Best place to experience Orient Bay!

The breakfast was basically good. Americans like their bacon cooked more and we had a hard time finding some cooked to our liking. The pancakes were good, but waffles would have been a welcome change a few days a week. Loved the fruit and yogurt. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my husband enjoyed the coffee station. And the French bread - yum! Couldn't improve on the bar. Drinks (Rum Runner) were great! Staff was very attentive at the Restaurant. The beach was awesome. The "boys" took care of us for drinks and shade. They also worked hard all day to make everyone's stay on the beach memorable.

Disappointed to find the water wasn't Potable in the rooms. But I realize this may be out of their control. When we stayed here 5 years ago, there were a few instances where the French side of St Martin didn't have water late in the afternoon, but that was only 2 years after the hurricane.

Great, convenient, family friendly vacation spot

This hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff is exceptional.

I do wish they had some kind of workout facility, but it is a small thing.

Fabulous and good value equation

Everything! The hotel is super clean and pretty, the rooms are really comfortable and the location is really good if you are looking to relax on the beach and go to restaurants on orient bay! I would say that from all the island the best place for couples is orient bay and within orient bay La playa is the go to hotel!!

Highly recommended but eat elsewhere.

Beautiful, terrific location. Close proximity to nude beach. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

No rooms with beach view. Breakfast no good, and too early. Runny scrambled eggs every morning, yuck!! Not much else.

Very pleased, had a great 10 day holiday, will almost certainly be returning in the very near future

Room was superb, exceptionally clean, large spacious, plenty of storage, little kitchenette, massive comfy bed, large bathroom and an amazing shower. The staff from the reception, the pool bar, the breakfast were all really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is adequate, not a huge choice but what is there is done well, each to their own but we would have preferred more cereal options, yogurt, maybe more choice of eggs.

An absolutely gem with exceptional hospitality…

Everything. Location was phenomenal, right on the beach. Breakfast was good. Concierge was available 24/7 and extremely helpful. Everyone from housekeeping to the manager was just exceptional. We will be coming back!!! Don’t hesitate, this place is awesome.

Cathy and the rest of the Staff are wonderful. We stayed there for 2 weeks with our 1 year old and we had a blast. The staff litterally made us feel home from the 1st to the last day, every single staff member makes sure that you don’t need anything and do their best to enhance your stay. This hotel was super clean, extremely quite, and very family friendly which we loved. The Food is amazing, the staff again is extremely nice, i’ve been working in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years and i rarely seen that amount of kindness in 1 place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely property and people if it wasn’t for paying extra for my obstructed view

Breakfast was nice. Location was great

We paid a lot more $ for an oceanfront room. I would not have done this if I had known it had an obstructed view due to trees, and being right behind the restaurant and it’s kitchen and hotel’s beach bathrooms. Absolutely not worth paying extra for this view. I would have paid much less for a room with no view if I had known. Some rooms may have a view but I’m assuming that I was put into the worst oceanfront view on the property. I didn’t complain to front desk cause I didn’t want to cause a scene and loose my temper while on vacation. The front desk staff were lovely by the way.

I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING THAT COULD BE BETTER- "EVERYTHING" WAS WONDERFUL- MY HUSBAND EVEN LOST HIS FAVORITE HAT THAT HE HAS HAD FOR 15YRS FROM THE MASTERS- AND IT WAS WAITING FOR US AT THE RESTURANT WE WE CAME BACK ALMOST A WEEK LATER- WHO SAYS THE FRENCH CAN BE SNOOTY? LOL- THEY WERE ALL AMAZING

I like the service that they gave us. This is the second time we have gone, and we must say it is our little oasis. The team is very attentive and always helpful with everything. For the value, they have the best breakfast of any other hotel in the area.

There is a lot, I mean a lot, of seaweed on their beach. Something they try to clean, but it is something their not able to control.

amazing stay at an amazing hotel. perfect beach spot for relaxation with pina coladas in hand. the vacation we needed

the property was lovely. all modern and clean with easy access to the beach and the village nearby. great bar and restaurant on site. the rooms, again were great with little kitchenettes so you could store and cook your own groceries if you chose to. the hotel is situated at a good spot on the beach… a short walk from the busier part, so very peaceful. staff were all amazing, especially at the front desk

Infrastructure in St. Martin was terrible. Fix your roads and buildings. The hurricane was 5 years!

While the location was nice enough, the selection was terrible. Same every day. They ran out of yogurt, they ran out of croissants. It was not that good at all.

More variety and better service. I did not like that I had to walk further, not vip seats on the beach, no cushions on the chairs at the small pool. Wifi didnt work anywhere on site.
