Location, location, location
Need to improve maintenance. Hot tub was not working most of stay.

An elegant family-friendly resort with a spectacular setting and superb service.
4.0
Weather, facility, pools
I think the breakfast buffet was horrible, not much options, even not good as a ordinary hotel, and the price is way to high compare what they have for breakfast, the service is not good either

It was Beautiful
My view wasn’t “Ocean View”
It was blocked by trees and I was hoping to hear the water from my room
3.5
The room was nice: had AC problems but was fixed promptly. Had one day they forgot to clean the room.
The pool temperature got way too hot. Maybe chillers were not on.
The staff did their best to serve everyone but could definitely use more staff when property is busy.
The beach is subpar. But there are nearby properties with much better beaches. The food was very good.
4.0
Very friendly staff, good food and drinks. The pool and views were amazing and the rooms were nice.
Location was far from other restaurants and shopping. The beach wasn’t that nice compared to other Caribbean islands as water was not that clear and other seaweed debris. No access to purchase snacks or other convenience items on property.

I recently suffered a great loss. The kindness of the staff and the beauty of the property cheered me up. I have never been treated better.

just totally gorgeous! right on the coral reef with excellent swimming and snorkeling very easy from hotel. several dining options made us feel comfortable getting a variety of world cuisine without having to go anywhere. loved the 24/7 pools and jacuzzi. room was spotless, and in-room dining amazing every time. definitely recommend Coconut Cove restaurant — just a 5-min walk around the cove to the club side, and SO GOOD. we had the jerk chicken and jerk chicken creamy pasta entrees, as well as a couple rum flights. very, very nice. we also did the sunset catamaran cruise that leaves from the hotel — perfect last night in that magical place. can’t wait to return!
we couldn’t quite get comfortable on the bed — it was a spacious lovely king-sized mattress with perfectly cozy comforter, but I couldn’t find the right position for my neck. maybe the bed and/or pillows were too soft. anyway — clearly not a deal breaker. ;)

Not much choices on food or restaurants ! Spa charged excessive n 25% tips on top. So that’s ridiculous or rip off ! I paid $600 for spa n facial

The property is stunning! It combines old world charm with modern updates and amenities. The pools are great, the private beach is a major plus, and the views of St. John and beyond are breathtaking.
The gift shop leaves a lot to be desired for a 4 or 5 star resort. My wife and I went looking for some gifts and keepsakes and there wasn’t anything worth buying.
We also had a bad experience at the Bluewater restaurant. The wait staff seemed to completely forget we existed. It took o we an hour for our food, we had one drink and were never asked if we’d like another one the entire time.

The breakfast was ok to my girlfriend to it was a little expensive be it was good and I think they should give carts to drive because walking up a lot of stairs and was not good be I really!! Had a great time
Everything was great

The staff was amazing by pool. All staff was amazing.
Food prices were ridiculous. Drink prices kept us from buying. No entertainment. No music by pool.

The breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from and various entrees
The long stairs down to a miniscule beach area reserved for club level patrons
1.5
The staff was very nice
the rooms, they were dirty
The rooms need to be updated
When you pay thousands of dollars you expect nothing but great! The rooms were not to my expectations
5.0
Attentive staff and great property location.
4.5
Room and view were beautiful. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant options both onsite and accessible via their free shuttle were excellent.
It's a bit out of the way from the island's main hubs. Perfect if you want to sit at the beach all day and relax but not ideal if you're looking to explore the area.
4.5
Great location with scenic views and beach, extremely friendly staff and great food options on property.
While access to the resort via golf art is easy, access by foot can be a bit of a chalange.

the staff cater to the white people

Excellent staff, very attentive! JJ was great and our driver Cathy was the best
Everything was perfect
3.5
Friendly staff, decent menu selection.
Often, water in shower would stop in the middle of a shower or be reduced to a trickle
Food spilled on stairs not cleaned up during my stay
Fifty five minutes for staff arriving to help with bags durning my checkout and I had to carry them to the street

property was beautiful, well maintained, great location.

Beautiful views and all staff on beaches were very friendly.
Ritz Kids was a huge disappointment - you're only allowed to keep children there in 30 minute increments which is not what was stated online. It was difficult to get dinner reservations even when hotel was just at 50% capacity, and service was very slow in restaurants. Concierge was slow to respond or didn't reply at all. Requested to be in same building/floor as our friends, despite being confirmed via email we were placed in different buildings not next to each other and on different floors. Lackluster service all around considering the price tag and Ritz standards.

Nothing they had bed bugs in our room. The staff was awful, spoke with management and did not seem to care. Over priced and I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Member. I was very disappointed
Nothing poor customer service

The gardens / grounds are breathtaking!!! The pools were in abundance. The views are amazing. Most of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is yummy. The beds are very comfortable.
They don’t clean the rooms every day; it’s more like they make the beds and bring towels. I wanted clean sheets. The menus are limited; felt like we ate the same things every day. They don’t have smaller towels for hands or hair; only one size in the bathroom. They charge a delivery fee in addition to the high prices for in-room dining, even when the restaurants were closed due to storms. The beach area is small and was dirtier than going to the local beaches.

All-inclusive amenities, friendly staff, beautiful grounds and scenery. Spacious room and balcony. Many good choices for restaurants on the campus. Nice spa and wide variety of services.
Check-in process was not smooth and we were left waiting to know when our room was ready. The bed was too soft for our taste and as not as comfortable as we would have hoped. Food was good, but did not exceed our expectations.

amazing…beautiful…very clean…very warm…very friendly
outstanding in every way
no night life
shuts down early in my opinion but people do pay for the privacy and they do give you that by all means
could use some type of entertainment for those who stay up late(I advise island dancing or island shows atleast on weekend nights to get more of and island feel)
