A wonderful setting and an amazing house. The BIG kitchen table was great for big family meals. Ideal for a family birthday celebration and a family of cooks!

Lots of space for our family of 16 to enjoy. Only criticism would be the scruffy garage and garden area.

Everything was great, ideal position for both beach and shops, sadly weather was pretty grim.

The property was in a great location and lived up to its description.
The only slight moan was the cleanliness of some of it , dust on the skirting and mess under beds.
Overall thou a great place to stay.

Great space, large rooms, comfortable. Enough room for our party of 12 to mix together or have time on their own. Dining area is so nice to seat all around the huge table for family meals. So close to the beach yet far enough away to be quiet when in the house.

Amazing Property, highly recommend.
The house is in a great location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Bude centre. Lovely and clean property and communication with the owner really easy. Our group ranged from 4 years to 65 and this property was ideal for a large family gathering. The secure garden was ideal for our dogs. I would highly recommend a stay at Foreshore.

Family Holiday At Foreshore Bude
Overall the property was large, well appointed and it's location was ideal for accessing the beach. We did however have an issue with a lack of water pressure to the showers on the upper floors for the entire week. Not ideal when catering for a large family group. James did arrange for a plumber to come out straight away, however the problem remained unresolved by the time we left. Otherwise an excellent property.

Great holiday
The house was spacious and well equipped. The full size pool table was very popular.
It is situated in an excellent location where the beautiful beach and local amenities are all in walking distance .
We have booked again for next year and are looking forward to our next holiday.

Beautiful Bude
Lovely spacious house in amazing location. Close to beaches/ town. All within easy walking distance. The house itself is immaculate and brilliantly equipped. James our host was very helpful prior to our trip and we had no reason to contact him during our visit. Everyone in our families enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and sincerely hope to revisit.

Excellent property in central location
Lovely big house in a central location. Plenty of room for a group of friends or family. Well equipped and clean.
Walking distance to town and beach. On-road parking opposite house - not an issue in October, but may be busier in the summer.
Excellent, responsive agent.

We'd planned to fill Foreshore with various arms of the clan for a family wedding at a town hotel followed by a few days R&R, but with the wedding put back and potential guests making other plans we found out numbers seriously reduced even though we decided to go ahead with the booking and have a well-earned break. That meant only five people enjoyed this giant house, and there were rooms we never even entered during our week-long stay.Never mind, the location is spot on - a short walk to both beach and town centre, the lounge cum billiard room lends itself to family congregation and the giant kitchen area provides space for big meals without having to pull in your elbows as well as doubled-up facilities to make sure big parties don't feel cramped - two fridges, two dishwashers, two kettles, two toasters, and more than enough of pretty much everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment.Bedrooms were well-equipped with quality linen, there are more than enough bathrooms at all levels to cope with a full house. Two pointers - the back garden is reached down some quite steep stone steps which will need to be born in mind if your party includes toddlers, and while you can park fairly easily on the road outside it's right next door to the golf course. When we arrived there was a golf ball in the front garden so I took the hint and parked around the corner for the duration!

Perfectly placed to enjoy Bude at its best
We have stopped at lots of self catering accommodation over the years and we all commented on how well the house was equipped from plenty of sharp knives to freezer fridge Space and storage to a fabulous garden. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Family holiday
This is a lovely house, spacious, comfortable and really well thought out. It's well equipped for large groups with lots of attention to detail. It's convenient for the beach and the town and there is plenty for everyone to do. We had a great holiday and would love to return.

Fantastic location and facilities. Perfect for 4 families.
Great week in Bude.
Large & well stocked kitchen ideal. Details such as x2 dish-washers & huge table make a difference with 16 people.
The lounge with pool/snooker table and TV was a perfect outlet for the children, with the adults mainly using the kitchen to socialise.
With the beach less than 5 minutes away, people could come & go as they pleased, without the drama & restrictions of loading the car
Finally Bude is a great town, with something for everyone (shops, sweets, surf boards, pubs) and only a 10 minute walk away.
Already planning our trip for next year

Amazing property with great views and excellent location.
I cannot express how lucky we were to stay at this property. We had initially booked another home through a separate company in Dec 2017, this fell through last minute and I honestly thought we were not going to be having our annual holiday. Luckily I came across this property and it was available.
Firstly the house was amazing, clean and spacious. There was plenty of community spaces such as a large kitchen with all essentials and a table big enough to fit us all . We also used this space for board games and cards. There is plenty fridge space and all the items needed (utensils, crockery, 2 kettles, etc). Additional to this was a big living room, half was taken up with sofas, a TV, DVD player. Adjacent to this was a pool table that provided us with endless hours of fun in the evening. There is also a downstairs WC with sink.
On the first floor there are 2 single bedrooms, one king (TV), a twin and a double with access to the front balcony (this provided amazing views of the golf course and if you looked to the right, Crooklets beach). There is also 2 full shower rooms. On the Second floor there were 2 twin rooms, a king (TV), and double (TV). There was also a full shower room and bathroom. All rooms were clean and the linen provided in excellent condition. There was plenty of space to store luggage and put away clothes.
The garden was in good condition with plenty of seating with the endless sound track of crashing waves.
Dogs were allowed but had to stay downstairs - this was easy as we used the stair gate at the bottom of the stairs.
The location is perfect with Crooklets beach less than 5 minutes walk away and Bude town just 15 minutes. Just over half hour drives to access beautiful villages such Port Issac, Boscastle, Tintagel, etc.
There is lovely pub/restaurant at the end of the road that offers delicious food - this was 5 minutes.
Nick who was our main contact in arranging this was excellent and accommodating. There was no need for us to contact him as everything went perfectly during our stay.
I would stay here again as we had very positive experience which did not break the bank.

Everything we hoped for
The house was very spacious, light and bright and well decorated
throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped - 2 fridges, 2
dishwashers (and enough plates etc so we didn't run out whilst one was
full), large hob and ovens, 2 kettles and 2 toasters; and plenty of pots
large enough to cook for a big group. We had been left some start-off
supplies - coffee, tea and biscuits, dishwasher tablets and new washing
up/cleaning cloths/bin liners etc, which was really appreciated.
We really enjoyed having the pool table!
The street, overlooking the golf course, was quiet and we always managed
to park within 50 yards of the house.
The garden had seating at picnic tables for 12 of us and extra furniture
too. It seemed to get the sun all day, and was a bit sheltered (it was
windy while we were in Bude!) by the high walls enclosing it, so was
pleasant to sit in any time, and the benches at the front of the house
soaked up the afternoon sun - a really warm spot to sit in!
It was about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, or to the start of
spectacular clifftop walks, and about a five minute walk or 2 minute
drive the other way to get to Sainsbury's and the start of the local
shops. The local beers and cheeses in the recommended deli were indeed
excellent!
We contacted Nick a couple of times whilst there to deal with small
issues and it was easy to get in touch with him, he was very friendly
but not intrusive, and he dealt with things quickly and efficiently.
I'd recommend Foreshore and we would certainly go back there if we
stayed in Bude again as a large group.

Well set out and in a prime location
A lovely house with all amenities there for families with children and just as suitable for adult only stays. Ideal for exploring the beautiful coastline, beaches and local area as it is for wonderful cliff top walks and visiting surrounding villages Very well placed for golfers as the house overlooks the golf course. There are many local restaurants and the town is only a short stroll away.

Expect the best and you'll get it.
A great place to stay, spotlessly clean and all the facilities needed for a fabulous holiday. Ample living areas for evenings in or any inclement weather. Positioned in a quiet road it was then easy to either walk or drive to the beach for fun or town for shopping. The short walk down to the beach brings you to the SW Coastal path with either walks over wild Cornish headlands or around to the Bude harbour area and beyond. The short drive to Sandymouth bay is well worth it for spectacular beach walks.

Amazing place - highly recommend
It really was as good as the pictures look! We were 4 adults and 3 children as some dropped out last minute but there was loads of space and it would comfortably fit lots more. The house and rooms are really spacious, and very well kitted out and furnished - like being at home, well actually much better -e.g. The pool table and 5 min walk to a great beach for surfing and also for the kids to play on! The house is light, great kitchen and dining area, and the beds very comfy. Great attention to detail all round. Nice to have a garden too for outdoor space. There's a good choice of nice places to eat and drink nearby and being so close to the beach was a real hit with everyone. One of the best places we've ever stayed and we're looking forward to going again, would highly recommend it!

Foreshore is an excellent property in a great loca
We stayed at Foreshore twice last year - in March with 3 other couples and in September with a large family group of 12 adults and 6 children.
Both visits were thoroughly enjoyable and the Foreshore facilities proved to be well up to the job with clean spacious accomodation, plenty of bathrooms and a superbly appointed kitchen with 2 dishwashers and cookers - a great place to meet at the end of the day. The snooker table in the lounge was very popular with everyone.
Bude is a great little place to stay, having lovely beaches, walks, pools, play areas, sports and games facilities and many varied places to eat. Foreshore is very well located, close to everything.
We can highly recommend Foreshore to anyone.

Perfect in every way!
Fantastic family gathering! Spacious, and full of character, Foreshore was the perfect place for our large family- 4 generations holidaying together! The owners have included everything we could have possibly wanted during the week. Bedrooms quiet and stylishly furnished, kitchen really large , modern and fantastically equipped. The house is just a short walk to the beach, the cliff walks, the beach cafes and the town too. A real treat! Can't wait to return this summer.

Fabulous property in a great location
This is a really lovely property, just a short stroll from the beach in Bude and a few minutes walk into the town centre where you will find lots of eating and drinking options. We stayed in Oct and were very lucky with the weather - we got to spend lots of time on the beach and walking in the local area. There are some really pretty cliff top walks and a visit to the Elements Restaurant at Widemouth Bay is highly recommended for great food and stunning views - it took less than an hour to walk there. The property itself is spacious and very clean with comfy beds, several bathrooms and a very well-appointed kitchen. The owner's have provided lots of really helpful information of things to do and see in the local area and Bude is in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline and surrounding countryside. We had a wonderful holiday here and would highly recommend this property for large groups of family and friends travelling together and looking for a home away from home.

Beautiful property, fantastic location!
This is a stunning property. It was spotless, with modern and tasteful decor. The beds and linens were very comfortable, great showers and we weren't short of a thing. The property hosts have thought of everything that you might need!
The location is also fantastic. Just a short walk to both the beach in one direction and the local amenities in the other.
I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house, highly recommended!
We picked Foreshore for a family get together as it had enough room for us all, and it was absolutely perfect. All the rooms have been done to a high standard and the large kitchen was great for meals together in the evening. The location is also ideal as it's a few hundred yards from the beach and golf course, and a short walk into town. We felt the rate was very reasonable and we're already looking to see when we can go again!

Absolutely amazing
What an amazing place. 4 generations of our family stayed at Foreshore plus in-laws of my daughter. There were 19 of us altogether and there was plenty of room.
Immaculately clean. Furnished and equipped to the highest specification. Ideally placed for the sea, supermarket, family friendly pub and town. Beautiful views.
We have booked again this coming summer, 2016.
