About this apartment rental

Large and bright independent house of 110 m², recently renovated and furnished in a typical traditional Sardinian style. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, a service bathroom, a kitchen, a large panoramic upper terrace and a small terrace.
It is located in the center of Teulada in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to bars, restaurants, pizzerias, groceries, pharmacies, tobacconists.
A few kilometers away are the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia: Tuerredda, the dunes of Porto Pino, Chia, Cala Cipolla, Perdalonga, Capo Spartivento, Capo Malfatano, Piscinnì, the Is Zuddas caves and the state forest of Is Cannoneris.

Description of the rooms:

LIVING ROOM: the ideal space to relax after a day spent on the beach or on a boat. The environment is characterized by a wooden roof with exposed beams, typical Sardinian period furniture and handicrafts. Here you can eat on a large table for 4 people, relax on the sofa, watch TV or browse books and magazines that we put at your disposal.

DOUBLE BEDROOM: a romantic, spacious and comfortable bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables with abat-jour, large two-door wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The windows are equipped with shutters to allow those who like it to sleep without any disturbance from external lights. Here too the environment is characterized by the wooden roof with exposed beams and the furniture is antique. The room is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen is provided.

DOUBLE ROOM: a spacious and comfortable double room with two single beds, two bedside tables with abat-jour and a chest of drawers. The French window is equipped with blackout curtains. Here too the environment is characterized by the presence of particular wooden beams on the roof and on the wall. The room is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen is provided. The patio door leads to the terrace

TERRACE: it is equipped with a table, ideal for a dinner for two, a breakfast or to read a book. The awning guarantees shade and privacy.

PANORAMIC TERRACE: a spiral staircase leads to the panoramic terrace. Here there is a table for 4 people with a large umbrella: ideal for a dinner or an aperitif with a panoramic view of the Teulada hills.

KITCHEN: a large eat-in kitchen where you can cook and eat with comfort. Everything you need is at your disposal: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, sink, dishes.

BATHROOM: bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided for guests.

SERVICE BATHROOM: bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. In this environment there is the washing machine and the items needed to wash and hang the laundry.

A beach umbrella is at your disposal.
You can easily find parking under the house or in the street next to it 10 meters away.

Huis ligt mooi gelegen in een niet al te touristisch dorpje, dat verschillende goede eetgelegenheden aanbiedt . Verschillende mooie stranden in nabije omgeving. Huis is zeer ruim en mooi ingericht.

Great host, cosy apartment.

Good size apartment in teulada. Air conditioning in the two bedrooms but not elsewhere. Thought of most things you will need which is lovely. I suggested a couple of things to Matteo to add such as comfortable chairs on the roof terrace. One note on the roof terrace, it's accessed by a narrow spiral staircase so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Good location for the restaurants and bars. Our favourite place was ex centrale!

Die Wohnung ist so, wie beschrieben. Teulada ist ein ursprünglicher Ort, von dem man in ca. 15 Minuten den nächsten (sehr schönen) Strand erreicht. Kontakt zu Matteo und Check in haben prima geklappt.

Attenzione e cura in ogni dettaglio

Ho passato 10 giorni in questa casa con la mia fidanzata: la casa è perfetta e curata in ogni minimo particolare, il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. La posizione nella cittadina è molto comoda, vicina a tutto; le spiagge più vicine sono a circa 10 minuti di macchina (consigliata Porto Pino). Questa casa è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità. Innanzitutto desidero ringraziare il Sig. Matteo Piras per l'eccellente ospitalità riservataci. L'appartamento, non esagero, ha contribuito almeno nella misura del 50% alla riuscita di una piacevolissima vacanza. La nostra prima esperienza in Sardegna si è così tramutata in un sogno totalmente inaspettato. Ci aspettavamo ( non senza qualche timore) una casetta accogliente ma pur sempre una casa vacanze quindi con inevitabili limiti avitativi, ma quello che ci siamo trovati davanti ci ha lasciati senza parole. L'arredamento d'epoca, semplice e rurale ma di ottimo gusto, è assolutamente completo e ci regalato la piacevolissima senzazione di trovarci come casa nostra. Una cura dei dettagli che denota grande amore e attenzione del proprietario. Fantastica la terrazza sovrastante l'appartamento ma non di meno il piccolo terrazzino lato camera da letto, un posticino perfetto per consumare le nostre colazioni. Materassi confortevoli e biancheria di casa in grande quantità. La sfida con mia moglie in 11 giorni di vacanza è stata quella di trovare almeno 1 difetto o mancanza di qualche acceasorio in casa. Beh.......... Abbiamo (fortunatamente) perso. Ci terrei a ringraziare anche Teulada che ci ha coccolati e viziati in questa nostra esperienza sarda. Il paese a nostro parere è semplice ma molto piacevole, silenzioso e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Niente chiasso o eccessi, solo tranquilla vita di paese e persone attente e cordiali. Sehr schönes Haus !!

Das sehr geräumige Haus befindet sich im Ortskern von Teulada, einem liebenswerten vollkommen untouristischen Städtchen mit aller erforderlicher Infrastruktur ( einige Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Macelleria gleich nebenan, mehrere Restaurants und Bars, 2 Apotheken, Bankomat, Arztpraxen etc.) Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Matteo funktionierte bestens, das Haus ist überaus charmant und liebenswert eingerichtet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass sich die Räumlichkeiten im 1. Stock befinden und über eine im Inneren des Hauses gelegene Treppe zugänglich sind, für uns absolut kein Problem, eventuell für gehbehinderte Personen. Sauberkeit exzellent, Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, was Geschirr, Besteck etc. betrifft (allerdings kein Geschirrspüler !), sehr positiv auch, dass Kaffee, Tee, Salz, Zucker, einige Gewürze, Olivenöl, Aceto balsamico vorhanden waren. Weitere Positiva: Waschmaschine samt Waschmittel vorhanden, ebenso Gestell zum Aufhängen der Wäsche, welches gut auf den kleinen zur Strasse gehenden Balkon passt. Es gibt 2 WCs, Temperatur, Menge und Druck des Warmwassers stets ausreichend (wir waren zu zweit, Wohnung im Prinzip für 4 Personen geeignet). In einem nach der Eingangstür links gelegenen Abstellraum haben wir Sonnenschirm und einen Klappsessel für den Strand vorgefunden, Reinigungsgeräte und Reinigungsmittel standen in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Die sehr schöne über eine etwas abenteuerliche Wendeltreppe erreichbare Dachterrasse haben wir de facto kaum benutzt, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Kostenfreier Parkplatz war immer in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses zu finden, die Fahrzeit zu den herrlichen Stränden der Costa del Sud beläuft sich je nach Strand auf etwa 15 bis 30 Minuten. Zusammengefasst: wir haben uns während unseres 13tägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt,einziger größerer Nachteil: kein WLAN (bzz. WiFi, wie das in Italien bezeichnet wird). Das an einzelnen Stationen des Orts von der Comune di Teulada angebotene Netz hat während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht funktioniert, sodass einzige Möglichkeit der Besuch von Bars, von denen einige WiFI anbieten, war.

Glorious in summer

Glorious in summer

This is a charming and very spacious apartment, probably best suited to warmer months –our end of March visit was just too cold, despite the addition of a couple of radiators and quilts - hence the rating. It's definitely 5-stars in summer, but probably only 2 in winter/spring. Even so, we were able to enjoy soaking up some rays on the roof terrace as the weather improved. The village itself is peaceful, rural and literally 10mins drive from the beach, and the handful of pizzerias and grocery shops are all within easy walking distance. The apartment could do with a bit more visitor information e.g. local walks, but otherwise is well supplied, especially the kitchen which has all the basics – oil, salt, sugar etc - and impeccably clean. The double bed mattress is comfortable, there are sufficient pillows, and proper shutters ensure total darkness at night. The shower pressure is decent and there is constant hot water from a good-sized tank. All in all, a great place for a very relaxing break with a very responsive and generous host who even let us keep the flat well past check-out time on our departure day. But go when it's warm!

Accueil très sympa, la région est très belle, à quelques minutes en voiture des très belles plages. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très grand, propre, et rien ne manque. La climatisation est très utile. La terrasse sur le toit est un vrai point positif pour se rafraîchir le soir et pour manger, avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer des belles vacances.

Il padrone di casa, Matteo, è una persona precisa, gentile e molto attenta ai suoi ospiti. La casa è appena stata ristrutturata ed è molto ampia, ideale per 4 persone. La pulizia dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo era eccellente. Teulada di per se' non offre molto, ma è un buon punto strategico per visitare le bellissime spiagge della zona.

Beaucoup de charme et très bien équipé, le top !

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description, il est vaste, décoré et rénové dans les tons de bleu, traversant (idéal pour rafraichir!), rien ne manque dans l'équipement y compris pour faire la cuisine. On a peu profité de la grande terrasse sur le toit car il faisait particulièrement chaud (sauf pour les petits déj). On peut se garer dans la petite rue devant la porte. Epicerie à 15 mètres. En voiture, on est à 10 minutes des plages (sable, criques...). On recommande sans réserve, d'autant que les propriétaires ont été très accueillants.

Très agréable

L'accueil de Mattéo était vraiment très très sympa et disponible. Une très belle et grande maison décorée avec goût et très bien soignée. Le linge de lit et de bain étaient à notre dispostion. La corbeille de fruits et la bouteille était très appréciable. Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants et on recommande cette adresse : Une belle surprise !

Wir wurden am späten Abend nett empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte reibungslos, Matteo und seine Mama haben uns dabei noch alles wichtige erklärt. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und auch unsere Tochter, 2,5 Jahre hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und hat uns direkt ein ital. Feeling vermittelt. Von Zucker, Kaffee bis Waschpulver war alles vorhanden. Was fehlte, konnte direkt (10. Meter) um die Ecke bei dem netten Shopbesitzer besorgt werden... Somit bekommt das Haus von uns 100 Punkte :-). Danke und viele Grüße nach Teulada

La casa è confortevole, perfettamente rispondente alle descrizioni. La dotazione è completa, e più che soddisfacente per una famiglia di quattro persone (fra cui tre donne). Il proprietario è cortese, disponibile e, soprattutto, affidabile - non è poco. Se il paese di Teulada, in sé, offre relativamente poco, le spiagge delle adiacenze soddisfano il più esigente degli appassionati di mare. Paesaggi incantevoli, collegamenti, tutto sommato, efficienti. Grazie, Sig. Matteo!

Casa sarda bella in contesto incantevole

Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni a Teulada e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è bella, fresca e accogliente in perfetto stile sardo. Al centro del pese quindi vicino ai servizi principali. Proprietaria molto gentile e simpatica che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. La costa del sud, inoltre, è tra le più belle di tutta la Sardegna, panoramica affacciata su cale e spiagge incantevoli. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto.
