Superb

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, although we only had it once as we don’t eat a lot so there were better and cheaper options for us in the village. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and served good food. We had a triple room which was plenty big enough.

Lovely village and decent place to stay

Clean, comfortable good breakfast nice location.

The young girl that met us on checking in advised us we could decide whether to have breakfast in the morning. The chap at breakfast made a comment that they prefer to be notified night before. I ignored the comment but came across a bit unpleasant. Maybe not intentional but if that was the case we have made the decision the night before. The only fault other than that a decent place to stay .

Good hotel but service disappointing

Good hotel with jacuzzi saunas and Hamam , much welcome after 7 hours trekking.

Staff and service inconsistent. We had the impression to be bothering, which was not the case in other hotels of the area.

Great stay, perfect location great food

The staff were very friendly Great food at the restaurant We loved the vegatarien options Great location

The communication upfront about the 2 different room types for standard room needs to be more clear. We suggest a picture with explanations with the fotos of the two room. We found out that on thursday the restaurant is closed. Ofcourse the staff deserves a free day, but we would have liked to be told upfront.

. Large size bedroom with good bed and linen . Just at outskirts of town so quiet . Large free parking . Excellent and cooked breakfast . Excellent quality of products at the restaurant . Very friendly staff

. Corridors would deserve to look better, it’s a bit a misfit for overall quality of the hotel

Superb

The girl on reception was super helpful and kind. The room itself was lovely, in particular, a good shower especially after the walk in the Gorge. The location is perfect, the bus stop for the walk in the gorge is right outside the hotel. Also, the hotel restaurant is very good value and food is very tasty.

Beautiful, clean, friendly

The staff was amazing! They responded very quickly on booking.com chat to any questions. The rooms and bathrooms are large especially coming from Paris. It is very clean. The location is perfect in a little town and 30 seconds to the bus stop to take you to a popular 14km hiking spot. The restaurant in the hotel is Also very good. Lots of treats available in the shop too for presents to take home. Free parking on site.

Perfect location fior visit of Verdon river canion.

We like hotel location, room was spacious and quit. Breakfast was with large choice of foods. Parking on guest disposal without additional payement.

Good starting point for hiking in Verdon

Very nice and service minded personnel. We got good tips for our hike and they prepared a good picnic although we forgot to prebiotic it. The restaurant with their outdoor seating was good as well as the breakfast.

We found the price a bit high, but so it was in most hotels in the region.

Wonderful location, wonderful team!

Thibault is fantastic! He is the host I think and he was already super friendly on the phone before we arrived. He took good care of us and gave us perfect tips about hiking trails and dinner places. We arrived a little later than the check in lasts, but that was no problem at all! We had a very warm welcome and recieved a perfect room for two! They even made us a salad late that night, even though the kitchen was about to close. Everyone was so nice and kind. Breakfast was good and the setting was so romantic and cosy! Especially at night time with the lights are on outside on the terrace, that is really beautiful! The room was perfectly clean and a modern cast technology provided us from the option to watch Netflix at night, very nice! We will certainly stay here again when we are in Verdon again! Thank you!

Lovely hotel amidst the gorges du verdon

Perfeclty located between the lake and the gorges! Extremely friendly personnel that guides you with all the activities that you can do in the area. Tidy rooms with renovated bathrooms. Great food!

Disappointing

A bit surprised to see that the two disinfection dispensers in the reception area were empty throughout our 3-day stay. Not a good signal in these COVID-19 times. Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was not spotless either with dead insects in the room for 2 days. When asking for suggestions for hiking, the staff reply: “just do like everyone else”… i wouldn’t come back.
