Excellent one night stay

The owner Kit, was very helpful. We arriving in the evening and he drove us to a lovely restaurant and picked us up. He also arranged transport to the port the next morning at no charge, as we were going to Koh Samet.

This is best resort I have been to in Thialand 😍

The location was very good, close to the pier to get to islands. The accommodation was immaculate and the service from the hosts was amazing - made you feel like home from home. I have to say big thank you to Fah who would take me anywhere I needed to go at no additional cost. Please come here if you need to relax and do your wellbeing good 😊

Trevligt att de skjutsade o hämtade oss när vi åkte till stranden. Lämpligt för 2-3 dgr.

Bestod av , ägg, toast, skinka, korv saknade yoghurt…. men mysfaktor att de kom med den till boendet den tid man önskade👍🏼

Uppfyllde förväntningarna utifrån antal stjärnor.

Fantastiskt vacker oas mitt i staden. Varm ren och fräch pool. Världens bästa service av ägarinnan. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe.

Nothing to write home about

Clean. Beds good. A/C cold. It's OK to stay for 1 night. You wouldn't want to come there for a holiday.

Swimming pool could be cleaner. No water running on the children's swimming pool slide, and it's impossible to turn on the water. Very weak water pressure in shower (owner tries to save pennies?). Mattress covered in plastic. Unprofessional staff.

comfortable and fun

The hostess is the most kind person. She was bubbly and fun and helped us around for free. She made this in-between-stop just perfect! Our son loved all the statues and had a lot of fun going around the place. Breakfast was perfect and the room was clean and just what we needed.

The pool needed a good cleaning. Felt like the water was not cleaned in a long time. Slippery and dull. Also a bit deep for small kids.

Well priced for clean family room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed

A great place to stay. Very clean, neat and tidy. Owners were lovely, cheerful and very helpful, and spoke English very well. Good location near pier for Ko Samet. A little walk (maybe 5 minutes) to lots of food options.

Very good

Place is a chalet that's orientated for the family. Staff was accommodating, assists with queries like what to do in area, where to go or buy tickets and stuff. Also provide rides on motorcycle with carriage to town nearby. For those who drive, there is parking available. Do double check if booking is required.

Besides the pool, not aware if there were other facilities, as was only staying for the night. It is about 6 mins walk to the main road for the restaurants/stores. The connecting streets/alley are abit empty though.

We arrived very late and the lady Fah waited for us and even took us to get some milk and food, the room was perfect and very thoughtfully furnished, the shower was perfect the outsde area was lovely and the pool perfect in the morning we had to get the ferry to koh samet Fah once again insisted on taking us not just to the port but also to do some shopping she reall y was the nicest person we have ever met a real credit to the resort thank you Fah

There were no negatives to this stay

Lovely place to.pass a few days in Ban Phe

The staff were excellent and even with limited English couldn't do enough to help. The pool was lovely even in the rain!!

A very Western problem - breakfast! Delivered to your door in plastic containers, everything was cold including the fried egg and the sausages. This is just something you have to get used to in many places and it did not stop us from really enjoying our stay. We supplemented it with fruit and yoghurt bought locally.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Breakfast was cooked and delivered to your room at the time of your choosing. The staff were super friendly with excellent English skills. The pool was nice and warm and ready to go and the gardens are well established and beautiful. We will stay here whenever we come to Ban Phe.

A toilet roll holder in the en-suite would be good. The hotel itself is walled off and feels very safe but it is in a bit of a seedy area. You’ll want wheels.

Excellent price, top cleanliness!

Very friendly staff - we had a very late check-in and staff waited for us. Went out of their way to get us in time to the pier by tuktuk. Spotless room, very comfortable bed. Simple but sufficient.

The smell in the room was very chemical.
