Churchill hotel living style

I like tea most of others..but the location was also fantastic..i lived on 8th floor n enjoyed alot with different views..staff was very cooperative..

I didt like the expenses of all the things..resturant was quite expensive ..you have to lower ur rates ..

IT WAS GOOD EXPERIENCE, THE MANAGMENT OF HOTEL IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND WHICH IS IMPORTANT

THE HOTEL STAFF IS VERY LOVING, KIND AND FRIENDLY. ROOMS ARE BIG AND CLEAN

THERE IS NO SERVICE OF ATM WIFI MACHINE TO PAY BREAKFAST IS VERY LIMITED DISHES BUT THE HOTEL IS VERY COOPERATIVE IF YOU ORDER THEY PROVIDE FOOD FOR YOU

Overall it was an average stay, not too good, not too bad

The staff was helpful, the floor was quiet and there was not much disturbance from inside the hotel. The bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower. room service was on time.

The bathroom door lock was broken The window didn't open because the lock was stuck There was no toothpaste provided just a small body lotion, shampoo, and cheap soap Breakfast could be improved There was construction going on right next to the building which was very noisy Wifi sucked inside the room

The hotel was affordable and well met my expectations, good food that is both domestic and foreign.

All the staff were nice, helpful, especially Tadesse K(Airport shuttle driver), the staff at the restaurant and reception and hotell manager/hostess lady.

I will never come back

I booked presidential suite and upon arrival they told me room is not available. How come? then they downgrade me to a horrible room very noisy. i did not sleep because of cars and dogs in the street. I felt I was sleeping outdoor.

room type booked not available. i specifically booked presidential suite for special occasion. when I arrive the reception was not even aware of my booking. she had to call several people to check and then she gave me another room. the room was horrible. noisy. iron board in the middle of the corner. dogs barking all night, soundproofing is horrible. I ordered room service and they brought wrong order. Honestly the worst stay ever.

Okay as a place to stay, but the words on the room-key (where luxury glamour) are not up to date.

The room was spacious and the terrace on the 11th floor too. The hotel-staff is friendly and helpful. Pick-up from and drop-off at the airport worked well. Free Wifi, but with sometimes changing strength. A bottle of free water each day.

The breakfast is something changing. If there are many guests there is a buffet, which is at least in the beginning hot. If you are coming later, coffee is mostly cold (but you can ask to prepare hot one). Should the number of guests be small, instead of the buffet, you can choose from the breakfast menu. The gym, which was a criteria for our choice, unfortunately does not exist anymore. The TV did not work ( . . . . or maybe one the batteries in the remote were empty . . . ), anyhow we did not missed it. Quite loud music till late (say early in the morning) in the neighborhood on Friday and Saturday night.

Good location and friendly staff

Good location near the Cannon Monument and Juda Lions statues. Very friendly staff with good English. The restaurant serve excellent local meals, beer and wine.

Noisy street. Funeral offices with coffin exhibitions on the pavement just opposite the hotel. Toilet paper and electric kettle in the room were only declared, so we need to ask to bring it.
