxi. Room had no outside window and very basic.

They didn't had the type of room that was offered

It's a very beautiful hotel. Fu ll of art.
Nearby everything, the beach is only 2 blocks away, the mall, and all shoppings.

The hotel is located just two blocks away from Pacifico Mall and three blocks away from Murcielago Beach. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are clean. The WiFi worked very well
Parking was a drama. We arrived at 11 pm and the staff told us that we could park in a nearby lot but it was closed and we were literally out of options. We found another lot on our own about three blocks away but we had to double pay just to have the car stay overnight. The hotel should be more clear about the parking options

The location is great. The staff was super great. It was quite comfortable accommodation.
The price is high but in comparison with other hotels/hostels in this area, it is the best one. I think all hotels in Manta in quite expensive.

Location is key
Bugs ...small bathrooms.
Overpriced as they advertise on Booking.com as a Hotel but you get there it is clearly a Hostal. ...just look at the sign outside.

Cool design rooms, the included breakfast was simple but good, the staff friendly and love the boutique hotels anyday over the corporate chains. I would stay again!
Just a small annoyance was the TV remote control did not work properly despite the staff trying to get it working.
