Great place to visit the Town of Melgar, and rest.

The breakfast was good, and you had the portions were great to start the day. The hotel is placed in a good location close to the main attractions of the town. However, it is also far enough to not hear the music from closeby discos and bars. The rooms are comfy but the AC was not powerful enough to cool the room. The pool is amazing and has water a slide.

It is hard to park in the parking lot a is small and does not have enough space for the cars that go into the facilities. Also the internet speed of the hotel is a little bit slow, but still useful for simple navigation.

Nice place to spend a weekend and hang out by the pool. Would stay here again!

Spacious room with a great view of the pool area. Food was good and the staff was great. Best part of the hotel is it's location. Although it was just a short walk away from the nightlife area of Melgar, it was just far enough away where the loud music and noise weren't a nuisance.

This is a very small bone to pick, but upon check out, we were made aware of an additional charge for a small fruit plate that we thought was included in the complimentary breakfast. The price was nominal and not really a big deal. But we weren't informed of the additional charge while ordering and it felt a bit like getting nickeled and dimed.

Disappointing

It's a quiet place and it's close to downtown Melgar

There wasn't WiFi, the jacuzzi was not available nor the sauna, why announce these services?

Pleasant

Is it a great location the pool area is clean nice great music.

The rooms are old the TV are terrible and the staff at the bar are really rude the rest of the staff are nice.

Family Weekend in Melgar

The pool was the best aspect of the hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday and basic but enjoyable.

The elevator was out of order most of our stay and there was NO hot water the entire time. The wifi DOES NOT reach into the rooms (room 507) and is only accessible in the hallways.

Not a resort hotel, but good to drink club Colombia by the pool.

Don't expect a beautiful resort hotel. Swimming pool is nice but can be really crowded. Bar is nice. Staff is super nice and work hard, but not super into their job. The breakfast is delicious and fulfilling. AC works but is loud. Gym was half closed when I was there.

The hotel is not super maintained and equipments are getting old or are broken. Decoration is really bad. In the room, AC is super loud and leaks water in the room. The door between the room and the bathroom was not closing. Location is not that good as you need to walk on a big road to go the center.

Superb

Nice breakfast and the stuff is very friendly. The room has plenty of space and the view is nice. Please note that the room does not have a fridge, but there are plenty of stuff and drinks available to make your stay confortable. They are very responsive to attend any enquiry. There was plenty space in the pool area to avoid close contact due to Cover, so we felt safe during our stay.
