Le ou l'un des meilleurs hôtels d'Oran

L'accueil du personnel, la vue incroyable, la salle de sport de haut standing avec elle aussi une vue à couper le souffle.

Si vraiment il faut chercher un défaut, je dirais que le nettoyage de la chambre pourrait être fait avec plus de "profondeur" ...

only one lift was working. Very small swimming pool , closing time too early 19:30 instead of midnight access Cards kept getting deactivated all the time. unqualified staff at the desk

with all the lack i experienced overall i did lile the stay

I did like the location was not far downtown, the view from the terrace was splendid.

I had to pay for the spa although i had access to all facilities the thing i wasnt told the day of the checkin. the waiting in the line at the reception for the checkin was excessively long.

Great Location, Staff, access to Oran and surrounding areas, but restaurant service can be improved.

Location - view is awesome, access to road network, attractions, secure underground parking

breakfast service is poor, slow cleaning of tables, crumbs swept onto chairs, often serving spoons not by food.

Confused staff at the reception, unmodifiable policy of checking in before 3 which was acceptable until we checked in and saw the state of the room- no towels, no amneties (they said soap was not delivered), provided us with a toddler bed instead of a child mattress although the age of my child is mentioned in the booking, no instructions on how to use the TV connections, the pool does not allow children in, a paid coffee order took 30 mins, turns out they forgot, the cleaning was horrible (remainders of chips from previous day were still present)
