About this apartment rental
This fantastic holiday home is located on the 9th floor of a modern building with two elevators in the area of Malagueta just metres from the beach and a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Malaga. The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016, and the practical design makes the property the perfect apartment for family, friends or business.
The apartment consists of a large open plan living room with a stunning high spec kitchen with Siemens appliances, dining table for six people, sofa and two armchairs, Smart-TV with foreign channels, high speed Internet, Denon music system with Bose speakers and access to the fantastic terrace with sofa, two armchairs and a view of Muelle Uno, the Alcazaba, Pompidou Centre, mountains and Malaga Cathedral. Doors to the large terrace can be fully opened bringing the outside in and creating one large room.
The apartment has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 offers a large double bed (180 cm), which can be divided into two single beds, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 offers a large double bed (180 cm), which can be divided into two single beds, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink
Bedroom 3 offers a large double bed (180 cm), which can be divided into two single beds, and built in wardrobes.
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, large bath and double sink and door leading to the laundry terrace. The laundry terrace has plenty of room to dry clothes, towels, etc. and a Siemens washing machine.
The entire property has air conditioning with individual temperature control in each room. We offer parking in the same building for 15 € per. day.

The location was wonderful view of the harbor and city spectacular, walking distance to most attractions and dining. There were not enough towels, and it was difficult to dry after usage to reuse, the bed pillows were terrible, not enough and bedding not good quality, kitchen was very nice lots of cooking utensils, dishes, pans, cups, glassware. However the stove, oven, microwave took time to figure out and should have been explained upon arrival, the front door lock was horrible and difficult to use, often it took us 10-20 minutes to get inside, until a neighbor actually took the time to explain how the lock worked, which should have been done by the check in person (locks very different in USA).

Wonderful views of harbor and old city. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony even in mid January! Rental company very responsive to our needs and requests. Rooms large and comfortable. One minor problem was strange aromatherapy machine with sickly sweet perfume. We opened windows often to clear the scent.

We loved our stay, the view was spectacular and the sunsets beyond words!! So many shops and restaurants and the beach all within steps of the condo. Communication with our host was friendly, helpful and quick.

Had an amazing stay at this apartment, very modern, comfortable and well equipped.
There was often a bad smell, presumably from the drains, although not sure how this can be fixed and it didn’t really detract from our enjoyment of the apartment and our holiday.

The property was great, but we did notice a slight musty odor when the AC had been off for awhile. It disappeared after the AC had been running for 10-15 minutes. All in all a great place to stay, made us want to stay longer.

A large and quiet apartment with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and open to a large dining table that looks out over the harbor and Alcazaba. The large balcony has a mesmerizing view and comfortable outside furniture. The elegant neighborhood offers La Canasta bakery and cafe, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach restaurants, a small grocery store just behind the apartment and a large one a 10 minute walk away. There is a bike rental kiosk in front of the apartment building and it is great fun to bike down the coast west and east from this area. We enjoyed day trips out of town and going into old town and some of the more touristy areas but also enjoyed retreating to this lovely area to sit on the large balcony. This is the view that we will remember from our 3 week stay!
We cooked many of our meals and could have used a few microwaveable and food storage containers.

Location was perfect - just across from the harbour and 5 mins walk from the beach. The vibrant, bustling town of Malaga was about 15mins pleasant walk away. Apartment was gorgeous and view magnificent!

Excellent location along the Harbor with stunning views of the harbor, Cathedral and Alcazar. It was pleasure to come home to in the evenings and to relax on the deck taking in the views. Would have been nice if a few basics (coffee, paper towels) had been supplied, but there is a store right around the corner where we could purchase. Only negative was that there was a funky sewer smell in one of the bathrooms but were told that this happens on occasion along the harbor due to aging infrastructure and tides. Wouldn't prevent us from booking again if we were to return.

My family had a great time at this apartment in Malaga. The location is perfect within walking distance to everything. We ran into a few issues with the water (turned off one morning and limited hot water on other days), but that did not significantly impact our stay.

What a stunning view in a wonderful location! Three bedrooms & three bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5 adults. And we could easily walk everywhere in Malaga from the apartment - restaurants, shopping, tourist sights and the beach were all close by. We gave the property five stars in every category except online information, simply because the property is indicated as having a washer and a dryer and it only had a washer. But nevertheless this apartment is a phenomenal place to stay! We heartily recommend it to others! We loved it!

The apartment was great (3 bedrooms) for me and my two adult children. We had a bathroom each too.
The view from the terrace was exceptional and the kitchen has everything you could ever want.
We ate along Calle Uno, walked into town a few times, visited the Pompidou Gallery (and shopped there !!) and took a boat ride. Corte Engelses department store was visited too.
All in all a great apartment and a great city.

We stayed with our best friends in Malaga. The condo was great. Thee bedroom and two bath worked out well for two couples! The view of the bay was great so beautiful. Jose met us and reviewed everything. Easy to walk or scooter to beach, restaurants and grocery. Nice area. Would highly recommend!!!

AMAZING VIEWS!!!! You’ll hang on the balcony every morning with your coffee and evenings with wine. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, fully stocked, and has very comfortable furniture. The location is perfect between the beach and city center - all walkable. Prompt communication. The building is also very quiet and the apartment is kid friendly (there’s a big bathtub 😁).

The location is one that I regularly stay when visiting Malaga. It is very convenient for the bus from the airport, the walks on the promenade, the beach, meuello uno, walk back into the city.
There were 4 of us and so made the cost of the apartment the same, per person, as a basic hotel.
Boy was this far from basic! Amazing views, gorgeous bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Pods available in shop round the corner for €1 for 10!
During the day there was very noisy building work, but we were up and out, so weren't bothered too much. The bedrooms were soundproofed well and so we weren't woken by it.
Excellent aircon, though we should have left the balcony blinds closed during the day to keep the massive lounge and kitchen cooler.
Fantastic little pizza restaurant 2 minutes away for sit in or takeaway. Great service, great food and very cheap prices. Carlos checked us in. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Kept in touch via whatsapp while en route from airport for timings of arrival.
A little cleaning pack would be useful.

Our overall rating refers to the apartment itself which was one of the best we have stayed in in Spain. The bedrooms are spacious as is the living area, and of course the balcony looks out on one of the best views in Málaga, especially at night, truly quite spectacular.
Unfortunately however the apartment is opposite a building which is undergoing a complete internal reconstruction, and the almost constant daytime noise at times reached a level that made the balcony unusable. The harbour itself is undergoing building work but this was relatively less of a nuisance. The apartment has excellent soundproofing which drowned out much but not all of the noise.
We may have been unlucky with the pile drivers, drills and jack hammers doing their worst, but the reconstruction does look as though it still has some way to go.

This a superb apartment with an amazing view in a great location. All the fittings & equipment are superior quality and there is ample, cutlery, crockery & glassware. The furniture is modern & very comfortable and there is a fantastic large balcony on which to sit to witness the fabulous view & beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of restaurants & bars close by as well as a supermarket & bakery. Malagueta beach where you can swim, sunbathe & enjoy fresh barbecued fish & seafood is a short walk away. The Solaga representative who greeted us on arrival was friendly, courteous & helpful & when we had a problem with the dishwasher Solaga sent an engineer to fix the problem promptly. Highly recommended.

The apartment is large and has nice modern appliances. It has a large comfortable terrace with a striking view of the harbor with beautiful views of the Alcazaba -- which are particularly special during the evening. The location is great as It is very close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the old city.
The apartment does, however, come with 1 minor problem and two major problems:
1. There is a major construction site right across the street which makes the terrace unusable while they are working due to dust and noise. And when I say right across the street -- I mean right across the street with a large crane swinging back and forth much of the day. I recorded a fairly constant noise level of between 75 to 80 decibels while work was being done. I feel like we should have been told about this prior and given a chance to reconsider the rental. As the main benefit of the rental was the terrace and it was really not usable during the day, the value was greatly diminished. Again, I know they don't have control over nearby construction, but we should have been informed of this situation given the major, negative impact on the rental experience.
2. The apartment has a bad odor of mold. They tried to cover it with air fresheners -- but too strong to hide.
3. A minor but frustrating point but the apartment has an induction stove but the majority of the pots and pans provided were not induction compatible and therefore could not be used for cooking.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious, clean apartment. The location was very convenient. Minutes to the Malagueta beach, a short walk to the old town and the new promenade with all it's attractions is a short step away. The views and sunsets are spectacular. You always think a place isn't going to be as nice as the photos - in this case it was and more! The beds are comfy. Shutters make the bedroom so quiet at night you will sleep very well. Solaga made the process very straight forward. We cannot wait to go back.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. Three spacious bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. The balcony is huge and has the best view in all of Malaga. It's located right beside the pier with restaurants and shops. In one direction you can go for long walks along the beach, in the other direction it's a short walk into town. Solaga staff provide great service and are very responsive to questions or concerns. Unfortunately, we had to make a mad dash out of the country, cutting our last vacation short, because of the coronavirus pandemic … but we certainly hope to be back again and hope that Spain fully recovers from this crisis.

This view is for real. It is absolutely breathtaking and the flat is nice and minimalistic. Very clean overall - soft towels and all the amenities you need. We requested a travel cot and high chair and both were in great condition. Location wise this is a winner. Just by the beach and marina and only 10-15 min to the city center. 25 min to airport by taxi. Will definitely consider it again.
